Can some one help me with warranty for Nutrimax in the U.S ? My top for my pot broke from the top handle where the meter shows colors.
I bought some pots and a frypan about 10-15 years ago but have never used it. Saw it demonstrated at a home show. Now I can’t find any instructions. Can somebody help me at all please ???

Yes - I need the instructions for using them. No idea what to do. I seem to remember that you use them quite differently to other pots. Any ideas would be very gratefully received.

I would also like a contact number for the lifetime warranty. Love the product however for the price I would like to be able to have the electric pan fixed. I think it alone was over a thousand dollars

Can I put the pots (not the tops of them but just the pots and pans themselves) in the dishwasher??
Yes you can, we've had ours for 10yrs and use pots setting (extra hot, extra time) and have had no issues
I put mine in the dishwasher, but the black colour on the handles faded.

A few years ago I bought 3 items, a large pot for pasta, aN electric fry pan and a skillet. The large pot I use almost every day, no problem.. the other items I gave them to my granddaughter as a gift. She has not used them till recently because she has been travelling. When she cooks in them they go black and she has to scrub them to get them clean. Can you tell me why and what can she clean them with. Thank you Mirella
