We purchased 2 leather occasional chairs. On delivery, they were not up to our standard in comparison to what we had seen on the floor prior to our purchasing.
We spoke to several staff from Nick Scali who were accomodating with our concern. It was after speaking to ‘Franco Larocca’ we came to an agreement, where both parties were comfortable .

Oops! Someone in store forgot to tell me the sofas I purchased, the foot rest will not extend on carpet!
Foot rest will not extend without catching or retract fully due to insufficient clearance on carpet. Ram dislodges, buttons stop working, foot rest falls off. But it is not a faulty of their product I am told, it is my carpets fault! One technician tells me I need packers, 2nd technician tells me this lounge will not take packers. Too bad so sad , case closed! Ha ha so you think!

Service! What service! ??????
Purchased 2 sofas for our carpeted lounge. The foot rest catches on the carpet as it extends./retracts with or without a person sitting on lounge. When sitting on the lounge you are unable to extend/return the foot rest without scraping as with the weight of a person there is insufficient clearance. Due to insufficient clearance the ram inside ceased working correctly as well as the buttons. Foot rest falls off. . Technician came out and wound two of the centre legs down but this gave a high region on the centre of the lounge and still low on o...utside legs. This making in uneven to sit on. I was told another technician would attend with packers. The lounge needs to be raised around 25mm to clear the carpet. The next technician arrived telling me this lounge will not take packers, I need to relocate my sofas to another room or remove my carpet. I explained you cannot sit on the lounge due to it being so uneven, no one had told me this sofa was for hard floors only as Instore they are on rugs. Technician advised not their fault its our fault for putting the lounge on carpet . He advised I didnt know what I was talking about asking for packers! I explained your staff called me telling that is what we need. I subsequently then get another call to book a service call for packers again to be put on. Once again I advised your technician told me packers do not go on this lounge. I then get told go to Bunnings and buy pads to go under the legs, but these do not raise the couch sufficiently. We have items under the legs. Today after 7 weeks we get another call advising Nick Scali is not responsible that the foot rest will not work this is not a manufacturing problem, it is our problem for having the lounge on Carpet, again put the lounge on a hard floor! Having purchased previously a buffet that was delivered with a large area on top that was faulty and filled with bog, that needed to be replaced. Not to mention 2 other sofas that were first lost and did not get delivered, then arrived and needed two technician visits and also deemed defective. Not impressed that we have again been sold a lemon. Third time not lucky! If your sofas are not suitable for use on carpet it would be expected that this be advised.

Good easy transaction, great product and price
Visited the store while buying a new lounge. We had been looking for a while and had not found anything that really wowed us. Nick Scali had a good sale on and we found what we wanted and Ian Redmile, the salesperson helped with some good advice and excellent colour suggestions and was never pushy. So glad we went there.

great lounge terrible after sales service
Bought in October 2018 with expected delivery time 2 months - Delivery was eventually late January 2109 due to some shipping issues but no dramas all went well enough - communication was pretty good
The problems occurred when the recliner batteries pack change failed, leaving half the lounge in a 3/4 position and the other half fully declined - I contacted the store who directed me to the service dept hotline - the service dept said they couldn't do anything for 4 weeks with the earliest tech available early August 2019 (this was 5th July) -...
Bought a leather lounge , not cheap, am a bit over the advertising for ongoing sales at "special prices" delivery much longer than agreed, lack of interest by store, when delivered we were left with a pile of plastic foam and cardboard we had to get rid of. Supports on one chair too big, chair wobbled, were missing on the other chair, skid pads skidded off, leather on one chair was folded over and amaturely stapled. Service person took 2 weeks to come and investigate, fixed some of the matters. Had to wait another 2 weeks for final repair.
Knowledgeable and Good Service
We have been to both the Ashmore and Robina Showrooms looking for our new lounge. Thanks Anthony (Ashmore) for spending your time and your knowledge with us. We left with a lot more information about "just" buying a new lounge.
We visited the Robina showroom today to get a better idea of colour choices and again looking at other options.
Nick was there to help us this time, also great customer service. He again showed us many options and helped with colour options. We have made our choice....thanks to both Anthony and Nick. (Oh by the way Nick I have had a Sauv Blanc.

Nick scali why?
Here it is Sunday night. NS are supposed to send someone to correct a fault with a battery recliner lounge. Lounge is 2 months old, fault is over one month. Service call to take over 3 weeks. Told that we would receive a call giving a "two hour window" for service call on Monday. Of course no call therefore give up whole day in the hope it happens. One fifth of our week not available for doctors appointments etc. Not only that the woman booking the service call did not even have the right product name and insisted that it could be plugge...d directly to AC plug. After about 20 minutes I was able to convince her she had the wrong model but only after digging out paperwork. Not what you expect for over $5000. Why would you buy from a company that crows about one quarter of reviews being negative? See the quote from NS below. If I were in business I would be ashamed to have such a high negative response. The store is laid out well and is easy to walk around...Jess was helpful and well informed on product...we purchased a lounge suite and were allowed to take home swatches to match to our home before making a decision on colour...the whole process was easy and hassle free !
