I love the uniqueness and style of one tsp ,the sizing runs a bit large however and the more rigid denim needs a few wears/washes to lose that stiff feel but if u watch sales snd outlet , you can get a good bargain,everything Ive bought washes great but I haven’t bought anything super frayed ,those styles would require hand washing Show details

Terrible experience – Very similiar experience to the previous review. My daughter ordered denim shorts for $110. When she received them they were way off size, despite us checking the size chart before purchasing. Told that we could only get a store credit which is only for 6 months. Products Are NOT AS they Appear Online, Customer Service Nonexistent – Colour looks different to the image online and made NUMEROUS calls to try get it refunded - no response. I also remember calling and leaving messages to ask about their products before purchasing - still no response - I should have taken it as a warning. Worst customer service ever!
NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE – They only offered store credit if the sizes don't fit you, and they don't put the size of their garments on the website which is totally wrong. And the suggested size is useless. NO CUSTOMER service, NO online chat, not responding to emails.

it takes a little while for the bank balance to build up. We used the sizing guide on their website and measured my daughter and placed the order. It took approximately 2½ weeks for the order to arrive and surprise surprise, they didn't fit. Not only did they not fit, they didn't even come close.......as my daughter described it, they looked like a nappy on her. Curiosity got the better of me and I tried them on and they fit me! However I am a much bigger size than my daughter (and I do not like the style for someone of my age so wasn't prepared to keep for myself)
Straight away my daughter was concerned that she wouldn't be able to get a replacement pair, I assured her she would and most companies will let you return in exchange for another size. Well to my shock, I saw that OneTeaspoon does NOT allow you to exchange. Your only option is to return for a store credit. Not only that, but you are unable to repurchase at the sale price, so you go from having a bargain sale item to having to pay full price if you get the sizing wrong.
My daughter emailed OneTeaspoon, I also rang them and left a message (their website doesn't even list a phone number, I had to find it on facebook) as well as sent them a Facebook message to see if they would make an exception and allow her to get a replacement pair at the sale price if we returned at our expense. It has been more than two weeks and no one has gotten back to us. What makes this worse is that you only have 30 days from date of purchase to return your item. Because it took 2.5 weeks to arrive and we allowed some time for them to get back to us, that 30 days has now passed. How is this okay ?
When we started doing some research, we discover that the internet is full of people trying to sell their BNWT oneteaspoon denim shorts because they "Don't fit". I'm sorry, but this tells me that your sizing guide needs tweaking and maybe you should provide some additional information on your website to help with the process. And that led us to here where we saw many bad reviews on their customer service.
One Teaspoon do not care about customer satisfaction. It is at the bottom of their list of priorities. They only care about making the sales. That is where their duty ends. It is a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Great clothes, one of the worst customer service I've experienced! – Ordered an item online, I received an email that it was delivered when the site specifically states that if no one home, then it will be taken to the nearest post office. later! The package while had not been opened, the bag in which the garment was in, was opened. I checked the item and it was ok. When I sent another query about this, I am still waiting for a reply. I will have second thoughts about purchasing from them when their customer service is severely lacking, when all I wanted is some sort of explanation. Terrible!

Thinking I’d buy a different knit, I contacted CS to find out all the knits pictured were no longer available so I checked out a few jeans and chose 2 pairs (using the online sizing guide) and ended up paying a bit more again to purchase them. When I received them, both were too big. The fabric of the blue Freebirds seemed cheap and old fashioned and the cut really didn’t sit well. I’m a size 26 and purchased this size. Both jeans seemed low in the crotch despite being high waisted. And as the denim fabric is stretch.. they would have really looked so much worse and so baggy after one wear. So I contacted CS again but this time to ask for a refund as I was losing out paying so much for returns. CS was prompt. They ignored my request for a refund and said they’d help me with sizing. My advice: don’t buy jeans online from Oneteaspoon! In my experience of buying jeans you often need to try on a few styles and sizes before getting it right! And as Oneteaspoon do not offer full refunds or pay for return postage.. don’t waste your time or money! You’ll be going back and forth and it will cost you a fortune for an already overpriced product that isn’t any better than cheap jeans I’ve purchased in other stores. And now... after requesting my second return.. there’s a online sale! And all the products have been reduced up to 50% off.. I guess that happens but now I have to find $340 worth of product that will no doubt not look good, fit properly or be what I actually want. And I’ll be back to square one.

