I regret dealing with them, order number 1021577350 on 18th of April and still on the 29th of April as order confirmed, I am travelling soon so I'm going to miss my planed gift. Thank you, you are very reliable.

I called Officeworks, and they told me I had to collect the remaining items from a Pack & Send collection point. I went there today (16/01/2026 at 3:40 PM), and the staff member told me that if the delivery driver doesn’t have time, they just leave the items there because the next day they have more deliveries to do. I honestly didn’t know what to say.

I don’t want this to happen again. What should I do — should I avoid selecting home delivery?

I ordered a couple of years with OfficeWorks, but I used the click and collect.

I wanted to order 80 prints and tried different quantities to see how much I would save. Couldn't cancel other jobs so decided not to go ahead with any. Okay for printing but not the best value – Whether they'll do a price check is 50/50. There's lots of conditions that to me seem arbitrary. They're not as bad as The Good Guys however. Their product selection is okay but I'd avoid technology unless you want to pick it up yourself and get it quicker. Great if you want to print something but for canvas or metal prints I'd go elsewhere online since you can get a much better price.

Customer Service Center the next day. She sympathised it's a lot of money and would follow up with other departments without promising anything. As i didn't get any written confirmationabout the expiry date I didn't hold any high hope in recouping the money but I got a very nice reply from Maureen yesterday advising my gift card has been reinstated for a few months. This just comes in time before Christmas and I can make good use of this money for Christmas presents for my loved ones! I want to take this opportunity to thank Maureen for her excellent works and care for the customers. A few things I must emphasise, I got a reply from her the next day and her tone and words were sympathetic. She emailed me again while this is being looked at, assuring me they haven't forgot this case... and finally her cheerful email telling me my gift card was reinstated... I hope Officeworks management reads this review and recognises Maureen's high level of customer service.

when I got stuck and flustered. This store also has a great vibe to it every time I shop there as ALL the staff are really cheerful and smiling. Sure the store gets busy at times but one has to make allowances for that. Patience is a virtue.

It's pointless checking if stock is available at your local or any stores in your vicinity online because they show stock available at all of them yet when you go in there's no stock & staff try to sell you something completely different. No Kleenix flushable wet wipes so staff try to sell me alcohol wipes! Could you imagine if perhaps a person who's second language was English bought these for their child's delicate freckle. OWWWWW!!!

brick walls of clueless staff telling me that the order is in progress thus cannot be canceled. But that's the thing - any self-respecting print service that caters to business has a degree of flexibility in modifying or canceling orders because every expense is valuable to small business. Furthermore, I contacted them first thing in the morning before any "production" could have begun - it seems to me that they have the means to cancel and modify orders but just choose not to, out of sheer disregard for customers. I am NEVER taking my business to Officeworks again. They are atrocious, they know it, but won't do a darn thing.

Terrible customer service, they've hidden the option to speak to the store behind "option 3 - click and collect". I called the feedback phone number and the operator confirmed they can't get anyone to answer the phone in stores too. Too greedy to hire enough staff. tldr: if you need to speak to a store directly, choose the Click and Collect option. Or better yet, don't shop at Officeworks

22nd Jan 2026. Nothings arrived. I then a week later get a random call on my phone from a delivery man (which I couldn’t take at the time because I was driving) he didn’t mention what he was delivering but I assume it was my item. I was out at the house as I had family visiting from interstate. I then went online to a live chat and spoke to [Name Removed] (?) who was ZERO help. I asked to speak with management as my delivery was late. [Name Removed] said all deliveries are late at the moment. But when asked when I could expect it, they couldn’t tell me! He also didn’t give me the correct link I ask for to contact management and ended the live chat off before I had even been helped. The next day I tried phoning thinking it would be better. But after being on hold for 10 minutes it was a waste of time when I got to speak with staff. The Indian female who I spoke to was hopeless and said they tried to deliver my item but no one was home. I told her that I was not informed it was coming on a different/particular day! No communication!!! I asked to escalate my issue to management and she told me they would email me. It’s a few days later and NOTHING from management. I was openly upset about this situation to her on the phone and said that it was ridiculous that customers are kept in the dark about delivery on products and are expected to just wait at home everyday for it to arrive with no communication or regard to the paying customer. Meanwhile, my office is still needing this product - so too bad if you are a busy environment that needs to function with office works!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars for their crappy service and disregard for paying customers!!

Don't ever print out your photos with Officeworks. Not only are their computers always broken and unavailable, but you'll waste hours doing it online, only for the website to crash, un -edit your edited photos and renders all your photos in one size even if you've selected others. Then when you recieve them, they are terrible quality, despite being take when a real camera.

with someone who appeared to be working from home with her children in the background. Very difficult to hear her but apparently she created a new order that “should” arrive next Monday. So much for “next day delivery” and overall a chaotic and unprofessional experience. Should have “clicked and collected”.
