Bad product – Bought a blouse which is not the same colour as on the image . Looks like it has been discoloured through a wash. Very poor, extremely disappointed. Complete waste of money. Straight to the bin.

NO Customer Service, very disappointing – No customer service whatsoever. I ordered 2 items that ended up being way too big and the material is of poor quality. I have submitted 3 requests for “authorization” to return them, starting weeks ago, & have yet to hear back from them. And they state returns must be made within 30 days; for me that is in 3 days. Will not respond – Will not respond to return requests. I thought I was ordering a houndstooth knitted sweater dress, but the dress was a sweatshirt material. And too short. Don't be sucked in by NORACORA photographs! – DO NOT look at a Noracora promotional pic for one minute and think it in any way fairly represents what you will receive. Absolutely designed to deceive. Photo will be worn by a size 6-8 model, garment will not be the colour or length it appears, and the texture represented will be misleading. Would give less than 1 if I could – The footwear, loosely used term, was not at all as depicted. Had a lot of trouble finding customer service. Everything done via messenger on the Web. Incorrect sizing and not the colour I ordered – All too tight even though I used the given measuring chart. Ordered coffee for one top and received a bright pink I would never wear. Disappointing that the return policy is unjust - no point attempting it. Won’t trust again.

Worst Customer Service – I have not received my order form 10 days ago, I thought they were local, sent them a email, one sentence, “when can I expect my order?” The answer: Be patient. Poor Delivery Service – I ordered 2 dresses on 25/8/2022 to be delivered to my Sydney address. Without any notification a courier attempted to deliver the parcel and because nobody was home did not leave the parcel. I have been over 2 months trying to get an answer on where my parcel is. Last 2 emails requesting an update from Noracora Customer service have not been responded to. Very poor customer service and I am being to think I have been scammed.

Save your money!! – I should have done more research - they have a return policy that they don't follow. Dresses I received have design on front and plain material on back.
