sag in the mattress was within a reasonable range. They would not consider it to be a faulty item. They offered me a discount on another mattress but I don't trust this product anymore. Poor customer support. Poor quality products. I have been a really positive representative of this product. I would never recommend them again.

Completely unusable after 6 months. It was extremely comfortable for the first 4 weeks or so, but a deep rut developed where I sleep. I've been moving across the mattress to a "fresh" section every few weeks, but now the entire thing is an unusable, uncomfortable mass that gives me horrendous back pain. photos and measurements and send them off. Once this was received I waited 5 weeks for the warranty team to assess this. I reached out weekly to be told it’s still under review. 5 photos took 5 weeks to review. Finally after this time I was told it will be replaced but it will not be replaced by the same model but instead the lower ‘essential’ model. The website said ‘like for like’ replacement, so I questioned this and was told the new models are different and the lower quality is closer to what I originally purchased. After three days I was then told there was no stock and I’ll have to wait for the replacement, even though the actual model I ordered in the first place was in stock they refused to send one of those. This is all after they made me use permanent market to mark the other bed and rendered it unusable. They don’t answer their phones, the live chat is useless and emails are rare. I’ve had 2 beds from these guys and love em but I will never be buying another. Just hope nothing goes wrong with yours!!

The let down here is the delivery provider OneBed engaged (again, almost a year ago). The mattress was delivered locally to us within VIC, and that was quick with no issues. The delivery person even helped us bring the bed up to the apartment (we live near the city).

Different story for the adjustable frame, this came from interstate. The delivery was repeatedly delayed, I had to follow and chase up the delivery myself. When it was actually delivered, it was in 2 very heavy and large boxes. The delivery person just left them on the side of the street of my apartment, and I had to figure out how to lug it up (with the help of some kind neighbours) to my apartment.

Whilst the delivery might not be OneBed's fault, I've knocked off one star as that's the delivery partner they've chosen to engage, and in my view they represent the OneBed brand.

Common theme here - company asks for additional shipping after purchase, days or weeks after you make the initial order. I suspect any GOOD review above 2 stars here they've been heavily compensated, its an absolute joke that anyone thinks this service is good, its less than the absolute bare minimum.

upset for a solid 30min, I ask her get me a manager, she won't, even though the situation is "out of her control". Then another one emails me says testify that if it ever arrives you'll let us puck it up, telling me print your testify and sign it and send us a copy of your ID and only then we can submit a refund request, a solid 3 days for this as well as the 15 days, only to tell me the refund process will take 5 ore days TO JUST BE ACCEPTED if it ever happens. Bunch of sad, low life scammers they are, stay away. I am yet to get my money back, and will start a legal action by the end of the week if they don't get their crap together. This is by far the comfiest mattress in our whole house. The quality is amazing & we've now had it for years & you wouldn't even know because the quality is excellent. We will definitely continue to buy OneBed over the years.

picked up on Saturday, and now it’s Tuesday, but there has been no update or confirmation. We haven’t received tracking, delivery estimates, or clear information from customer service.

At the moment, we’re sleeping on the floor while waiting. We’ve reached out for help, but responses have been vague and unhelpful. We haven’t received any confirmation from the courier or the company regarding the return.

We’re writing this to help other customers understand what to expect. We hope the company improves its communication and support for future customers.

Ordered a $500 mattress then was sent an email over a week later saying they want another $300 for delivery despite saying "free delivery" on the payment page (based in Austrlia). Messages for a refund have gone unanswered. Don't bother with these guys, as I don't seem to be the only one. I would advise people to file a complaint with ACCC, hopefully if enough people do something will get done

ticket system produced blank submissions (test it yourself), and phone calls went unanswered. When I finally received a callback, I was promised a cancellation—but no action was ever taken.

I had to escalate through PayPal, and now they’re clearly stalling until the 14-day window for a full refund expires.

This all happened before I even received the product. If this is the level of support upfront, imagine trying to resolve a problem under the so-called 10-year warranty.

Disgraceful experience. Buy elsewhere if you value your time and peace of mind.

It's looks like scam.... Paid reviews on website.... Rude call centre support... Didn't deliver product and after asking them received email saying out of stock... Need to upgrade your product.... And need to pay delivery charges as I order from Perth... As Perth comes in Rural areas. After asking for about rural areas definitions hang phone saying cancel your order. It's scam...
