Terrible service. Never expected services like this even exist!!! – I sent a small parcel from Sydney to Melbourne and got a window of 3-5 days delivery. Waited for 11 days and no parcel was delivered. They said a calling card was left which I believe they did not as it was office address and someone would always be there. I wasted a month for no reason. Their excuse was not having a unit number when the address was a house with noo unit in it. How careless it that???

Prompt interstate delivery prior to Christmas – I have used Mailman several times, the first time was when the service first started and experienced a few problems. parcels to Philip Island was that the parcels were delivered to the intended address. Australia Post only delivered to the nearest post office from where it had to be picked up. Sent a late parcel to Geelong, Victoria, on December 20th and was told delivery would be between 27/12 and 7/1, understandable given the time of year. I received a phone call from daughter on 24/12 to tell me that the parcel had arrived. I am impressed and continue to be impressed by the Mailman service and use it whenever I need to send a parcel.
Excellent deliver mailman – After suffering with damaged/lost shipments using Australia post. I was impressed by the ease to use, service and presentation of parcel on arrival. I was impressed and will be happy to use again. Show details

Ripped Off! – I purchased Mailman satchels in bulk in April 2020, I went to post one the other day (14/8/20) and was told they no longer provide this service. What?!! notices! They told me I could not get a refund unless I provided the receipt or date of purchase, and that I could not get a refund on the satchel I had written on. I paid for a service I DID NOT get, Officeworks has continued to trade during the Pandemic, I have not! I cannot believe a company this large makes it so difficult to get a refund when it is clearly their fault. What happened to putting customers first?
Beyond terrible – Parcel was lodged on 22/7/20 for delivery between Brisbane to Melbourne. No tracking recorded and parcel is MIA as at 5/8/20. Has to be the worst delivery service in Australia. Show details
Convenient drop off and that is where it ends – Lack of communication as to status and tracking. No notification once delivered. I have to follow up with the person I was sending it to to be advised it had arrived. Both these parcels were sent to South Australia. Adelaide. Then nothing, no tracking expect handed to local contact. Had to chase and chase for both and both were late and last the 12 business days. They are using Fasttrack couriers once it gets to the capital location and only have to read their appalling reviews to see why this is not working. Tried to contact and provide feedback to Mailman and crickets, so can only infer from that their care factor equates to that of the sub-contractors they use - i.e. a big fat ZERO!

VERY disappointed – sent a parcel via Officeworks by Mailman one week ago to the day - told it would be collected by the courierthe same day! Checked tracking two days ago - not recognised. Terrible Service – I have a small Etsy business, more products were broken than delivered safely. Now a refusal to reimburse. Mailman has cost me a lot of money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! – It has been over a month and I have yet to receive a parcel sent from Perth (to Sydney). Four emails to Customer Complaints at Officeworks and this is still not resolved. Fastway. Officeworks needs to consider closing this section of their business down or ending their ties with Fastway. I ended up having to spend $350 to buy a replacement item to complete a project. This saga has turned me off even shopping at Officeworks.

If I could give minus stars review I would - The courier co used are thieves – The mailbag was delivered to my GF this afternoon, once she got back inside the house with the bag she noticed the side of the bag had been opened slightly, enough to to poke your hand through. A bubbled wrapped present was removed from the bag, obviously stolen by the driver. Warning do not use this service under any circumstances.... Pay a little extra and use Australia Post.... never would have used them. Fastway informed I had to call Officeworks, Officeworks would provide photos of damage. I asked why they couldn't send photos since they had the package. "Officeworks is the supplier". Called Officeworks. Officeworks told me I needed to call Fastway. I said someone needs to take responsibility. They suggested a form to locate my parcel. I completed said form to locate may parcel. It was just sitting at a midway point. Officeworks contacted me and asked if I wanted the parcel returned to store. I requested information on what sort of damage had been sustained. They replied saying they would contact Fastway. There was then no contact until the receiver sent me a photo of the parcel. Contents undamaged. Box in perfect condition. 13 business days after sending. Absolutely would not use again.
Worst Service – Products still in transit from the 16/03/2020 between Sydney and Brisbane. Expected time from was Tuesday or Wednesday that week. Submitted a request which will take up to 2 days for processing. I have used this service in the pass and it took a week before parcel was even collected from officeworks. Unreliable service. after 6 days and then again in transit - don't know to where. You ring officeworks 1300 633 423 it gives a weird messages saying you have dialed an invalid key. Finally after much frustration managed to get on chat to raise a case number to track where my parcel is.
So if avoid mailman unless you don't mind getting frustrated.

March today is the 12th and it's with a Regional Delivery Service so god knows when it will get to its destination. I will never use it again or recommend it to anyone. I would give it less than 1 star if it was an option. In this day and age it should be way better and I can't see it surviving as a viable business.

Never using this again – I was expecting a package with homeopathy medicines for diabetic parents aged over 80 years. This was couriered from Perth to Melbourne. Most of the call lands to officeworks and they have no clue how to redirect call or assist. Their online enquiry form always fails saying that it's under system maintenance. Such a terrible service I have never experienced.

payment proof . I was told my parcel would never be located. And I got a refund of the cost of the cylinder and the photocopy .The document enclosed was a photocopy of a document that I had just had laminated for lifetime protection. It cannot be copied successfully. Therefore the copy for who it was meant for lost forever. A hundred year old piece of family history... I should have read the product reviews first. Worst of the worst - Shame on Officeworks for selling this "service" – I sent 5 x 10kg prepaid packs last year from ACT to QLD 4507. Alarmingly the locker already containing a parcel could be opened by selecting "need a bigger locker" . frustrating hours spent on the phone waiting for unhelpful claims staff. The late deliveries was just shrugged off as one of those things.
I had to send 5 x 10kg again thinking this time (23 Jan 2020) it must have been improved! WRONG. Still the same issues. Officeworks still use Fastway couriers who are uncontactable. All parcels arrived late. One was not picked up from the locker for 5 days, one was sent to Melbourne instead of Brisbane, and another just disappeared for a week "in transit" but they did not know where till I put in an online enquiry.
Never again, Sloppy careless un-business like don't care attituted. MY ADVICE - DO NOT EVER USE
Estimated delivery 1-2 business days, actual delivery 10 business days – I used Mailman in the hope that I can ship something sooner on a weekend, when AusPost is closed. Oh boy, was I wrong. All I needed was to send a letter from Officeworks Yarraville to another address in... Yarraville. The estimated delivery time was good for nothing. There were also issues with accessing tracking, and when I was able to, it showed several 'Out of Time' or 'Unable to Deliver' events. Show details
