Are there any legal options as the Company has taken orders and money from clients and never supplied the goods? I ordered and paid $140 for items back in February and have never received them. Have sent many emails and keep getting a reply that they will get back to me and they never do. And now we can’t contact them, non of the contact number is working.

I place a$120 order from Noni B and received a load of huge unwearable jumpers and tops from BeMe. The styles or sizes are not even remotely close to what I ordered. I messaged and got a robot response. I really don't know what to do. Very dissatisfied Show details

One pocket sewn on inside, other pocket sewn on outside!! – Purchase made online. Mono Zig Zag cardigan for $15, listed as $149.99. The problem is one pocket is sewn into the incorrect inside of the cardigan, while the other pocket is correctly sewn into the correct outer facing side! Seriously do these products not go through Quality Control. My mistake having removed the tags before checking!, although doubt I would have received a refund on a sale item. So beware. Show details

wrote to Mosaic asking for either a replacement or a credit. The replies I got back were pleasant but I was informed that they do not replace or give credit for faulty items. As far as I know this is against the Australian Consummer Law. I am disappointed & disgusted with Mosaic & will not buy from Noni B again.

INCOMPETENCE IN THE SALES AREA - VERY DISAPPOINTED – I first mentioned to millers@nonibgroup.com.au a complaint about an order/invoice mix up back in an email on the 6th April 2023. still had the photos luckily for the 1st botch up and put those on the email showing the price tags for the wrong product, the top. Back last year, they apparently couldn't come up with the correct order as they ran out of the product so I got a refund, I believe.

This time around, I got the run around by them. The 1st response from my email was from a person called 'MJ' on 11th April, who professed that I needed to check again because the delivery had come and I needed to check into the tracking. He also suggested I check with Australia Post if I have an enquiry. What??? I quickly replied and never heard by from 'MJ from Customer Care Team Mosaic Brands Ltd' or anyone else from Noni B. I sent out a few extra emails to no avail.

I contacted them again for the last time on the 17th April and went through the muddle AGAIN and said if they couldn't be bothered contacting me I would go to every review online and say my piece. Well, they obviously do not have a good staff ethic and customer service means nothing to them so be warned - this could happen to you if you fall for Millers Noni B brand. I am stuck with a linen striped knit top that looks cheap and has a price tag of $89.99 on it. I can't use it as it is far too small. I will never see the blue pants I was hoping to get, and who knows how many other customers have been conned into buying a trash top like this in this scam!

Noni B staff are very helpful – On Thursday, May 16th I visited Noni B Riverton with the intent of buying a skirt. Janet, the sales lady was so very helpful that I bought 3 items of clothing. On Friday, May 17th I was in a store having difficulty trying on a pair of shoes. A customer offered to help me. Coincidently, she was on her day off. Unfortunately, I had only received half my order. No email to say why. So I was on hold for over 2 hours today with no pick up. Just a recording that says your next in line for the next available operator. Seems I will be waiting forever.

ordered were on their way. I ordered ten items, and only five arrived, today. One of these items I had ordered two of, but only one arrived. I swear that they took my size and subtracted 8 or 10 from it when they chose the shorts and the jeans, as they will never fit me. Also normally when I buy a dress from Noni B that was originally marked at $199 it is of a quality cut and fabric, but the one dress I received of those I ordered is cheap, thin cotton, and nothing like what I have received in the past at that price point. Now Noni B is shut, and I am scared that I will only get few of the items I ordered, and never get the rest. I have never ever experienced this issue in the past.

Do not buy. Items are not of value as they state Items are rubbish no wonder they are closing. I am so disappointed with them. The colours are horrible to online photos the material is thin. Not quality at all. No refunds no exchanges so they send you rubbish. Please consider carefully . Never again very very disappointed. Email system no reply funny that. I ordered 8 different items in a single order number. I received three items in a post about 4 weeks after payments. Then, approximately after 6 weeks, another two arrived. A week after that, I recived an email saying that they were unable to send the remaining items, and the money for those items would be deposited. This is unacceptable and can be challenged. They can keep my money for a long period and return the money.

Poor customer service – I understand that shop assistants need breaks, but,being told by a very angry assistant that we should leave the store immediately was quite rude. Could she not have just closed the door and waited for those in store to keave and not let others in? Forest hill Noni B. No wonder they are closing.

Scammers. Won't refund whats owed – Ordered 2 shirts. When they couldn't supply one, all they refunded was $8. The new discounted price of the shirt (that isn't even available). Not what I paid. Trying to get sense out of them is not happening and I would get more sense from bashing my head against the wall. Not the first time I have had a similar problem with them. Fool me once, shame on them...fool me twice, shame on me. Never again. Same goes for Rockmans, Millers and Rivers.

RIP OFF GIFT CARDS – Bought my wife a gift card for $50 in August. Went to use it on 22nd November. Told that she has to spend $50 to get her $50 gift card. So we have to spend $100 in total. What a rip off as my wife only wanted something for $50 so was going to use gift card. Would never purchase another card from this company or any company associated with them. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!

reduced to half the price now. The group that owns it is under Administration. Noni B has not informed the customers the value on their gift cards has been halved. I think it is unfair to make use of customer monies in an unreasonable way to solve their business problems \. At least they should have let their customers be aware of it. I had to pay extra to use the $20.00 as one cannot find a garment for $20.00 in the store. Quick way to make money! Wonder if anyone was able to take this up with the Consumer Affairs?

she could use the voucher, so she had to spend $200 ($100 up front and then the voucher money). Disgraceful. No wonder the company is going into receivership! Good! Good riddance to bad rubbish. No sympathy here, you deserve what you're getting. Stop ripping people off!

Bad customer service – I wanted the exchange pants that was too big for a smaller size. The lady at Noni B Whitfords Shopping Centre was extremely rude and told me they do not exchange or refund anything. I didn’t mind that they do not offer to exchange or do refunds but the way she spoke to me was extremely rude, unprofessional and patronising. Will never go back there. Show details

Wrongly sized cotton tops – I purchased two cotton tops for my wife in size M and they arrived in a size XL although marked as medium. I guess we will have to have them altered by a dressmaker.
