After about 6 months of daily use as a pair of school shoes the "leather" on the front and front sides of the shoe started cracking, exposing the underlying white padding. else with the same pair of shoes who had the same issue. Nike at first refused to accept warranty claim despite their warranty policy. They said I need to claim from Rebel. I told them Rebel that passed it onto them. After much back and forth and sending many photos I was offered a discounted "one time" claim from Nike. They first wanted short change me for the store credit I had used for the purchase but after some haggling i was refunded the full amount I paid. What I cannot understand is that Nike has a warranty policy on their shoes (https://www.nike.com/help/a/shoe-warranty) However, I was informed that this would be treated as a “one-time” warranty claim only, so I would not be able to have a warranty claim for another pair of Nike shoes. That's poor form for a brand like Nike. Their quality isn't really what it's made out to be based on another pair of shoes I have.
I bought these shoes for my son specifically for running, the amount of money spent on these, you'd think it's a top quality product!!! Bought for work, broke quicker than a $30 pair – I bought a pair of air force Max's for work. Advertised as running shoes for athletes, I thought that these would last 10x longer than cheap shoes, justifying the price. After 3 months, the air pocket in the sole split, in both shoes, making me squeek as I walked, leaving me embarrassed daily, and making me hate the brand. Never buying Nike's for performance ever again. Pretty shoes, but shocking performance.

email update about a delay or issue.
Every time I reached out, I received the same generic responses, with no real effort to solve the problem. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Nike seriously needs to improve its customer support and logistics. The service I’ve experienced is well below standard, and it makes me think twice before ordering from them again.

forth saying that they would resolve the problem...then after the due date "Sorry we cannot help as the voucher has expired.." They wouldn't honour the voucher. Totally unfair business practice. It feels like a David-and-Goliath situation, where a large corporation is disadvantaging an individual customer by refusing to honour what was promised.

Great website!! – my daughter made her own Nike shoes and it only took 2 weeks to get them delivered, she loved them, the only thing was the size chart was out on the site so had to return for a refund, she then ordered another pair right size this time, will buy from them again, you can even use the shoes for 60 days and if you do not like them can send them back for a full refund.

refunds before and paypal notifies you when they have received a refund. So dodgy, would not recommend. Ive opened a dispute with paypal and judging by all the other negative reviews, they are a company to avoid.

to provide replacement laces, insisting the entire pair of shoes had to be exchanged. Nike was no better, directing me back to Foot Locker and refusing to send replacement laces themselves. Both companies seem to think wasting my time and leaving my son without his shoes for weeks is acceptable.
This situation is beyond frustrating. These shoes were one of the last available in his size, and my son now faces the prospect of losing them entirely because neither company can take responsibility for such a trivial fix.
For brands that claim to deliver "premium" products and service, this has been an absolute joke. If they can’t even provide something as simple as replacement shoelaces, they don’t deserve your money. I will be avoiding both companies in the future.

Poor customer service – Terrible customer service. I didn’t receive my order and got told I would have to wait a week despite our cameras showing that there was no delivery made to our address on the date they claimed the order was delivered. Very disappointing service as it’s a Christmas gift that will not be received on time.

Do better Nike! We pay a small fortune for these shoes and it's deplorable that they don't wear out, rather fall apart well before they are well worn!!!

fall apart. The back bubbles have popped on both shoes, and they both have the tread coming apart in the exact same area. I don’t wear these shoes everyday, so saying it’s wear and tear would be dishonest. It is very evident that Nike design their shoes to fall apart quickly in the hope you’ll go and purchase another pair. It is absolutely disgraceful, and the Nike brand has no shame. Long time advocate but no more – During the 1980s through to early 2000s frequently used Nike Air running/jogging shoes as they were comfortable, long lasting. Purchased a pair 4 months ago, haven’t worn them more than 20 times and the heal of the shoe has worn away. Terrible quality I’m sorry. Nike terrible quality – The quality of Nike shoes is a joke these days. My daughter had a pair for less than 2 months and looked after them. Sewing came off at front. Nike Discriminates Against Customers When Releasing Shoes! – Why does Nike continue to discriminate against people and only offer releases in certain stores??? For example, Jordan 4 wet cement. it could over a month before I get my refund- if at all. Insane amount of time wasted, stress and out of pocket for shipping costs. DO NOT BUY ONLINE- 1.8 star rating and 79 % negative reviews tell a compelling story of Nike just not giving a damn about service and authenticity. Will never buy online again.
