Absolutely worked for me
In my early seventies, but feeling one too many belt loops extra needed fixing. In a pre-Christmas effort over two months in October/November shed six kilos (Close to a stone/14 lbs) but more importantly have begun to understand the psychology of why I had gained weight. All my life I have been unable to have just one square of chocolate. Noom helped me understand the Why?, and even more important, the How? Now on their two month Maintensnce program to keep that weight off and ensure food choices match my energy/wellbeing needs. Absolutely worth the money.
Noom Keeps Taking Your Money
I signed up for free trial but didn’t ‘cancel’ in time.
I cancelled then they took another payment.
Be careful, once you sign up for alleged trial it is really hard to get out.
Still have not used the thing.
Beware - you will continue to be charged
Some good ideas but absolutely not worth the money especially as you will continue to be charged after the expiry.
Noom just takes your money
I started Noom a year ago. I did not like their methods of undertaking mini training sessions of basic information you already really know but since I did not start the program until 10 days after signing up and then did the training for a week I was not eligible for their 14 day refund policy.
They have additional ways within the program to take more and more money from you.
Please note that when you sign up you are signing up for a yearly subscription.
Today they took $197.10 out of my PayPal account. When I checked their refund policy it s

Not worth it! You will waste your money!
Trying to charge a LOT for very LITTLE! Very poor support by computer generated responses and then people with very, very poor English responding. Information is so general and obvious. Such a waste, never again!
Be aware!!!
I must have done a trial purchase which I do not remember doing. Then i discover over $600 taken from my PayPal over many months. When I emailed them to ask I got an email with about 9 requests to show when, where and how I signed up.
I had ALREADY showed them proof of the money coming out of my PayPal and THEY would have been able to see I hadn’t used it AT ALL! I am sure they would get a lot of unsuspecting people and their hard earned cash this way.
Making it so difficult to get my money back I honestly just did not bother.
Awful! I wish I had read the reviews prior
I forgot to cancel my subscription, didn’t use app at all because not useful and got charged $149 without using and one day late to cancel. Very bad service and product. Be wary
Ghosted
I found the Noom link on Facebook, thought it sounded interesting, answered all their questions honestly and paid the subscription. I haven't received a link to confirm my email address, nor have I received a personalised diet plan. Nothing. Crickets. Not impressed at all.
Terrible
I paid the $26.00 fee for a beginner & didn’t get anything from them only fir them to want more money, don’t get a coed in line I did, absolutely terrible

Be wary of this company they will automatically renew you without permission and will not refund
Impossible to get in contact with anyone to get a refund. Unconscionable conduct
Exactly what you think it is
It's toxic diet culture disguised as science. If I wanted to feel bad about myself, I can do that for free. Worse still, when you try to cancel they suddenly halve the subscription fee. So why are you ripping people off?
Not happy with sneaky subcription charges
Program had some useful tips but is not a sustainable way to live. I don't know anyone who has lasted more than a few months at best. But beware, at 6 months without any reminder or notification, they will recharge you. I find this sneaky. Don't fall for their discounts to entice you to sign up. My advice, just don't subscribe in the first place.

A really disappointing experience
Today is day 1. I will write a couple of reviews over time if the trial improves. After 2 hours of survey questions and personal health and psychosocial data entry I was hoping the App would provide me a food logging section. It has an exercise, water consumption, weight and blood pressure section. But no way to track calories. Advertising refers to the food logger. Recipes and Foodie are not the tracker. See the photo attached. So that was really disappointing and frustrating after all the time spent. I also have a new email address, unused
... Read more for a month or so, and Noom was the first time I had given this email address to anyone. Within hours I had a dozen advertisers from book sales to dating sites. Not happy. An email sent to me said they wavered the$26.14 trial fee. But the next email was a receipt for the Paypal transaction. When I asked the App support section about the location of the food tracker, the Bots sent me a URL to cancel the subscription. Made me think my question Wass a thing. Let's see how this plays-out.joined the $1 2 week trial, charged $201
I joined the noom trial subscription of $1 for 2 weeks. I woke up this morning to 3 charges. The $1 which I wanted, $80 and $129. I have already cancelled my subscription (it has only been 10 hours since sign up) but based on what people are writing here, I can forget a refund!
Appalling administration , they take your money and then can’t deliver their program
I signed up with Noom 10 emails and almost 2 weeks later as well as $220 00 later I still don’t have access to the educational material or much else because apparently I am not registered under the correct email account . I have sent them PayPal screen shots which they asked for , still not enough . I think I am dealing with a Bot rather than a human .

Hi guys & gals
I am in desperate need of losing weight roughly 25kgs
I was 1 click away from signing up for a 14 day trial for $1
But then i read these exact words
You can cancel anytime before the end of your 14 day trial & will NOT be charged full price
UNLESS you cancel beforehand.
Umm am I the only idiot that doesn't seem to understand that statement?
Anyway so I decided before I click that NEXT button (with my credit card details already filled in) I would do a little research & that brought me here.
I would love & very much appreciate any advice, info & support that anyone has to offer please
Thank you so much in advance
Contact them and ask for written clarification. This is obviously a spelling mistake as it doesn't make sense. I found them trustworthy when cancelling.
