Bad Quality and clock stopped working in 14 months – bought this clock and minute hand stopped working. After mutliple follow ups and all the suggestion made by the company - they concluded that clock is out of warranty. Hence they can only offer 15% discount on next purchase. Hence I have lost $170 within 14 months. As the warranty ran over in 1 year. Absoloute rip off and waste of time. Show details

deals. My recent purchase was delivered spectacularly by Allied express. Possibly the best delivery ever. All the way to WA inspite of terrible weather, within less than ten days. This particular clock, the Kensington, copper, 80cm clock, is just STUNNING and is appropriate for both the ultra modern home or for the more contemporary, ecclectic, interior. Very pleased! Original post (one star): I was looking forward to it however the display is hard to read regardless if during day or night or with/without backlight. During day: hard to see the time, even when the backlight turned on and you sit up not looking straight but from above to it you cannot read anything (like if it is standing on a sideboard). In the evening when room light switched on: The display reflects too heavily like a mirror. Turning on the backlight is not making it any better. Very regretful purchase. You dont see how bad the display is until you take the clear protective film off the screen , which has a display printed onto it, covering the issues. This customer service here does not take responsibility in taking it back since to me their advertisement is inaccurate. Also they blame the description on the manufacturer. You cannot leave reviews on their website, nor do you get an email to do so.

only 10 steps. 20 minutes later, the display screen showed 31! Something had clearly come loose in it for it to rattle so loudly and count erratically. I made a video and sent it to their customer support. They were quick to dismiss me and sent a ridiculous response telling me that I had set my pedometer on calorie counting instead of kms with a complete talking down to by providing a detailed explanation on how to use a very basic pedometer. In my email, I had written that the pedometer was not properly counting “steps” but the video I’d made showed that the pedometer was set to calorie counting. However, given that I was trying to prove that the counter was faulty, it would be obvious that I’d also meant that it was also incorrectly counting whatever it was set to read whether calorie/kms/miles. The fact that I had set it on calorie counting when I made the video was irrelevant. They had not addressed the issue of erratic counting. Clearly they had not bothered to read my email to understand the issue and therefore had tried to trouble shoot the problem just by watching my video. Hence did so without context. Assumptions were made that I was a simpleton who needed talking down to. It took me writing an angry, bad review to be taken seriously. I was then given a full refund and am not required to return the item which only proves their lack of confidence in it. I believe in supporting small businesses but this experience has made me realise that when it comes to electronic items, I will need to shop at a brick and mortar store where I would be able to take the product back into store if there was an issue with it. I am giving them two stars because of the humility shown by the owner in offering an apology and recognising the mistake they’d made in not properly addressing the problem.

The clock I got for my tv games music room looks very good and plus stands out as well and looks very very good Tells time day date month year temperature humidity and plus 12 hour time and 24 hour time as well which is very good It reads the room temperature which is very good as well Definitely will be shopping more at oh clocks for digital and clocks for my house Show details ·  1
