Amazing – My experience with Nirvana has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been extremely lovely, however the stand out for me has been Hayom. I have received 5 treatments of laser hair removal and Hayom is by far the most thorough which has left me with the best results. explained everything so clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and tailored the facial to exactly what my skin needed.
The oxygen facial itself was next level — gentle, soothing, and so effective. My skin looked instantly brighter, clearer and more awake, I genuinely walked out feeling like a new person.

DO NOT USE! terrible service & they will steal your money! – Staff are rude, head office is even worse and prove zero support. if i could leave 0 stars I would. one of their stores closed down. i tried multiple time to contact head office and the only response I received it that they dont have my money, the store does. nothing further...they just keep ignoring me. NEVER AGAIN – Bad experience, not friendly, freezing room, bright lights, no calming music, tiny bed so could not flatten my legs. The quickest express facial I have had in my life. Cluttered tiny room. To not implicate other salons, this one was at Eastgardens.

Fantastic Results – I had 5 sessions of MM slim treatment on my stomach and am so happy with the results. My stomach is so much firmer and tighter. Horrible! Dont waste your money – Dont waste your money at nirvana, especially the prepaid treatments. The text message reminders arent sent so if you accidentally miss just one appointment your prepaid payment is forfeited with no credit transfer (yes just one-talk about repeat business!). Hills. This was a big mistake! The facial was dreadful! All that was done was a cleanse, scrub and mask. My neck was massaged and my arms but my face was left alone. The bright lights were kept on during the whole process and when my face was cleansed, my eyes were left behind! I had come straight from work so was still wearing make-up including eye shadow and mascara - this wasn't touched. My appointment was for 7pm and I arrived on time. The therapist was finishing off a sale and then when finished handed me a form to complete - I had already completed an extensive questionnaire on my first visit 2 weeks previously. I was told I have to fill in the form every time I attend so I dutifully filled in the form. I was shown to the room, got undressed, hopped onto the bed and waited. The therapist came in and began by cleaning my face - didn't touch my eyes, then a facial scrub, again leaving the eye make up intact. Then a mask with a fluttery neck massage, another mask and the eye make up still there, with an arm massage. The lights were not dimmed and neither was an eye shade placed over my eyes. The mask was removed and some creams put on with the question "do you want any add ons?" I said 'No". am I sure I don't want a collagen mask? Nope, I just want my make up removed completely and a decent massage under a vaporzone! She finished the treatment with a big smile and asked "how do you feel?" I told her honestly it was the worst facial I have ever had - why is my eye make up still there? All I will do now is go home and remove the make up and put on creams which is exactly what she did. Her response was "but I did a lovely massage of your neck and decolletage" well, that is a matter of opinion because the massage was dreadful and the cleansing and mask I can easily do at home and do a better job. She did offer to clean my eye make up off and do a facial massage - by this stage I was over it! I let her clean my eyes and then had to do a proper job when I got home. The facial massage was fluttery despite me filling in on the form that I like a firm massage. The bright lights were again left on during the process and then the treatment was over. All up I spent an hour there and that included me having the second go at a massage and having my face, including the eyes, cleaned again. She then asked me if I wanted to book again - really??? Why would I pay to do what I can do at home, and better. I have facials on a regular basis to do what I can't do myself and that is massage my face, neck, shoulders and decolletage. All of the other salons I have gone to over the past 45 years use a vaporzone machine, the girl I had been going to used a frimator brush and a vac spray. She also used ionis or high frequency depending on my skin condition. The massage covered my face, neck and arms and while the mask was on she massaged my head. The process took approximately 90 minutes, cost a little bit more than Nirvana, but I walked out feeling totally relaxed and my skin glowing - this was my expectation of Nirvana. Not to have a pedestrian experience and everything to be 'an add on'. I can honestly say it was the worst facial I have ever had and I will never go to a Nirvana salon again.

treatments for my pigmentation- and was constantly sold more. I kept believing that it was my skin- until I went to another brand clinic and within one treatment had results- aka flaking off of pigmentation etc. I went back a few times as had pre paid and still no results- they kept telling me I needed more but I saw zero results. I believe this clinics lasers are out of date or old or just not maintained. Needless to say treatments at another clinic provided me with results. Wont use these clinics again.
Terrible and unethical – The store was easy enough to find however I was just there for what I assumed was a free consultation. advised there would be a cost as I merely wanted to find our more information about the treatment. The therapist advised me in the consultation that she would like to do a small patch test to show me what it felt like as I had expressed concern about the pain. As I went to leave the salon following the treatment I was asked to pay $50 for the consultation which lasted approximately 7 minutes with one or two zaps of the laser. I was shocked asked why I had to pay and she advised me that this was standard practice. Embarrassed I paid and left the salon. Nothing on the website mentions cost of a consultation. Following this consultation I have received at least 20 text messages to the tune of trying to get business. There is no link to opt out or the opportunity to respond with the usual STOP to be removed from the marketing list. they ask you to call to OPT out. So I have done this and her still receive their messages. Highly unethical and apalling and I will be contacting the ACCC to report this.

