Octasmart Mattress Topper

I bought this from just online. When I received it, it was much thinner than the pictures on the website. I went back to see if I missed the specs on thickness vs the picture on the website, no specs. I then noticed different pictures had different thicknesses. Mine was still thinner than all. Having slept on it for four weeks now, I can't say it makes a big difference, only a minor one. Show details

Satisfactory – Does help but continues to slip off the top of the mattress every night and have to readjust which is annoying…

Buyer beware, save your money – Would give it zero stars if I could. Bought the topper to help with back-breaking sagging of the octasmart deluxe mattress and it somehow made our sleeping experience even worse. Forget the free pillows!! – Totally happy with the octosmart topper, what I wasn't happy about the fact that they advertised free pillows and I didn't receive them. When I enquired as to why I didn't receive them, I was told that that wasn't the deal and there were no free octosmart pillows!! Disappointed

Great nights sleep! – Since sleeping on the Supa sleeper topper my husband and I are sleeping more soundly and stay warm all night.Great investment!! Show reply

Good but … – Great product and super comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t move on the mattress! Definitely needs an elasticised skirt or elastic on the corners to stop the topper moving down the bed. I would choose another topper over octosmart for this reason. Show reply

Soft but is it too soft? – While unpacking I was expecting some VOCs, but it did not give off any gasses at all according to my Dyson air purifier. It has given my mattress an extra layer to sink into and has improved my sleep. I do however wake up with a sore shoulder blade as I think my overall mattress + Octasmart Plus mattress topper combined are now slightly too soft for the way I sleep (side). If you’re a back sleeper you’ll probably not have any issue whatsoever.

Zipper broken already! – Good afternoon Unfortunately the zipper is broken on my recent purchase from you. The zip has split and the zipper head is stuck. This is my second Octasmart purchase and the zip on my first topper is in perfect condition. I’ve had that topper for over 4 years, so this new topper issue was a surprise for me. Can you please advise as I currently just have the topper inner on my bed and I’m not getting the full benefits. Many thanks Kate

Very comfortable to sleep on! – I have bought two of these mattress toppers now, and my mum and myself both agree that they are very comfortable to sleep on. I bought this one for her as she suffers from arthritis, and while it won’t take away all the pains she has it has taken some of the weight off her bones some. Love it so comfy – I am very pleased that I bought this excellent mattress topper as I didn't want to extend to a new mattress purchase. It has really helped me sleep better as I have some hip osteoarthritis issues. It bounces back pretty well after compressing under my body overnight which is great. Good product. Show reply

Disappointed – . Manufactured and packaged two years before we received it. Has suffered from being folded too long. Disappointed. Not as comfortable as we were lead to believe by the advertising.

Disliked the topper and terrible customer care – The topper worsened my sleep, aggravating my headaches, and when I sleep on it I awaken with significantly increased neck tension/pain. mattress is very hot. Even though our night time temperatures are still in single digits, I awoke several times during the night with heat in the spot where I was lying. Really disappointed about this as it was an expensive purchase.

Octasmart. My Mum suffers allergies really bad, they use the topper & the pillow from the range. She swears by it, its literally taken all the sniffles away through the night! If they made sofa's, she'd buy one of them, too!

is pretty sweaty usually so we have stayed away from memory foam in the past but the topper is cool all night and super comfortable.

November 22nd 2019 Update: Amazing support and comfort

As I suffer from osteoporosis and compression of discs, it was almost impossible to get a good nights sleep, until I tried the Octasmart topper! I am waking up refreshed every morning, and even better I wake up not sore anymore! Best investment I have made for a long long time.
