No Pong Original

Always seen the commercials and Social media adds for this product. I sweat a lot and have tried all deodorants, even mens as a last resort. While shopping at Coles noticed they sold No Pong. Didn't work for me. Started to fail mid afternoon in hot weather. And quite expensive compared to my regular roll on , containing aluminium. Sadly I have not been able to find a good alternative for this additive. Show details

I enjoyed it to begin with then developed a terrible rash. It was painful and felt like my lymph glands were inflamed and irritated. I have never had eczema and went to the doctor about it. The blood test indicated higher white blood cells as they may be fighting a reaction or infection. I have stopped using this deodorant immediately. Show details

have sensitive skin (eczema & skin irritations). Both are currently 'suffering' through the teen 'smell-o' years, where body hair is growing, body odours are changing and I couldn't for the life of me find ANY deodorant products that were easy on sensitive skin, plus neutralises body odour. Trust me, I spend a small fortune trying anything I could purchase 'on-shelf'.

After reading a few decent reviews, both positive and negative - I decided to jump online and look for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at how well priced the No Pong items are! The tins looks small but they stretch the budget out if applied as per directions.

I surprisingly received the items within the week of ordering but, doubted myself in the first instance that I would actually receive them and contacted customer support whom were extremely helpful and patient with my stupid anxiety. They were reassuring and replied to my email promptly and professionally.

The No Pong itself is non-greasy according to my semi-little humans, AND it actually does work. I know this is TMI but I conducted the 'mum sniff' as my kids walked past me during the first day of using No Pong - and I can happily say that from their morning shower to their evening shower, there were no-wafty BO odours, etc.

I have just had to make my second order (one large and two small). I ordered them 30 December and they arrived yesterday 4 January.

So thank you No Pong - you've saved my kids from the awkward teen smell embarrassment! They absolutely LOVE this product.

PROS:

> Cost effective > Non-greasy formula > Catering for sensitive and normal skin - also has a vegan option (so a great inclusive company) > Locally owned > Supportive Customer Care > Great delivery turn around for Metro areas > Neutral scents for use by anyone > Recyclable casement and packaging > Great sale prices > Reasonable, non-inflated postage & handling prices > Effective for everyday wear

CONS:

> Wish I could buy in-store locally > Would like to see more diversity scent-wise > Some may struggle with the application

FEEDBACK:

Would love to see what and if No Pong could create new scents, like 'green-tea', 'mint' or 'pineapple'. Even larger tins would be awesome!

Will NP ever bring out a customised applicator? Like a little scoop 'spoon' or a 'fat paddle-pop stick' type applicator, that some products globally use for this type of substance?

appear under my arms, which disappeared when I discontinued the deodorant - this really freaked me out. I decided to try No Pong and the difference was very noticeable. It did take some getting used to, as it didn’t have the same sweat-stopping effect as the antiperspirant, but the smell was no longer an issue. Still, sweating is natural and on balance I’d MUCH rather choose my tops cautiously on a hot day (finding one that doesn’t show wet patches!) than be self conscious about my smell for eternity. This stuff lasts all day. Thanks to No Pong for that freedom! P.S. I love the fresh smell, so many deodorants are sickly to my nose and at worst give me headaches…

I’ve been using No Pong for over a year now. I work with horses and not only does the product last but the scent is much more natural. I also like the fact that each day I apply it I can check my armpits for any lumps or changes. Show details ·  1

I was delighted to get this deodorant at our Catchball tournament this year. I’ve been using it for some time, including during training and at the tournament itself and I never smell bad anymore. never had any issues at all. So I think there is soemthing else in this product that needs to be investigated that’s causing these reactions. Severely dissappinted and just really hope it doesn’t scar.

started getting a very very bad smell from armpits almost like some kind of chemical reaction to my body and the no pong.. a very strong hard smell. I stopped using it and it went away. I tried using it again and it came back. Hence why I can't use it anymore. Have read similar reviews of this type of issue so I guess it must react to some people differently. This was my experience but there are obviously thousands of great reviews so looks like it works for most people.

I’ve been using my nopong original for a few days now and I am absolutely blown away by how effective it is. It works better than any other deodorant I’ve tried, including non-natural ones!!! I started using this product and within a week I noticed lumpy red rashes and extreme itching in my arm pits. Ordering first time without any reviews apart from social media but I was willing to give it a go and boy I’m glad I did. I have been using original now for about a year and would never go back to the old days. I never have any issues with my skin or any comment on my B O. Whilst I do appreciate the 'all natural' aspect of this product, I do find the claims misleading. Yes, it does keep away the smelly pits all day in winter, BUT it does not work in summer or any day that is warm/hot/sweaty (as advertised). Every member of our family has tried this product and we all found the same thing. Also, it has left stains on our clothing and doesn't feel like it washes away fully in the shower which I don't like. Show details
