recieve the delivery, yet, it was not delivered and there were no communications from Noa. I have called Noa daily since then, sent 2 emails, and 1 FB message. I have been told on the phone that it appears the mattress is "missing", and they will look into it, an email and FB respose say also stating that they will look into it. Yet, no one follows this up, no one has ever called, and we are still without the mattress. Today I have asked for a refund, and even that seems like a process, and can't be done without other administarial steps being taken. To be honest, I dont care about the steps behind the scenes, I just want the money back now so that we can buy a mattress from their direct competitor.

UPDATE: Noa admited that they lost the mattress as they were supplying their distributors with an incorrect order number. Therefore they agreed to pay me my full refund. It is now over 3 weeks on since they agreed the full refund, and I still have not recieved this.

Absolutely do not buy from this company.

will actually collapse by +75% when the edge is directly sat on, the corners are even worse. Getting out of bed can sometimes be difficult given how much the sides collapse and sitting on the bed whenever needed is now a more conscious decision to sit further into the bed away from the edges. I feel that this also shrinks the available sleeping room on the bed as my partner and I try to sleep away from the edge. I would actually rate the mattress no better than a piece of foam for edge support and I am considering returning the mattress after our minimum trial period. I am also disapointed in the prolific use of plastics in the fabric and throughout the mattress and that it is imported from China. We also purchased a mattress protector with this mattress and it has still not arrived. There was no communication that this would arrive on a different date and through different shipping, I had to reach out to find this out.

Quite firm – The bed is quite firm, however, not uncomfortable. Communication from the company could be improved, I asked a specific question and was given a stock answer that did not answer my question. Show details

Firm but comfy – Extremely supportive and comfortable. I used to have regular lower back pain, but it really hasn't recurred for the past 4 months since I've been sleeping on my Noa. necessarily a bad thing) and the whole COVID situation there, which is what I am suspecting to be causing delays in shipping.

With regards to customer service, don't call them, you get sent straight to voicemail. Email is the only option it seems which luckily got me a response in 1-2 days. However, the constant reassurance of the mattress coming soon and ambiguous answers(reported by many others too) needs to stop. Customers shouldn't have to constantly contact customer support to receive updates which aren't even accurate all the time, rather a tracking number must be added to stop customers being left in a confused limbo state. NOA have half-arsed this by allowing customers to see the order status on their website....which is always stuck on 'processing' and never updates.

The mattress is quite comfortable, medium-firm as promised and was easy to install. The quality and value of the mattress by far trumps the hellish waiting period and tedious delivery process. If you order from NOA just make sure you have a VERY high-level of patience.

If I could mark zero I would – We purchased two Noa double mattress back in May for our two children. We are now in August tomorrow and they still haven't arrived. Continual emails of where is it ? to voicemail, where I left my number. A bot calls me back and hangs up when I answer. The first time it happened, I didn't believe it, so I tried a few more times. Same thing.

I emailed them, and received a very friendly polite reply at 2 am stating that they had the item in stock but hadn't yet processed my order, and couldn't provide an estimate of when they would process my order. I emailed them again a few days later to ask for an update and received nothing.

I then cancelled my order and received a message saying "We've requested that your order been cancelled by our distribution centre - as soon as we receive this confirmation, we'll go ahead and process your refund."

I heard nothing form them, so emailed them a few days later. Apparently my order has been cancelled, so I'm waiting to get my refund. Considering how slow and bad the experience has been so far, I kind of expect to have to follow up with my credit card company.

My advice is to stay away from this company!! I understand that supply chains have been interrupted by COVID, but the lack of transparency and timely action from this company is incredible. They clearly have no customer support in Australia. Considering how hard it was to get them to process my order, I can imagine it would be a nightmare if something went wrong or you needed to make a return.

If you order from this company, I hope you have a better experience than I did!

Great bed but grows mould – Great bed however after just a year after the bed started growing mould. Messaged Noa and they said they cant do anything about it. Was wondering why my asthma was playing up.

A pleasant surprise – The dbl mattress has been purchased for our 3yo, and is surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. Both my wife and I agree that when we sleep with our son we always have an amazing sleep and rarely wake with aches or pains. this for our king bed too, albeit we already have a sleeping duck in there. In terms of comfort I would say they are almost comparable. Don’t feel any sag in the mattress after 3 months heavy use, edges are a little soft, but overall mattress feels surprisingly supportive. Don’t overheat whatsoever in comparison to sleeping with in my king bed with SD mattress. For this price point, I honestly don’t believe you could buy a better Mattress. I’ve tried and failed many times to find the right mattress at this price point. In future all our mattresses will be purchased from NOA.

it might have been because I am quite a small person (<50kg). I'd say the firmness was 8.5-9/10 for me, and I had muscle soreness after sleeping in the matress even though I have no pre-existing pains/joint problems. Also, although it has springs, it didn't have the bouncy feel one would expect and feels quite 'solid'. Delivery was extremely quick. Currently in the process of returning with Noa support.

Best Bed I've ever owned – It is the best bed I've ever owned in my entire life. Even without the bed sheet it feels smooth comfortable unlike other beds that feels a bit rough on the skin when it's bare. I've never experienced back ache ever since I bought my Noa Bed. I should have done this long ago – The Noa double has made me realise how unsupportive my previous mattress had become. It is quite firm and has made an instant difference to morning back pain. Comfortable and affordable! Would recommend – Mattress is very comfortable, however, I do notice that it sinks a bit wherever you're sitting on it, but that doesn't bother me. Great product. Did what it said it would – Didn’t know what to expect. First online purchase of a mattress delivered in a box. One month later and sleeping like a baby again. Firm bed, better if a little bit softer – I have problems with sleeping, insomniac. So I tried the hybrid NOA bed if it could help me with the problem. I noticed the dent was less visible and have decided not to exchange it since it would be an inconvenience to arrange return and wait again for few days before I would receive a new mattress. mattress does retain heat, a winter bonus but not so in summer. Perhaps a cooling gel topper may overcome this. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
