very easy to open. Since sleeping on the bed, it has taken some getting used to, especially since there are no springs and my old mattress was very cosy and soft. It is a very comfortable mattress, I guess I kind of miss the softness off my old mattress and the bounce back you get from jumping onto it, although it is nice not being disturbed by my partners movements while we sleep. My back has taken some getting used to it also as I am a tummy/side sleeper but overall I am very pleased with the mattress. I sleep throughout the night, the mattress still looks and feels brand new, no complaints at all, I probably would not have purchased this bed however if it was not on sale.

Love the mattress it has helped with my back pain waking up every morning with hardly any back pain and I sleep a lot better. The mattress has kept its shape and firmness. Amazingly fast delivery. Great customer service. When deciding about what mattress to buy the online support was very helpful. I've had a week sleeping on my new mattress which I paired with an adjustable bed. It does have a bit of an odd smell when you first open it, so I would recommend leaving it to air out for a few days after opening and letting it inflate.

Definitely allow a good 2 weeks for it to arrive as well. We luckily had an air bed on hand while moving house

The mattress started to really sink in the place that I slept and it wasn’t for me. I returned it under the guarantee but it has been a nightmare. I’m now 2 months into the return process and still have not received my refund. Nobody answers the phone or replies to messages. my high-quality topper, but it made little difference. I wouldn’t normally consider myself someone who needs an especially plush mattress, but this one was just too hard for me.

I often switch between sleeping positions, and none felt particularly comfortable — I would wake up sore and could feel pressure on my muscles and joints throughout the night. While the product quality and service were excellent, the firmness simply didn’t suit my body.

Onebed offered me a discounted topper to help soften the feel, which I really appreciated, but unfortunately it was out of stock at the time. In the end, the return process was smooth and easy, making the experience overall positive despite the mattress not being the right fit for me.

incredibly supportive. Our first impression is that it's a very comfortable bed. We've never had a memory foam mattress before, this is pure luxury. The mattress is also great value for money.

spent so much money on a bed I HATE and they don't ship to my location so I had yo pay even more money SO NOT WORTH IT. Save your money DONT GET THIS BE. Unless you like hard beds

Our mattress was great for the first few months. Over time it’s become more and more uncomfortable. Considering the description on the website the mattress hasn’t lived up to expectations and we noticed mould on the underside of the mattress.

price is competitive and the mattress itself is good quality. It’s comfortable and doesn’t smell out of the box. The casing is robust and looks good. It is, like all foam mattresses, a bit hotter than a box spring but I can’t take points off for that. Overall it’s a solid pick, if you don’t want the hassle of comparing, just get this - I did the legwork for you.

looking for - as I can't do firm, but I also can't do soft and I dont like springs, but like the idea of being above to change things inside (which is why I had a MySide with 2 different comfort sides), the Original Gen 3 has this feature. I've only slept on my Onebed mattress for a few nights so far and am quite happy with it! I'm excited to change the inner layer next week to see what different support it can provide me with.

Very comfortable!! Quite firm which took a little while to get used to but feels really good for the back. Super easy to unpack and install. The mattress is fantastic quality and feels very durable. One of the best things I’ve ever bought. I have chronic pain and was in need of something soft but firm and this hit all the marks. I can lay in bed longer without as much pain and the height is really fantastic. I purchased the Queen bed during their sale. This bed has significantly alleviated my back pain. Its more a medium firm with slight softness and helps elevate my legs when I sleep so that my back stays flat and is supported. I was really impressed by the comfort for the price.
