Good easy transaction, great product and price
Visited the store while buying a new lounge. We had been looking for a while and had not found anything that really wowed us. Nick Scali had a good sale on and we found what we wanted and Ian Redmile, the salesperson helped with some good advice and excellent colour suggestions and was never pushy. So glad we went there.

Our salesman Jeffrey was very helpful and easily understood what I was trying to find, the store was huge but I found he showed me so many and we went through the pros and cons of fabrics available.

great lounge terrible after sales service
Bought in October 2018 with expected delivery time 2 months - Delivery was eventually late January 2109 due to some shipping issues but no dramas all went well enough - communication was pretty good
The problems occurred when the recliner batteries pack change failed, leaving half the lounge in a 3/4 position and the other half fully declined - I contacted the store who directed me to the service dept hotline - the service dept said they couldn't do anything for 4 weeks with the earliest tech available early August 2019 (this was 5th July) -...
Bought a leather lounge , not cheap, am a bit over the advertising for ongoing sales at "special prices" delivery much longer than agreed, lack of interest by store, when delivered we were left with a pile of plastic foam and cardboard we had to get rid of. Supports on one chair too big, chair wobbled, were missing on the other chair, skid pads skidded off, leather on one chair was folded over and amaturely stapled. Service person took 2 weeks to come and investigate, fixed some of the matters. Had to wait another 2 weeks for final repair.
Not happy and certainly do not recommend Nick Scali
Knowledgeable and Good Service
We have been to both the Ashmore and Robina Showrooms looking for our new lounge. Thanks Anthony (Ashmore) for spending your time and your knowledge with us. We left with a lot more information about "just" buying a new lounge.
We visited the Robina showroom today to get a better idea of colour choices and again looking at other options.
Nick was there to help us this time, also great customer service. He again showed us many options and helped with colour options. We have made our choice....thanks to both Anthony and Nick. (Oh by the way Nick I have had a Sauv Blanc.

Nick scali why?
Here it is Sunday night. NS are supposed to send someone to correct a fault with a battery recliner lounge. Lounge is 2 months old, fault is over one month. Service call to take over 3 weeks. Told that we would receive a call giving a "two hour window" for service call on Monday. Of course no call therefore give up whole day in the hope it happens. One fifth of our week not available for doctors appointments etc. Not only that the woman booking the service call did not even have the right product name and insisted that it could be plugge...d directly to AC plug. After about 20 minutes I was able to convince her she had the wrong model but only after digging out paperwork. Not what you expect for over $5000. Why would you buy from a company that crows about one quarter of reviews being negative? See the quote from NS below. If I were in business I would be ashamed to have such a high negative response. Lesson, stay away from Nick Scali, that has been my experience. “I understand that the negative reviews can be a little concerning when contemplating a large purchase and while our positive reviews outweigh the negative by more than 3 to 1 I would like to address your concerns.” Regards Kathy Nick Scali Customer Care" Store staff were good, but "got your money ha ha".
The store is laid out well and is easy to walk around...Jess was helpful and well informed on product...we purchased a lounge suite and were allowed to take home swatches to match to our home before making a decision on colour...the whole process was easy and hassle free !
Love the range and found a lounge first visit. Easy to order and Jess was super helpful and friendly. Delivery time seems a little long, and the $85 CASH delivery fee seems a little strange also. But excited to receive our new lounge in hopefully 9-11 weeks.

Great personal experience from SONJA at Robina
We recently have purchased and are now awaiting the arrival of our beautiful lounge in which Sonja played a major part in helping us to make our decision. Sonja helped to transform a display into a format that best suited our home and requirements. Sonja was amazing in her first contact with myself and my daughter, Sonja preceded to highlight many features and benefits of your large showroom bursting with so many choices.
Sonja was informative and non pushy, we walked away feeling comfortable having made an appointment to come back with ...my husband and a took home a swatch, which she recommended to do, and she was right we changed our mind on the colour of our lounge when we looked at the swatch in our home. Upon our return a few days later, my husband was so impressed with the details he was given by Sonja, the decision was easy and we purchased the lounge I had first chosen with the guidance of Sonja. Great experience with sales staff member at Nick Scale Robina
After searching high and low for a new modular lounge we stumbled upon the new Nick Scali showroom in Robina. We were immediately impressed by the display and even more so by Rick, the staff member who served us. Rick's knowledge of the product was impeccable and he immediately understood what we needed and why. Both my wife and I commented that Ricks service was by far the best we had encountered in our search for a couch. The huge range of products presented to us were excellent and we are very happy with the modular we eventually settled on.
Rick @ Robina is the best
We recently visited the Robina store to select a number of pieces for our new house. Rick was amazingly helpful, and genuinely cared about and was interested in the overall look and function of our space, sharing many great insights from his excellent knowledge of interior design. He went way over and above without being 'salesy' and was very generous with his time.

The furniture was of a high standard.
