Zero quality goods and service – I purchased two pairs of boots in black and taupe, the colour on the taupe pair rubbed off on the inside after the first wear and after further inspection I ran my nail along and the coating came off really easily on the inside and the outside! Refused to give even an exchange even though the boots were clearly faulty. Extremely poor quality goods and no customer service. See attached video
One of the few shoe places that hold a size 5. I constantly struggle to find shoes my size but always seem to find my size at Novo. I also find the material of the shoes comfortable and not harsh. Show details

Poor quality. My shoes sole split after 6 months. I purchased a replacement pair at my cost as they are only covered for 6 months. The replacement pair has the sole partially not attached properly.
I bought two pairs of shoes a few years back. I already had some but I bought extras as they were on sale. after time, the glue deteriorates what I did not expect was when I took them to a shoe repair, he said they were not repairable. The underside of the shoe was like a sued and the sole was a smooth plastic type material. There was no way he could get the two to adhere and didn't want to take my money. He said they must have been put together with heat. I had another white pair never worn and I got them out. You could see the sole was already starting to lift. A total waste of money and disgusting that what I thought was a reputable shoe store would sell something like this. They are still new/like new and nothing I can do to be able to wear them - only to throw them in the bin. Too late to take them back and with no receipt. Clearly they are Novo brand. I will never buy from Novo again and won't hold back on telling anyone that does shop there.
One star is too much for this company (Trestina Forest Hill - Novo shoes outlet) lacking in customer service! Overcharged me for a purchase and would not reimburse me the difference even though the sale ticket on the shoes said otherwise. When I requested a refund, guess what, they don’t refund. Not interested in honouring the sale price and not interested in offering a refund. Avoid this second rate company! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a pair of sandals online and paid shipping as I'm unable to reach a store nearby. I was sent a faulty pair with one discoloured. I reached out and was told I had to return to my nearest store. I am unable to do so which is why I paid for shipping. Totally unprofessional company that don’t care about their customers. After minimal wear, the strap completely came out of my shoe. After emailing customer support I was told it was wear and tear!!! Apparently $60 shoes are only supposed to last around 10 wears!!
Do not recommend-The quality is poor. I only wore my boots a few times before they broke on my way to work. This was embarrassing and very inconvenient.

Unfortunately, they were not helpful at all and refused to assist with such a simple request, even though the order had just been placed. It’s frustrating when a small issue that could easily be resolved is ignored. I expected better customer support and flexibility from a well-known brand. Very disappointing experience.

False advertising. They say items are available online but when you purchase them they say they are not available and they cannot send them. They offer no compensation. I understand this happens in the system but it still says the shoes are available days later !

All in all I was reasonable happy with my visit and purchase from Novo Shoes Elizabeth Shopping Center the only criticism is that when I got home and took my blue ankle boots out of the box I discovered the boots were black.
