Omega Services Air Conditioning & Heating

Saved our central heating – Prompt service. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned to fix it. They had to come back as another part needed replacing. The parts came in quickly and they returned to completed job. Unfortunately needed them again 9 months later and was told that department had closed and they couldn’t help me. So I lost my guarantee on previous job and had to look for a new company to fix the same problem.

Great, responsive service. Would use again – We had a rheem electric hot water unit (boiler) and a Fujitsu reverse cycle aircon Unit installed. The team were professional, friendly and delivered on time. Would definitely use again. Show reply

Ended up Worse than we started – Called in Omega to service out two working air-conditioning units at the end of 2019. One an older unit and the other 3 years old. Omega had previously done some satisfactory electrical work for us. The serviceman spent at least half an hour preparing a quote to do extra works. He finally got going on the services. air-conditioning until January 2020. At which time we discovered that the two working units were no longer working. Both were mysteriously out of gas. Omega came back and said they were out of gas. We knew that, and said there was nothing they could do. We eventually got someone in to re-gas the newer unit and it is working fine. The older unit is trickier as it is on a bracket on a high external wall. They charged very high rates for the service and let us with two non-working units. I would never go near them again. We had joined their Home Protection Plan. Do not believe there was any benefit to that. What a shame. You can do better than using Omega.

Great fast service. Everything works well, great support – We got a quote for ducted aircon installation from Omega. Not the cheapest, but seemed the most knowledgeable and competent. Fixed price quote plus notes on possible extras that may become liable once they start. On the day MANY people turned up. Complex system installed flawlessly in 7 hours. Amazing. my toddler. Just came back to finish the free added extra they threw in as an offer in extra time- Im sure that was a pain for them! I cant fault these guys for professional and efficient service. This was my fist experience with Omega, but if this is their level of service I am a customer for life.

Prompt service – We had our air conditioner damaged by a storm and were advised by our insurance that we need qualified technicians to identify the damage, rang around a number of companies who were giving waiting times of 7 to 10 days , Omega came out same day , identified the problem for the insurance company and 7 days later Ahmad and Josh were out installing our new unit, quick and a quality job , thanks boys Show reply

Get a second quote!!! – The ducted air conditioning quote that Omega gave me was 210% higher than my quote from a second (reputable) supplier. Omegas solution was an inferior. The Omega staff that quoted were very pleasant but not as experienced technically and especially when it came to their sales pitch. Over twice the price!!!! Beware!!

All well done – Kevin & Michael carried out their jobs competently and effectively; all is now in order. The work was done quietly (while I had lunch!) and the system should now last for a further few years. Show reply

Tremendous efficient fast service – Pat Warrick and Jess were very helpful precise quick friendly and efficient inspected our premises set a plan and fixed our aircon on lime and excellent service

Feedback – I was impressed by Jesse's upfront understanding of the issues and the solutions. I hope once the new AC system is installed that it will be a great improvement to making our home more comfortable.

problem with solar heating – I appreciated Josh's care and attention he was very helpful and restored our heating indicating there was a fault elseware . on phoning the electricity supplier they sent a person out to restore supply and carry out repairs .
