the heel has snapped on my black pair. I will never buy these shoes again. I have a pair of H&M heels, probably 5 years old at least and the heels are still perfect.

Horrible – Bought a pair of loafers thinking that a price tag of over $150 would be a guarantee of leather shoes. When I realised and took them back the grouchy assistant wasn’t interested when I said I can’t wear non leather. I can’t believe so many of the shoes there are non leather at LEATHER PRICES! They seem cheap and nasty! Wish I’d checked the material before I paid.

Cute and Comfy – Bought a new pair of shoes from Nine West and it is the most comfortable pair ever, nicely cushioned and the most adorable pair of kitten heels. Definitely a fave!

Poor customer service. Shoes bought 5 mins before were not refunded – I was after leather upper shoes and the sales lady said that all their shoes were upper leather. When I selected a pair, she said that they were not upper leather. The ones I chose she assured me they were leather. it said man made She refused to refund the shoes and said they were damaged. I have a photo to prove otherwise. She said for me to come back, which I didn’t have time for as she would not give me a number to call. So I found the customer service number online and called. Guess what, because I wore them for 5 mins she too would NOT refund them. They were not damaged at all. I was angry, late for work and thought what terrible customer service. I’m appalled and disgusted in what a stores policy says to actual common sense. They have not got repeat business and I would definitely recommend not buying from them.

Bad management – Bad quality product, staff overwhelmed. The state manager came and finish the manager in the spot. Very toxic and not friendly for customers. Retailers like that should not be supported by customers. Show details

Very bad overpriced shoes – Terrible shoes, only worn for 5 minutes and cut into the back of my legs. Was not allowed to return for exchange of size or store credit even though I literally wore it for 5 minutes as they claim it’s worn. Was asked what to do with shoes, they said to give it away. Wasted a good $100 on these. Asked customer service on what I could do, all they said was they appreciate my feedback. I advise to stay away from this brand and save your money.

can’t be returned since it’s on sale. But if you look at their website, most of them are heavily priced up and then labeled as ’sale’ with a discount offer. Absolute rip off and cheap tactics to sell their low quality products.

Worst shoes – Purchased 2 pairs of shoes, same style, one in black one in light tan at metcentre store. After JUST 4 months the heels break. After showing the afterpay purchase with dates and amount and visibly see that its from nine west, they still won't replace them. Useless. Show details

....well, before it goes into the garbage bin! The cost was $149.95. So it's not a cheap bag. I could have bought a good leather bag for the same amount. It had never ever crossed my mind that Nine West would use extremely poor quality material for their bags. NEVER EVER AGAIN ANYTHING FROM NINE WEST!!!

Store Manager that she would not accept the shoes because this was "ordinary wear and tear" after wearing the shoes on four of five occasions. Further, the Store Manager was of the view that: (a) I may have been kicking things and that created the wearing and tearing (for the record, I work at a desk in regular office - not a construction site); or (b) it may be the way I walk (again for the record, I walk like a bog standard human. Were I in the habit of busting out Rudolf Nureyev style pirouettes on my morning commute, that may explain things - but alas Nine West I am not). Now compare said ballet points in Exhibit A to Exhibit B being the pointed shoes I purchased from Nine West in June 2022 and have worn, I'd say, more than 80 times. The points of the shoes in Exhibit B are slightly faded but not really noticeable and nothing you wouldn't expect after that many wears. So I ask you Nine West, really? You really think it's my fault?

Faulty Shoes – I purchased a pair of black slingback shoes and the left shoe strap is too long and I cannot wear the shoes as they have made them too long. Quality had become exceptionally poor – Bought white sneakers . Worn absolute max 20 times in normal dry, clean conditions and the soles came away from the shoe! Bought $200 black boots and the black paint flaked off the heels after a few wears revealing white plastic. Bought tan sandals that snapped after one season. representative refused to do anything stating it was wear and tear. I have bought $50 school shoes that lasted longer than these. The other boots are also tearing at the slightest scuff. You would expect to be able to clean and polish leather boots. I will NEVER buy this brand again. I used to love this brand but have been let down by the quality and the customer service of the Nine West representative.

Horrible quality for expensive prices – I bought a pair of silver heels that went from $159 down to $79 four years ago. Never been worn outside. Nine West Refund policy is appalling – The colour of the sandals that I purchased clashed with my dress so I asked for a refund but because I bought the shoe when there was a 20% discount promotion I was denied a refund. Very poor policy Nine West! I will never shop with you again as change of mind is not allowed. I will continue shopping with reputable companies with reasonable return/refund policies and yours is not one of those. Very disappointing Nine West.....

Dangerous stick-on (NOT so) anti slippery sole – Store assistant suggested that i should get a pair of stick-on anti slip sole for my new flats, so I did. The sole has lost its grip in one week, and my new flats become VERY slippery. I couldn't walk on carpets without slide a little. The return/repair process for it was a nightmare, had to put up with rude store manager at Met Centre Sydney. I will think twice before buying anything from them in the future

and I was definitely buying, but she turned her back at me and would not respond to my further few knocks at the door. Their loss. I rushed to Sandlers where I spent $700 on 2 pairs of boots and I was out the door in 5 min. I don't think I will return to your store again and I will certainly be very vocal about my experience. Customers need to know what treatment they may face.

Complete disintegration of the inside of my beautiful leather boots!!!!! – My beautiful leather boots hardly ever worn due to living in NTH QLD are perfect showing absolutely no sign of wear BUT the inside of the boot has been lined with some hideous inferior product which has completely disintegrated! They cannot be worn the substance is sticky pale brown and sticks to everything, feet, shower, carpet. I’m devastated. I had to talk to their state manager to get a 20% discount for the new shoes I had to buy and finally I bought shoes which were twice as much expensive than the shoes I returned.It is so sad to see their manager Leona treated me with disrespect and threatened that she will call the security and remove me from the shop because I was ‘Aggressive’ and actually she was very rude to me. Dear Nine West : I can assure you that this is the last pair of shoes I will be getting from you! You are disrespectful towards your customers and you should be ashamed of it! unglued and flapping around. Of course I never kept the receipt and after checking out their returns online it said you need a receipt so I ended up going to my cobbler and he glued it on for $12. Fingers crossed the right shoe doesn’t do the same. Just thought it so weird that a good brand like Ninewest couldn’t last 3 hours. Hopefully it’s a one off.
