Hi just had my plumber install a new Oliveri VE590FCR-P mixer tap and the rubber seal that was supplied is too small and caused a leak. Plumber used one of his larger seals that worked but wondering if this is just a one off issue? Thanks

I have purchased Oliveti FT3EGN 3 Way Filter Tap. The hot & cold lever is too long & touches the wall, so no hot water. I have asked the company for a smaller lever eg same as the water filter lever. I have been told that there is nothing they can do. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.

The thin lever is loose and unable to be tightened .... is there a fix for this ?

Have just had 3 brand new Oliveri taps installed by Plumber beyond disappointed not one of them pulls out or retracts properly the laundry one I was accepting as it’s a smallish space with a lot going on with hoses for washing machine and dryer however the butlers and kitchen have no excuse. I noticed this problem in store and asked the staff at E&S he said oh it’s just because it’s not actually connected or installed it’s just for show!

The taps don’t pull out smoothly and do not retract at all you have to shove and shove it back up the tap and even that won’t retract it all so I’ve had to get under the sink and pull on the ball!! His bad is that having spent 1000$$ on Oliveri sinks and tapeware I will definitely be looking for a solution this is my brand new dream kitchen

Where can I source spare parts for having my SS2575 mixer tap fitted? I have contacted through the oliveri website maybe 2 weeks ago without a response, and I have also been to 2 trade plumbing stores and both have been helpful in trying to follow up details however have both claimed they haven't recieved a response from Oliveri.

Basically this mixer is brand new, and when we went to have it fitted we noticed the fixing nut (and the 2 small screws) along with the weight attachment were missing. The online retailer we purchased through has been good in response and has said they will refund the cost of replacement parts. But now I just need to find out how I can get hold of them.

How do you remove / attach the hose from the nozzle on oliveri pull out goose neck tap. We have a large hole in the hose and have arranged for a new hose but can’t work out how to remove hose from nozzle. The hose is almost completely severed very close to nozzle and only hanging on by a few threads. Was hoping to replace myself but may need a plumber to do this?

My Mixer tap (ES580) has become very loose in its mounting in the sink. How can I tighten it again. It was only installed 3 years ago by a plumber when our kitchen was rebuilt

Purchased VT0426B-ST-BL for new kitchen and the pull out part doesn't stay in. There is always a small, sometimes large gap between it and the main part. Is it supposed to lock in somehow?

Oliveri SS2525. Essente Needing to purchase a ‘hose weight’ for this tap, will any universal brand be okay, or do I need a certain weight or size for it to work properly?

matt d.

Did you have any luck with a universal weight? I see Reece Plumbing list one for $5 online. I've been trying to chase a few parts missing from my brand new mixer (weight and lock nut) but cannot seem to get a response from Oliveri. Even the Plumbing stores are struggling to get any reply.

Must say, Oliveri were quite helpful. Even though we have no exact details of when the tap was purchased,(we purchased the house recently) they supplied us parts for only the cost of postage. Crazy thing is, just before the parts arrived the tap stopped leaking! Can't imagine what happened as it had been leaking quite badly for a considerable time. Anyway, not complaining, hope it doesn't start again, and if it does the parts should fix it.

How do I stop my vilo pull out mixer VTO426C from dripping please? Is there a washer?

Jeremy L.
Jeremy L.

Not sure where it is dripping from but they had to replace entire mixer and hose as it was the plastic part inside the mixer that would not tighten up and just dripped all the time. Contact your supplier if still under warranty

How to keep the hose in place on the Vilo VT0426? It seems like it needs a connection to stop the hose falling down out of the tap. Is there a part missing?

Oliveri
Oliveri   DM

Hi Lisa, When the tap was installed the plumber should have added a weight to the hose underneath the sink. The weight may need adjusting to help keep the pull out in place. It's easy to do yourself, all you need is a screwdriver to loosen the weight so you can move it up and down the tap hose. Once it is in the right place, tighten the weight again. Thanks, Zara from Oliveri

we have a mixer tap with a pull out spray arm that has started to stick when trying to put it back into place. Ive requested a service call but thought it may be a simple fix that we can sort?

Oliveri
Oliveri   DM

Hi Collette, If you look under your sink, you should see a hose with a weight on the end of it. This weight controls how the pullout moves back into place. Our first suggestion would be to check on this weight and see if it has come loose, or has even fallen off. You'll just need a simple screwdriver to fasten it back in place.

Let us know how you get on with this.

Best, Julia

Collette Bryan

It isn't anything to do with the weight. The rubber O ring on the head is binding inside of the tap.

We called Oliveri and they sent a new rubber ring for it. Seemed to sort it, now sold the house so don’t know if it’s ok now
