I have had the mattress for about two months now. I have a tall loft bed. The mattress is thick and very heavy which makes it hard to change the sheets. I have been sleeping really well though! It is very comfortable and getting a lot less pain in my hips and legs. Also less reliant on multiple pillows to sleep comfortably. I believe mine is on the softest setting which is super comfortable and supportive for side or back sleeping (it's too soft for belly sleep as it bends my back too far).

I also bought the onebed mattress protector with it. They were shipped separately (the mattress via courier and the protector in the post) but arrived within a day of eachother. I have had a little trouble getting the protector to stay flat. However I am happy with the quality of it and finding it to be a comfortable protector to sleep on (some waterproof protectors aren't).

Overall I'm happy with my new bed.

Avoid – My experience with Onebed was poor. I ordered the mattress which was delivered promptly. Good start. I used their plastic tool to carefully open the shrink wrap around the mattress. and after a few days, I received a response that they would send out a replacement mattress cover. Slow response but a reasonable outcome, or so I thought.

After a few more days, I received a follow up email telling me that they had reviewed the photo and it was clear that the damage was caused by me. I followed up explaining that I did not cause the damage and that it was obvious a sharp object, not their blunt plastic tool, was the culprit.

Several days later, Onebed responded, reiterating that I had caused the damage, but, due to their "goodwill", they would replace the mattress cover once the 125 night trial has passed and I decided to keep it.

I thought to myself that if this was their attitude within the trial period, imagine how they would behave once I was outside the trial period and something went wrong. So I decided to return the mattress and spend my money elsewhere.

I emailed Onebed requesting to return the mattress. No response. I emailed them again and a week later, they responded telling me that I would need to sew up the rip in the mattress cover and only then would they send someone out to collect it.

Petty is the nicest word I could conjure up with to summarise the conduct of Onebed.

The mattress itself, was ok. Nothing special. The Ecosa mattress I have is a much better mattress. Better quality. More comfortable.

I would not recommend Onebed... Both on mattress quality and customer service. Disappointing.

the value for money is very good. 3. They give a long warranty and that's always helpful as you never know how they're going to be down the track. 4. They have a very well made dust cover on them and out of the box, they fluff up very quickly ready to sleep on. 5. They are sitting on slat based beds and that seems to work great for them, as opposed to a flat base. 6. I would recommend Onebed Mattresses for kids/teens/adults or even for guest beds. 7. The company itself really goes above and beyond with the friendly customer service along with many options. This makes choosing mattresses easier and gives more peace of mind to us, the consumers. 8. We did not do the 125 night trial that is offered, but that is also helpful for people in choosing mattresses that suffer from pain problems when sleeping. 9. The company offers free and fast delivery which we were very appreciative of. The mattresses arrived out of Melbourne to our place in 1 day! Super speedy! 10. The most important part in choosing a mattress for us, was to ensure the materials they're made of did not give off any chemical odours. These mattresses did not do that, simply a fresh "something new" odour, not those foam odours that can occur with cheaply made mattresses. The cover appears to be a thick cotton, so all round the mattress is great for those who suffer from allergies. Onebed has thought of everyone.

As I am of large size the mattress seems soft even after rearranging the inserts. this has not been helpful for my back issues. and i seem to be constantly moving the sections back in position. that been said it is not the worse mattress i have bought. Show details

Returned happy customer – This is my second Onebed. I bought the last one five years ago. I loved that mattress; yet, on moving into a smaller room, I gave the mattress to my father, thinking I would be content with a standard single mattress and knowing my father would benefit from the support and comfort. Affordable Comfortable Mattress – Great comfortable mattress upgrade with adjustable layers and a 125 night sleep trial. Quality of materials is great - they seem robust and I expect they will see out the boys' time with me and well into a guest lifetime.

It's now been a couple of months since our purchase and they are still as comfortable and robust as on Day 1.

I'll be purchasing one for myself shortly.

Not a happy sleeper – I’m over 80 and am finding the mattress too hard. I’m constantly, tossing and turning, and find it difficult to get comfortable. It seems to have aggravated my lower back pain. I use a smartwatch to track my health and sleep and my sleep patterns are no better then they were with my old mattress.

We love it so we bought it again – We have been using a couple of one bed mattresses for a few years now. So when it was time to buy a new one for our son, we didn't have to think much and he loves it. The ordering was easy, delivery prompt and price reasonable. Comfy and convenient – This is our second Onebed mattress. When our toddler was ready for her big girl bed, we figured we wanted something we found comfortable. The only downfall is my partner keeps falling asleep! Our queen bed we’ve had for 5 years and still find comfortable. Bought a bed for myself, then another for my cat – I'm getting on in years and so is my pet cat - i bought a onebed mattress about three years old which has worked marvellously for me and now my cat, who occupies our spare room, has his own. First "Big Boy Bed" for my son – I bought this mattress for my son who has just moved out of his toddler bed. He had complained of a sore back and hips from his previous mattress but now he actually enjoys going to bed!
