Will not respond
Will not respond to return requests. I thought I was ordering a houndstooth knitted sweater dress, but the dress was a sweatshirt material. And too short. But the negative review is due to the fact they do not respond. Will not order from them again, they are going on my "blocked" list.

Guys you are the worst company I’ve dealt with
I ordered two items from Noracora order # HBPT01800643 which included the boho printed v neck off shoulder cotton blend too purple colour size XL and a jersey blouse casual loose tunic style both were received and I have to say the items did NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS they show on the website - the purple blouse was black the other one loooked like cheap cotton material from China. I would never buy again from these guys they are not genuine.

Absolutely appalling! Beware and don’t waste your hard earned money!
The dresses arrived looking like sacks. I’m completely disgusted with their response and refunded only half what I paid. Absolutely appalled and will see to it that they’re investigated.

Don't be sucked in by NORACORA photographs!
DO NOT look at a Noracora promotional pic for one minute and think it in any way fairly represents what you will receive. Absolutely designed to deceive. Photo will be worn by a size 6-8 model, garment will not be the colour or length it appears, and the texture represented will be misleading. You will also have no idea of the fibre/s it is made from. 'Knitted' is no guarantee there will be any wool or natural fibre component. Regulations need to be tightened to make such details essential.

Misleading
My experience with this website is very deceiving as in the checkout after certain purchase it clearly states that you are eligible for free shipping and as soon as you move to checkout it automatically adds up the shipping charges.
When I email them with the scream shot of both the pages I receive a standard email.
I am not even able to add the discount code.
The discount offer after downloading the app is also very deceiving.
U have also noted different prices for the same product so please be mindful b4 paying for the product
Beware of sales with this company.
I ordered product on sale that came to $155, when i reached $89 their internet site it kept stating that I had free shipping. ..After I'd checkout...& 5 minutes later I checked my emails, horrified to see they had charged $145 for shipping..$295 altogether so I tried to cancel the order..I offered $40 but they refused the offer..I've stated there is something wrong with their internet site...they keep denying it...has taken over 5 weeks to get my refund...Beware of so called "sales"...FRAUD

Poor customer service
I order clothing from here several dresses .. got several dresses that run small and tried getting a hold
Of them by email and even phone contact .. and they gave me instructions of how to return the items by email . I went into their website and it didn’t allowed me . I tried contacting by email no response . And I tried calling their number and that is not in service … I will not order from a company like that again .. They are scammers …
Wish I had looked up product review before purchase!
I bought two pairs of “Solid Casual Cotton Leggings” from Noracora.com on the 12/03/2023 which looked like it was an Australian based shop as the prices for items are shown in AU$. It’s not and doesn’t state so anywhere on the website that it’s a Chinese company. It’s based in China so there’s the first deception for potential customers to know about.
Secondly, not only were the leggings I bought clearly not made from “cotton” (during the PayPal dispute they confirmed “95% spandex, 5% elastane”) as stated under “Product Details“ of the ad but

They refused to send me a return label, so I escalated with PayPal. PayPal online stated I can receive a full refund but unfortunately I would be required to pay the return shipping to China (~$25 Australia Post quote) which would simply not be worthwhile. Furthermore they would have only sent me a refund once receiving the items, and dare say it would be my problem if Chinese Customs decided to pick these out. However, I phoned PayPal about this case and they were very apologetic and happy to offer me a PayPal voucher worth slightly more than my purchase AND report this merchant for dishonest practices. Kudos to PayPal!!!
Ordered 2 pair. Got 2 different sizes
Ordered 2 pair of soft cloud pants couple of months ago. Only today put the 2nd pair on to find they don't even fit up my legs! Pair I tried originally still fit. Ridiculously short pants. I'm only 5'3" and they come half way up my calf.

Misrepresentation re postage
I bought 5 items which should have been free postage. My two enquiries re charge for postage were never answered. 4 out of 5 items are close to the picture. One is much larger and didn't meet the measurements.

Would give less than 1 if I could
The footwear, loosely used term, was not at all as depicted. Had a lot of trouble finding customer service. Everything done via messenger on the Web. In the end due to the high cost of returns, going to China, they offered a 15% refund on the item.
So beware, bad products, expensive to ship back.

Terrible..Huge Lesson Learnt!!
Purchased a number of items,shoes,tops etc nearly $300 worth in Nov/Dec 2022 twos half months later to receive bits and pieces of the order.Knew something wasn't right purely because of the size of the packaging.NOTHING was as advertised looks wise,I had a floor full of strands etc from the half hearted made garments.Colours were incorrect,sizing well confusing and well off..all tops were just shaped like a square,other than sponge bob I know no one with that shape!!they were very I'll fitting in all ways.The shoes were terrible advertised agai

Read moren as a faux leather suede,well clearly they couldn't even manage that,my dogs pigs ears are softer than putting these supposedly simple slip ons on..the edges so sharp I had a cut/sore just trying them on!!Stupidly got them in various colours..the sizing terrible,they were just sloppy and too big,looked ugly and I'm a shoe woman..!Finally 3months later I receive another item which again nothin as described and be warned the embroidery is only on one leg of the trouser!!it's also a print!!THEN they inform me only through my constant enquiries that my other item is cancelled!!WHAT???Having waited for this item for an occasion initially 3 months later to just say it's cancelled!!NO explanation,apology,substitute. So I have requested a refund for the full amount which they claim will be addressed in a week??why a week?I said no NOW!!Very quick to take my money for a load of rags,very slow to offer good customer service and rectify the situation amicably!!As far as I'm concerned they can have the lot back,I'm not going to wear it!(But alas it's past the return period,how convenient) Stick to what I know and what is reputable..wish I had known prior I maybe wouldn't have ignored the red flags!!Don't waste your money,go out and enjoy window and clothes shopping,tryin stuff on and paying a good and fair price with a guarantee.
Bad customer service
I place the order including 2 items. I only received one item. Waiting little while the second item still not turn up. I summit ticket to enquire twice. I didn't get any response.

Incorrect sizing and not the colour I ordered
All too tight even though I used the given measuring chart. Ordered coffee for one top and received a bright pink I would never wear. Disappointing that the return policy is unjust - no point attempting it. Won’t trust again.