Nirvana normally calls to confirm your appointment for the day no call nothing so I chased it up called the salon spoke to a girl she said I had no appointment I know did as it was in my phone and the nurse is at easrgardens on Fridays, that was it my last straw with salon;

very diligent with her cleanliness and morning and evening reviews. All she wanted was her eyebrows waxed and not one of your so called beauticians to tell her how bad her skin is when she already knows, has tried endlessly to fix the problem, and is extremely aware of what she need to do. This woman really needs to practice being non-judgmental before she hurts any other 20 year old.

I told her that I was very nervous about the outcome but she assured it wouldn't be noticeable afterwards- only some dryness would be felt after a few days or so. Staff were all super friendly and nice then. Returned 7 days later to explain that my skin was itchy and covered in pustules and that I was very unhappy and very afraid of continuing any other treatment. I felt that I had had an allergic reaction or that maybe the equipment was tainted?Too fearful of even the follow-up microdermabrasion.In reality I had no confidence in this treatment as they had not been clear or upfront about the possible results and side effects nor did they seem to care. Staff member (manager?) was helpful and said she would call head office for me the next day about a refund even though they don't give refunds. She told she would call me. Another 7 days later I stopped into the store again to ask if we could sort it out. She advised she sent an email to HO but that there was no response- that the person in charge was away. I asked if I could contact HO and would she give me a number or contact? As she wrote an email address she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't see anything wrong with my skin. No actual concern such as - how does it feel? Is your skin still itchy? No, just wanted to tell me from across the counter that my skin was fine. She was being a bit intimidating. Unfortunately the conversation deteriorated when I told her that wasn't the case. I started to get frustrated with her and suggested speaking to a lawyer. Before this I actually thought she would help.At this point she lost her cool and told me to get out, opened the door and shooed me out. An hour or so later I felt awful and wanted to apologise for upsetting her and letting the situation get out of hand. We were both in the wrong but it left an unpleasant taste and I wanted to offer an olive branch. The phone call was a disaster. I was told the I was messing with the wrong woman (to which I agreed), that she couldn't trust me anymore and that my own GP was 'a crap.' She also told me that HO had refused her request for a refund and that she would now go back to HO and recommend that I get nothing. (yet in person she advised that there had been no response from HO?) Such a turn around in behaviour! I asked her name and was told 'Whatever!" and hung up on. I am gobsmacked. Such an extreme response. It is unnerving how insincere she turned out to be. How duped I had been at the first appointments. This 'beautician' acted like she cared about me and my skin until I made a complaint. Poor customer service.14 days later and my skin still itches and is reddened and rough. Wearing makeup is uncomfortable and I am concerned that my skin will be affected forever. I don't know what to do and Nirvana Eastgardens don't care. Stay away from Nirvana at Eastgardens. They don't really care about anything but money.

relaxing and very gentle on the face and I saw results immediately after the facial, it was amazing, and still the days after the facial I am still glowing with its results. It was just what my skin needed without me knowing! I would highly recommend this place and treatment to anyone, it was all very clean and hygienic as well, I was very impressed!

I went to Nirvana Beauty Laser Clinics Miranda to get a laser treatment. I hadn't had laser before so i was a bit nervous! But the staff got rid of that straight away, they were absolutely lovely! The store itself was so clean and tidy, plus the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After my treatment I was so happy!! I had incredible results, i was extremely happy! I am definitely going back here for further laser treatments, and for any other treatments. I highly recommend Nirvana Beauty Laser Clinics to everyone!!
Like my laser treatment – Went to Burwood store treatment was performed professionaly. Joanna who treatment was very friendly did the treatment without any waiting time. Which is good when you are in a rush.

Another staff was literally standing laughing at the back. No consideration of customers. I end up paying money for the session but definitely not going back to them. Didn't get good result – I wasted my money and time. Spent for 8 sessions over $500 for the facial vein removal treatments but it didn't work for me and It was very painful. I don't recommend this clinic at Westfield Burwood.
