Would never recommend this mattress or their customer service! – Worst mattress I have ever slept on! Has given me extremely bad back, neck and hip issues. Upon checking with their delivery partners, I discovered that they had scheduled the pick-up for December 5th, not before. This oversight caused a significant delay in the delivery process. What frustrated me even more was their failure to acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they seemed to gaslight me, downplaying the issue. Now, on December 13th, the mattress has yet to arrive, and I find myself in an inconvenient situation. Had I known about the delay from the outset, I could have made alternative sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, I've been sleeping on the couch for the past two weeks, anticipating the arrival of the mattress. The lack of transparency and accountability in the delivery process has been disappointing, and I hope they address these issues for future customers.

Processing and delivery delays for in-stock orders are estimated between 2-10 business days. Once your order has been processed, our third party transporter will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date." The processing of my order should happen the next business day, the shipping date should be updated. And you should answer the phone instead of letting it go to message bank. Absolute rubbish to say the least. This Noa mattress is only 3yrs old – The mattress has come away from the sides where you can see all the layers of foam etc. Clearly seen on photos below that I have attached. I have been in contact via email but I have been told that this is not covered under their 14yr limited warranty. that causes foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling is covered. The company are now saying that it's a wear and tear issue. Very dishonest. Don't trust this company their a bunch of crooks who will take your hard earned money and line their own pockets with it. I am now going to have to fight and take this further.

buy another Noa mattress should this one need replacing but it’s kept its shape to date and doesn’t look like sagging any time soon. Thank you Noa for the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. An update: It’s now March 2023, 2yrs and 8 months after purchase and the mattress is still amazing! I would like to note that I sleep hot so when it arrived I added a charcoal/bamboo mattress protector and cooling pillow protectors along with 100% cotton sheets, doona and doona cover. In winter I add a 100% wool doona for extra warmth. I find synthetic fabrics and those advertised as cotton rich, don’t breathe and are hot. My sleep quality has averaged 88% since buying the Noa Queen and I love it as much now as I did when I first bought it. I’m regularly away from home and my sleep quality drops below 50% so with that taken into account my average is more likely to be closer to 90%. Last night my sleep quality was 93%. I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews regarding delivery as my mattress arrived within days and I’m now considering buying one for my daughter. Thanks again Noa!!

One very satisfied customer – I purchased the Noa queen mattress in June this year and have been extremely happy with it. I find it very comfortable and am sleeping well. I love its firmness and, while it is early days, I see no evidence of possible changes in shape or sagging I had no issues with the purchase and the mattress was delivered on schedule. Extremely happy with my purchase as well as the delivery – I really love this mattress. It's super comfortable and moderately firm which is just what I like. The delivery service was amazing. They give you the choice of date and then on the day the time but I rang the delivery company who referred me to another number and I was able to get her to check with the driver a closer time window because I wasn't sure I would be home. When we decided to return the mattress, we contacted Noa and went through a lengthy process. They assured us they would arrange for someone to pick up the mattress, but that promise went unfulfilled for over a month. We had to repeat this frustrating cycle three times before they finally suggested we find a donation option ourselves, promising a refund.

However, the donation organizations we contacted couldn't pick up the mattress until five months later, which exceeded the 120-day trial period. When we explained this to Noa, they had no response, leaving us with both the mattress and no refund for this terrible experience.

In summary, we strongly advise AGAINST purchasing a Noa mattress. It's a recipe for sleepless nights and disappointment. Additionally, it's worth noting that Noa seems to have their mattresses perpetually on sale on their website, which calls into question the authenticity of their pricing and promotions. It's truly a shame.

since it’s an urgent matter, which they refuse. I then offer to upgrade myself to a luxe if they could deliver it to me asap. To which they respond ‘No, that will be placed as a new order and you’ll have to wait another 2-10 business days for process and delivery’

So basically - they’re absolutely unwilling to meet me half way. If I would’ve known that their warehouse was out I would’ve just chosen another company in the first place.

Anyway, got a refund and ordered from Koala instead - delivery on Monday (less than 1 business day). So this is not the company to order from if you want reliability and fast delivery.

There's no warranty on the mattress – We found the mattress comfortable, but two of the handles ripped away when the mattress was being put into place; one handle ripped when lifted by my wife, who's 5'2" and 50kg. Noa said they'd replace the mattress, but then changed their mind and say they won't. If there's a fault with the mattress they won't repair or replace it, so buy something else that comes with a proper warranty. Show details

