their reviews I put in an enquiry. This enquiry was purely with the expectation that they tell me where I need to be or how much more I need to save etc. I gave the initial person I spoke to a run down on my situation and he was adamant that they would be able to find me something. This to me in itself was a shock because I was not expecting that.

Darren then reached out, asked what I was looking for and where etc and then got the ball rolling. Every time i had a question he answered so promptly and was so patient and informative. From there his team were so on top of everything, from contracts, to choosing floor plans it all just happened so quickly. They guided me every single step of the way. Even just also educating us on the processes because there definitely were stages where I was like “ what is the catch to all of this” surely it couldn’t be this good. This area is not my area of expertise, and it got overwhelming because I knew absolutely nothing and really had to put my trust in them, the experts, which I am so glad I did. I am forever grateful for their assistance and how easy they made buying a home for me.

I think Darrens passion for what he does and helping the amount people he has, get their dream of buying a home and leaving the rental market is a testament through his staff. Clay, Talor, Darren pretty much everyone who were involved in the process of me building my home were the most helpful, kind and patient group of people i have probably ever encountered.

Nothing was ever too much to ask of them, they were always so prompt with responding to my emails, answering my phone calls and just explaining everything to me that I didn’t understand. They literally took the stress out of the whole process,
