Was contacted by the technician Frank Martelli that he will arrive just as scheduled. He arrived on time very punctual and very professional. He walked through to the lounge room, assessed the problem. Discussed what the situation was and reassured me that Nick Scali will get back to me in a few days. The sofa would not repeat the fault when he tested it but he followed through by dismantling the lounge and finding the faulty areas. He fixed what was required, tested the whole sofa operations and explained what the issue was. He said he did not think it would be a problem in the future. His service is exceptional. Hopefully, we will not need to have him call again but would recommend him highly.

 Follow-up  · The sofa was six months old at the time. The fault was one bolt had fallen out of a mechanism and the second fault was a loose nut on another bolt. I do not know what caused the fault. The lounge has worked perfectly over the last 12 months and has been subject to a lot of use.

Removed]" was so bloody rude to US and talked to US in a very unprofessionally and disgusting language. Her words were " you guys signed for this and you got this and now I can't do anything ...That's it" when I said we gonna come to the store and talk to you then she said, "No you can not come to even my store for this". This was totally unacceptable fos US and not even looks good for the reputation of the big company like nick scali. Now we after totally refund for our order. Sent an email to the actual head office and waiting for their response. Please dont buy furniture from Nick scali specially from south Wharf store .

 Follow-up  · Delivery process was not good, paid around $250.00 just for delivery after 14 weeks. Fabric is ok but couch is very much uncomfortable, seats sinking already and its a new couch. Complaint many times but these guys very much unprofessional and dosnt want to help their customers so its a shame.

 Follow-up  · No response, they just ignoring which is really shameful to big company like Nick Scali. I m going to involve media now.

 Follow-up  · I purchased a 3 seater(2 x 1.5) modular lounge with a centre console from Plush furniture. When it was assembled it would seem that one of the seats was not clicked into place properly causing it to appear out of alignment, especially when viewed from behind. It was a quick fix and has remained in place since then.

I love my Nick Scali couch. It is definitely the most comfortable couch I have ever sat in. From the saleman we bought the couch off in the showroom being knowledgeable and helpful and making the experience seamless, the message system to keep you up to date with where the couch is at, to the guys that delivered it to my door and assembled it. Croydon office. Distinctly told them I wanted to ship them overseas. They called and advised me the furniture was in the warehouse and asked me to pay the balance. After handing over my money I was told the furniture was not in the UK as yet. Went into the Croydon office 2 weeks later and told it was expected the following day. Called 2 days later and furniture still not arrived in the UK. Apparently it is finally here after such lies. Had a text message to ask if Thursday was okay for delivery. Replied yes but never heard from them again. Today I actually called the Croydon store and spoke to a lady who sounds very much like the new employee. She was literally rude. I explained to her that I got a text message but did not receive the required information relating to the delivery. Literally told it was between myself and the delivery company. Would NEVER recommend this furniture store. Management needs to do some customer services training with their staff. They are over friendly and need to be professional. It would be nice if they were just truthful to their customers and advise when the furniture really is in the UK>

will review. Over a month later no responses and when I followed up for someone to review my email, received extremely rude customer service said No No No and stop wasting my time. I didn’t realise buying $12k of furniture was wasting time. I have never experienced such rude arrogant customer service. I believe their sales pricing and salesman conduct misleads consumers. On delivery of furniture they left 5 massive thick boxes and packaging all over driveway which are hard to break down… they did demand over $70 to remove. On delivery of leather furniture it has taken over 1 month to remove the toxic chemical smell from furniture with all doors and windows open. My wife who suffers allergies could not stay in the same room as furniture. It makes you wonder what chemicals are used on their products as on a subsequent delivery the driver told he heard reports of customers being told to put sofas outside while they degassed from chemicals. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend Nick Scali to anyone.

Care team on 21 May and received no response. I followed up with a phone call on 1 June, only to be told an inspector would need to come out, which I declined. At this point, a brand-new lounge should not require repeated inspections and repairs — it should simply work as intended. In addition, the repair process has been frustrating, requiring me to take time off work multiple times, with no clear appointment windows provided. Nick Scali lounges are not cheap, but based on my experience, the quality and customer service do not match the price. I expected far better durability and after-sales support.
