Horrible
Very bad customer service, it took me over 20 mins to get help at the counter while there were over 10 employees walking around doing nothing Show detailsDishonest Manager
I bought a faulty Mac from them and took it back immediately. They looked like they would initiate a procedure to provide me with a new replacement. It turned out that they would only repair it or replace it with refurbished ones. I only found it out from the paperwork they wanted me to sign and when I asked them directly. Then they claimed the refurbished ones were the same, still maintained by Apple, and had a warranty. But the price I paid wasn't for a refurbished Mac.It also takes 2-3 weeks for them to repair. Their manager, [Name Removed... Read more
] lied that purchasing from other merchants would result in the same process. However, this is not the case. I have talked with Apple. Apple offers new replacements for faulty items purchased from them within three weeks. Additionally, Apple matches prices if they are higher than those of Officework. I guess all the Officework has the same procedure. But I would appreciate it if I was treated with honesty and respect.Guaranteed to not honour their cheapest price guarantee
I don't know if Officeworks staff are actually told to think up reasons not to fulfill their pricematching (+5%) guarantee, but that has been my experience on every occasion. Today I was told that they wouldn't match a price because the rival company's internal product code didn't match Officework's internal product code for the same product.Whatever Officeworks management is trying to achieve by advertising such a pricematching guarantee, I suspect it is the very opposite of what results this behaviour.
Don't bother asking. Just go with the cheaper guys. Show details
Officeworks again taking your $ and not delivering the paid for service - this is an ongoing issue with this company
I returned to Officeworks again - unwiselyI spent $9.80 on the email scan function self service
AGAIN - the scans did not appear in my email inbox
I complained to staff who advised “ oh they will come up in 15-20 mins …..and go outside the store where the internet connection is better “-(?)
I have been waiting 4 days for the scans to come through
This is BLATANT THEFT - criminal activity
Who would have thought a AAA conglomerate like WESFARMERS would condone such activity
Well , a TRIPLE ZERO rating from me Show details
Excellent customer service
We were customers at the OfficeWorks in Keysborough over the last few days.We had some complex printing requirements for a funeral which Robert and Madeleine dealt with professionally, patiently, kindly and compassionately.
They did an excellent job. Show details
Service appropriate to the era
Time Officeworks updated its printing, copying and scanning machines (which have the option of emailing).Few available and over priced for services they provide.
Antiquated payment (PCSS Recharge) system that requires users to “load” card at the counter.

Stocking issues
I have a HP printer. It uses the 60 cartridges. The last 3 times I have been to Officeworks they haven't had this particular ink cartridge in store. Yesterday when I went in they had 20+ 61 cartridges, and 20+ 63 cartridges, but not one 60 sized cartridge. So I had to order it in. They're supposed to have the item the next day by shipping it from another store, but they don't seem to do that these days. Probably because there is less competition in the market p[lace they can afford not to offer this service. So it'll be Monday before I can get my hands on this cartridge but I had to order and pay for it on Thursday. Not a huge problem I know, but it's annoying when they say they have a product, but it's not in stock. Show detailsKeysborough ripoff

Terrible Service, Avoid buying any devices from them
I bought a new MacAir laptop from Officeworks on 8/02. I took it home on 8/02. I noticed the screen has marks that can be noticed only when the screen is turned off under direct light. I bought this item as new but it was priced much cheaper than other retailers. It was the last one available in the shop. I took the item to shop and initially the sales rep tried to convince me it is normal, and the item is brand new. I insisted it is not normal so he mentioned they does not have it in stock and he has to talk to his manager who was not in the s... Read moretore that day. I left the item with him and get a receipt. He called me one day later and told me that his manager does not want to replace the item, and that there is no way it could have this marks from manufacture although he acknowledged the device is brand new and have not been used. I lodged a complaint with Officeworks and got Case number , yet after chasing the case for couple of days and being told that store manager will contact you today to no available, I went to the store and talked to the store manager. He mentioned that he will not replace the item or sent it to warranty as “Apple will make laugh at him”. Yet, he mentioned if you brought it on same purchase day, I would replace it although he knows that I bought it 8:30 pm and the shop closes at 9:00 pm!! The sales rep was there and admits that marks on the antiglare coating (they are not scratches to the screen) can only be only noticed on direct high light and even in this scenario, so it can’t be man-made but he made two claims Apple quality so it can’t be them, and Apple does not allow them to replace products. He mentioned he thought the marks are dust effect and got a solution and tried to clean the screen to remove them!! I do not know what damage this caused to the screen and I am going to take this with NCAT. Overall, avoid dealing with them, they are on the path of GodFreysPoor service and rude staff
