BEWARE Nuova Melbourne company – Purchased clothing and boots from NUOVA Melbourne…poor quality. Had to send them back to China at my expense……they arrived in China 35 days ago…… I’m not holding my breath. No more answers to my emails…which come from the Netherlands. RUBBISH QUALITY – Stupidly got sucked in by the advertising....and like the other reviews, my products (boots) were complete rubbish.. Disappointingly I have wasted more money on a coat, heaven knows what they are going to send me - so like the other reviews, the boots are light, cheap rubbish, you would get better quality from a $2.00 shop - DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A SCAM – This is an absolute scam. I bought what looked like a knitted sweater with floral stitching and received a disgusting synthetic piece of rubbish with a printed pattern on it. The company deliberately poses as Australian when it in fact ships from Asia. I’ll be reporting to the ACCC as false advertising and a scam. Terrible on all fronts. Cannot be trusted – I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Their garments are not made of high quality cotton-linen as suggested - the fabric feels like it contains a good deal of polyester and does not have a nice look and does not sit nicely when worn. as they kept trying to offer me other deals - to get me to buy more product. Now I have the retuns process and address, I am responsible for postage to China (and customs charges), a phot of the package and tracking number and I am not sven sure after all that that they will refund me. SooLinen did not - and I wonder whether they are in fact the same Company. I take exception to their name as it implies they operate from Melbourne and therefore retirns process should be striaghtforward. I advise everyone to steer well clear of these people.

tried to convince me to keep the sandals and offered various discounts for future purchases. I had to write at least 20 emails until they finally agreed to refund, but only if I return the items on my own expense. I did that and paid $25AUD for a tracked return. Four months later I still haven't received the refund. I suspect they provided a fake return address and at this point I lost $152.

Don’t buy from this company – Ordered what was supposed to be linen pants reduced from $130 to $65. When they arrived they were cheap cotton and not very well made and looked nothing like the pictures on the web site. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. actually comes up as D B WAVE MARKETING B.V I advised Paypal, I purchased from the AU site, so I should be able to return them to the AU site, paypal advised they would get me a full refund once the item was returned and gave me 8 days to return them to China as this is what the seller has agreed to, we all know Melbourne to China is not possible within 8 days, so the cunning seller knows this and only offers that as an option so she gets to keep your money regardless. I wish I had of read these reviews prior to purchasing, their photos and models look very well made, but that is not what you get, Since then, I have had her email bounce back " the address is not valid" and the only contact I can now have is via paypal, who now will not allow me to correspond until I provide a tracking number, regardless of the product not being able to make it to China within the specified 8 day period, the tracking number will be useless once it leaves Australia waters, obviously the seller knows this too. Your just in a NO WIN situation and you loose your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Received an email stating my refund would be processed and returned but this never happened. Now the emails I send are getting a failure to send notice because the email address does not exist!!