Online items ordered but not in stock – Items not in stock. Absolutely useless! Waste of time! You would think after all this time, and after many people complaining about the matter, that they would get their act together and fix this huge problem. They must like making work for themselves and losing customers/business.

Disappointed and terrible customer service – Purchased an item on sale. After 4 business days was given a refund with no explanation. After contacting them, 3 days later I get a response saying they had run out of stock in my size. It would have been nice if I was notified sooner as I could had tried getting away with another size. how you wear them. The fabric and quality looks amazing, when you get up close however a lot of products are often tough, damaged, break on slightest touches, the fabric especially denim seems to rub and leave shred of it on the skin and generally doesnt feel pleasant to wear. The customer service online is shocking. They take forever to get in contact with you and when they finally do they take even longer to reply and they forget what you were even asking about or your issue. Again I was honestly disappointed, really wanted this brand to work as the products look amazing and are different to the usual clothing however fall short in deliever of the actual item and not worth the money. Invest somewhere else, cant say one product has work as well as something cheap could or even close to other brands in same price range.
Terrible customer service – I would give 0 stars if I could. Their returns form doesn’t work for me online, so I’ve been trying to contact them for two months- I filled out two contact forms, called and left two messages and one email. They have NEVER responded to me. Don’t buy from them!!!

Worst Customer Service – Worst customer service. One Teaspoon don't offer refunds for poor sizing despite not having a wide variety of clothes in store and sizing varies greatly between items. Shipping is overpriced and slow. It's near impossible to get a refund - I had to get my bank to do a credit card reversal after weeks of contacting One Teaspoon without any response. Utterly pathetic service.
Bad Customer Service – I purchased an item online, a day later they notified me it was out of stock, they refunded the cost of the garment but decided to keep the $18 postage. Contacted them several times i was told the refund for postage will follow the garment refund it never did my other emails where ignored.

then received notifications from AUS post that it was returned due to insufficient address information. When I tried to use their website it automatically chose my apartment street number but wouldnt allow me to add a unit number and despite adding it in, it wasn't taken into account.

measurements are completely out of whack and you are probably no better relying on the size you are used to wearing in whatever country you reside neither.
My return authorisation was fast but wasn't credited for another three days (28th July). It took another week to be picked (4th Aug). 10th July there was still no shipping notification so I both sent an email and eventually was able to access online chat support. I was given an apology and told that there was a delay which they were 'working around the clock' to rectify. Told that it would be sent by the next day.
17 days (14th Aug) after I had ordered my exchange size I again contacted online chat support. The staffer told my order was missing so she went and got a pair herself and ensured my order was in the next postal run. It arrived two days later. (Today, 16th Aug). This same staffer (thanks [name removed]) then actioned the email I had also sent (10th Aug) requesting follow up when the online chat support was unavailable.
Disgusting Online Service – The most incompetent company I've ever dealt with! I'm actually shocked they are still In business :( be prepared for disappointment, and loads of frustrating phone calls to them because if they sell out of your item nightmare to try and get a refund!

applied for a refund and heard nothing for a few days, so I emailed them, still nothing, called and sent several messages through their online chat portal, still nothing. I've now taken my complaint to the bank and reported them to consumer affairs in the hope of getting my money back. Would never shop with them again.

from on line, in fact they would be the worst I have ever dealt with. And, it really annoys me they do not offer refunds, store credits only. As far as I am aware they only have one store in Avalon so if you rely mostly on on-line orders you need to get it right.
