Ordered an iwatch online. Delivery date of 15 July was indicated on the invoice.
Still not delivered. The online order tracking still indicates 15 July, with no updates.
Have rang numerous times, am told there's a case number but nothing changes, and no new delivery date is provided.

I placed a pre paid order from OW Fremantle for an Apple USB-C DIG AV MLTIPRT ADP and was told it would arrive within 2 days, it did.
So far so good.
I went to the store for what should have been a 5 minute pickup, that's when it fell apart.
After 20 minutes of standing around while a bad tempered older staff member stormed back n forth with no idea where to look, I commented that the service was pretty poor.
That's when he lost his temper and started slamming things down, I was shocked.
I received an email from OW asking how my experience w...

Even small print jobs now take about 3-4 business days and can be up to 10 days. Completely unreasonable timeframes, especially considering they used to be 1-2 days.
The only way to cancel an order is to call head office and wait on hold.

4 weeks and 2 phone calls to get a refund on a faulty google nest doorbell, allegedly because I used Paypal.
I thought I was getting a good deal when I spotted the nest doorbell on sale with next day delivery. Unfortunately the doorbell just wouldn't work with my wifi. It took about a minute to notify me someone was at the door (meaning they had already left) and despite trying online help I just couldn't access settings to focus the detection alerts on a specific area. I organised a return on Officeworks web site and waited. Despite getting a reply advising the package would be collected within 5 business days, nothing happened. After 9 business...
Read more days I rang and was advised to take it to my local store and they would return it. I did this and ensured the store was aware of the arrangements. After a further 3 weeks of not receiving a refund or any contact I phoned again. I was then told that they were processing the refund while I waited online and advised I should get it within 2 business days. Here's hoping I get it. The clear message from this experience is don't buy from Officeworks Online if you think there is any chance you might return the item. If you have to buy online from them, use a credit card so any returns are simpler and should hopefully be faster and much less hassle.- Incentivised Review No

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Fold Z 3 on a Saturday night (At the cheaper price of $1900 as everyone must have had their tax time deals going). They had it packed and booked in with Toll at 8:30pm Monday night (It was to go from Perth to Bunbury, which is only 2 hours south). I had no update and rang on the following Wednesday to check up on the order as Toll's tracking said it still wasn't collected. After the next few days, there was still no update and I rang a few times to find out what was happening from both Toll and Officeworks only to get t...
Read morehe run around as they had no direct line to Perth from the East and had to wait for a reply in email form and Toll couldn't help me without a booking reference number from Officeworks end. I rang the following monday to have it refunded, but an hour later decided to have it reissued and shipped to a local branch, which the person on the other end of the phone said they were happy to do, and I could hear plenty of tapping on a keyboard in the background. They have since decided to refund instead of reissuing (Whether they decided they didn't want to honour the cheaper price deal and decided it would be better for them to credit it and ignore my request of re issuing it, I'm not sure). After a week of trying to chase the order up, and the price jumping by $500 in that time, I still have no phone and am now expected to pay the higher price if I want to get one. Still not sure who has my phone that I ordered (Courier driver, or whether it ever actually left the warehouse), but it's certainly not me.- Shipping

After wearing for only a short time they start to hurt your ears. Pressing hard against the ears with no adjustment, had to return for a refund. Performance wise they seem OK. They should be taken out of stock until Logitech correct the problem.

Tried to place order for "design your own" office chair. They didn't have the pieces I needed in store. The software allowed me to design a chair and "place in cart" but the cart kept showing empty. Phoned "customer service". After waiting 20 minutes was told I would need to be transferred again to sales. Waited another 20 minutes. The lady spent a good 20 minutes inputting MY details and asking if I wanted to get promotional material. Then looked at the product and said I can order online. I explained the problem three times. Went off to check...
Read more with someone and came back and said ... you guessed it ... I can order online. Basically did not help at all. They've not only lost the sale - they've created a customer who will avoid office works at all costs.- Incentivised Review No

Placed an online order. In a minute it was cancelled for a security concern. Tried second time, same outcome. Called customers support to clear any concerns. Was told their security team does not talk to people as they are God like creatures. Was sent to a shop if I needed to buy anything.
In summary, they do not care about customers, they do not need customers, customers just annoy them. Very sad place to buy anything.

I placed an order with Officeworks online. They sent 3 messages saying the order was on the way and then when it "arrived". I am home 24/7 and there was no delivery. When I contacted them about this the woman on the phone, who could barely speak English", said "But the computer says it has been delivered so it must have been".
When I explained that it had not been delivered and I am at home 24/7 due to disability she told me I should go to an Officeworks store buy the products there and then apply for a refund when the goods arrive. I stated t...
Read morehat I would not be doing that and that, she said she could be of no further help. At best she was totally incompetent, had no reasonable solution, could not give me any details about the so called delivery and appeared to be completely disinterested. I asked to talk to a manager, she said she could put me on a list to talk to a manager but that would be at least 4 to 5 days to receive a response because they have received so many complaints. I demanded that she re-send my goods at no charge, she said she would "try" but that she could not guarantee delivery and then asked why I could not go to a store myself. AGAIN, I explained my disability but she did not seem to comprehend this at all. STILL waiting to hear from a manager and STILL no goods have been delivered. The most inefficient, incompetent, useless, waste of space of a company. NEVER deal with these people, unless you want to pay for items that are never delivered.- Product Quality

I have tired to purchase an item from your website 6 times now and every time its cancelled and I'm told I've been refunded. Spoke to your online chat who first sent me a link of your T&C's... That told me nothing. They then said I'd have to go into a store to purchase it. If that was an option for me, don't you think I would have done so instead of wasting my time on your website!! Then I was told I'd have to wait 48 hours for an email. I'm done. I'll go somewhere else. You don't care about your customers, that's clear. Funny thing is, I've made the exact same purchase last year in the exact same way, same details and it was fine. There's obviously something wrong with your systems but you don't seem to care.

I wanted to get the iphone 12 128gb on the officeworks website it said $1077, harvey norman was selling it for 988.
when i asked to beat it by 5% they denied saying actually our website isn't updated yet. even in store same issue.
ACC should be looking into this. because this isnt fair, officeworks is twisiting their price beat by 5% policy. the website was the same for 8 hours customers should get 5% discount until website is updated.
or just remove 5% beat policy. cause you just like to just match it by 1 dollar

I got passport photos for my baby and the post office had to reject them, they were completely the wrong size. Luckily the post office could help and retook them.
I have been trying to get baby thank you cards printed and it has now been 3 months. The online help desk just said 'these things take time' which was a totally unacceptable answer. When I called they offered a refund and processed it. I just want the cards so I had to reorder again. I have worked in printing and if we took this long to process orders without any explaination we would have gone out of business.
I can't recommend them at all after these experiences.

Ordered Apple Watch S7 on 7th December with pick up date of December 10th. Date continues to be postponed and Toll site shows no indication of parcel en route despite OW stating item on its way to the store. Item is a Christmas present and is it going to arrive in time for Christmas?