Congratulations, worst service....ever – We were setting up an apartment in Brisbane over a period of a couple of weeks, then vacating for a while. So I needed mattresses that would be there reliably, on time. 2 weeks out, placed an order with Noa to allow plenty of time. times). They said, ohh we sold the last one just before you ordered, so another 2-15 days. I had 2 days to spare so gave them that just in case of a miracle. No response. According to their website, cancel before processed/shipped they refund no questions asked. Rang them to cancel, on hold for 20 mins, then just disconnected. No chat available. Sent email from their website cancelling. No response. Next day chatted to confirm the cancellation, they tried to talk me out of it then accepted the cancellation. Later that day, email from courier, your order has shipped. Contacted Noa, and from there on in their story is 'you didn't cancel in time, nothing we can do, but you can apply to return it once you get it'. I said this is ridiculaous, you need to deliver it, then pick it up? So more back and forth and now one month after ordering, no delivery, or attempt at delivery. They have no idea whats going on and are still saying they have to deliver, even though now no one will be at the apartment. Official line - if we dont deliver it could get lost...well thats your problem I said!! Maybe they have good mattresses but I wouldnt ever trust them on what they say, they are hard to contact, you get conflicting advice, email turnarounds are > 24 hours (like communicating with Mars), then the answers are copy/paste, ignoring all the points you raise. (For example, gave them a detailed timeline of events with chat history proving I cancelled in time and they basically ignore it, almost calling me a liar.) IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Have started a charge back with my bank, then off to consumer affairs, where I'll point out the dont even have a formal complaints process. Also, order from Koala and had mattresses no fuss within 36 hours. Go there instead.

that if it couldn't be delivered by this date, then yes, please cancel the order. They then said that there was one mattress in stock and it would be delivered to me by then. Fine. Then I didn't hear from the delivery people (who were just as, if not more useless). On the friday before I needed it delivered I finally managed to speak to someone at the delivery company and they confirmed it would be delivered on time. Then I got a message from them on the delivery date to contact them to arrange delivery!!!! So then they said they had someone who could deliver it that night. I stayed home all night. No delivery. So, the next day I sent a message to Noa asking them again to cancel it and refund my money, as it had not been delivered by the agreed upon date, so I could go by a bed. Then I got a message back from Noa saying their mattress had been delivered to me, with a confirmation screen shot from the delivery company that said they were at my place at a time I was actually home (and I definitely did not receive any deliveries). It was all lies and stalling tactics because I'm sure they never had the mattress in stock. So I told them that if they did not cancel the order and refund my money, as they had originally offered to do, I would take it to consumer affairs/the ombudsman. Eventually they refunded my money. So I never got the mattress. But I would never order from this company as I'm sure they would give you the run around if you decided to return the mattress during the trial period. Definitely not worth the drama.

responded with a generic ‘it’s being processed’. I called last week, and was told that it was on its way to the Sydney depot and the courier will call later that week or on Monday. I’ve heard nothing since and their phone lines go straight to voicemail. I am in my 3rd trimester and working long hours/full time still so I desperately need a more comfortable mattress. I was very excited for a Noa luxe after many rave reviews but it’s poor service is making me wish I ordered something that could arrived sooner (or at least give you an idea of when). I’m strongly considering canceling my order (if I ever get through) and ordering the sleep republic mattress instead. While I’m sure I ll enjoy it when it arrives eventually but my experience so far has been pretty appalling and for an online only service Noa would lose a significant customer base if this were to continue. It’s the worst of all the online homeware stores I’ve ordered from.

Slow shipping, no customer service – One week after my order and it hasn't even been processed and dispatched yet. Rang phone line on multiple occasions and got through once to be told it was processed and dispatch was imminent, 2 days ago. Shipping estimate starting at 2 days on their website is false, now they say 3-7 days even after dispatch to go from Vic warehouse to Melbourne CBD. this mattress I was using a cheap ikea spring mattress and pillows which was the cause of severe back and neck pain. Simply using the Noa mattress has completely fixed my body in conjunction with a memory foam pillow from Ecosa.

Spring mattress are firm, but they're noisy and can excessively respond to movement. Foam mattresses are decadently soft and absorb movement, but movement feels like it takes too much effort. The spring/memory foam hybrid is a genius move. The support of the springs feels firm and familiar and prevents me from sinking too much, and the memory foam feels like a warm cloud and helps absorb excess movement and prevents me from feeling the stab from springs.

Edge support kinda sucks, but I personally don't care. It sinks quite low when I sit on the edge but I like it. It feels like I'm quickly slipping in and out of bed.

I don't notice any noise during explicit shenanigans except for my creaky Koala base--which by the way, the weight of the Noa mattress is heavy enough to improve the sliding problem of the Koala bed base. My friend uses a Koala mattress on his Koala base, and his bed slides significantly more than my Noa mattress.

When guests stay over I always prep my bed with a fresh set of linen sheets and let them sleep in it.

Every single guest I've had are blown away by how comfortable my bed is. My bed is firm yet soft, and decadently warm. My mother, who owns an extremely expensive memory foam mattress has bad back problems and habitually sleeps with an arm behind her back. She noted how she did not need to do so for the first night in her life.

I've stayed at friends houses and countless hotels in the past 3 years and nothing has come close to this setup I have.

I am CONSTANTLY thinking about how comfortable my body is in this bed. I yearn for bed every single day.

So far, no problems. I don't notice pilling or sunken spots or anything.

Also I'm writing this in bed. I'm really happy with this bed and I intend on using this mattress for the rest of my life.

Excellent support and comfort – After having returned a competitors mattress, I'm very happy with the Noa. It ticks all the boxes - relatively firm yet supportive and extremely comfortable. I tend to move around in different sleeping positions and the noa works with all of them. After three months its a good as new and doesn't suffer from sagging issues. Show details ·  1
