Once I found the right firmness, the mattress felt comfortable without being too soft or giving that sinking, “stuck in the mattress” feeling. It provides a good balance of cushioning and support, which makes it comfortable for sleeping through the night. I am a side sleeper and it's perfect for me. Even when I turn on my bed, it doesn't sink in.

I couldn’t remember how I found Onebed but I am glad I did. Since 2015, I have bought three OneBed mattresses in various sizes and very satisfied with the products and services. We requested a replacement. The mattress was picked up on Saturday, and now it’s Tuesday, but there has been no update or confirmation. We haven’t received tracking, delivery estimates, or clear information from customer service.

At the moment, we’re sleeping on the floor while waiting. We’ve reached out for help, but responses have been vague and unhelpful. We haven’t received any confirmation from the courier or the company regarding the return.

We’re writing this to help other customers understand what to expect. We hope the company improves its communication and support for future customers.

photos and measurements and send them off. Once this was received I waited 5 weeks for the warranty team to assess this. I reached out weekly to be told it’s still under review. 5 photos took 5 weeks to review. Finally after this time I was told it will be replaced but it will not be replaced by the same model but instead the lower ‘essential’ model. The website said ‘like for like’ replacement, so I questioned this and was told the new models are different and the lower quality is closer to what I originally purchased. After three days I was then told there was no stock and I’ll have to wait for the replacement, even though the actual model I ordered in the first place was in stock they refused to send one of those. This is all after they made me use permanent market to mark the other bed and rendered it unusable. They don’t answer their phones, the live chat is useless and emails are rare. I’ve had 2 beds from these guys and love em but I will never be buying another. Just hope nothing goes wrong with yours!!

The let down here is the delivery provider OneBed engaged (again, almost a year ago). The mattress was delivered locally to us within VIC, and that was quick with no issues. The delivery person even helped us bring the bed up to the apartment (we live near the city).

Different story for the adjustable frame, this came from interstate. The delivery was repeatedly delayed, I had to follow and chase up the delivery myself. When it was actually delivered, it was in 2 very heavy and large boxes. The delivery person just left them on the side of the street of my apartment, and I had to figure out how to lug it up (with the help of some kind neighbours) to my apartment.

Whilst the delivery might not be OneBed's fault, I've knocked off one star as that's the delivery partner they've chosen to engage, and in my view they represent the OneBed brand.

Four weeks ago I bought queen mattress for myself love it and my wife too. After two weeks later. I bought also one single mattress for my son and he got it and he love it too.

I haven't slept on my new mattress yet, but the purchase process was very positive. I enquired about booking in a specific delivery date, which was easily accommodated. to hang around at home all day and wait. The courrier even carried the mattress up to my apartment on the first floor rather than just the front of the building. The only disappointment was that my sheets were shipped separately via Australia Post, so I had to go out and buy sheets as they didn't arrive on the same day unfortunately.

I wanted to return the mattress . My dealings from customer services were polite and supportive and I was offered a full refund and pick up. While the mattress itself is good, the delivery experience and lack of follow-through mean I would be unlikely to purchase from or recommend Onebed in future.

sag in the mattress was within a reasonable range. They would not consider it to be a faulty item. They offered me a discount on another mattress but I don't trust this product anymore. Poor customer support. Poor quality products. I have been a really positive representative of this product. I would never recommend them again.

Completely unusable after 6 months. It was extremely comfortable for the first 4 weeks or so, but a deep rut developed where I sleep. I've been moving across the mattress to a "fresh" section every few weeks, but now the entire thing is an unusable, uncomfortable mass that gives me horrendous back pain. I suspect any GOOD review above 2 stars here they've been heavily compensated, its an absolute joke that anyone thinks this service is good, its less than the absolute bare minimum.

Then another one emails me says testify that if it ever arrives you'll let us puck it up, telling me print your testify and sign it and send us a copy of your ID and only then we can submit a refund request, a solid 3 days for this as well as the 15 days, only to tell me the refund process will take 5 ore days TO JUST BE ACCEPTED if it ever happens. This is by far the comfiest mattress in our whole house. The quality is amazing & we've now had it for years & you wouldn't even know because the quality is excellent. We will definitely continue to buy OneBed over the years.
