Arrived fast. Once out of its box it gained its shape in hours. I wasn’t bothered by the new mattress smell. It feels firmer than I expected for a medium rated mattress. Very supportive. In over a month it hasn’t lost its support at all. I’ve found sleeping supine best on this mattress. Side sleeping is okay but only just. Having previously owned a latex mattress, we had high expectations for comfort. My partner prefers a medium feel, while I lean towards firm support, and the OneBed Original Mid-Firm was the perfect balance for both of us—just like our previous mattress. The zero motion transfer feature has also been a game-changer, especially with my partner’s pregnancy-related midnight wake-ups. No more sleep disruptions!
We also decided to treat ourselves to some OneBed pillows, which arrived with the mattress and have been just as comfortable and supportive—a great combo for an even better sleep experience.
As for durability, we’ve had the mattress for about a month and a half and so far, it’s holding up perfectly. Our previous mattress (which seemed to be of very similar quality) was still in great shape after about 6-7 years of use (apart from the mould of course).
In short: great value, great comfort, great service. 100% would recommend!

the OneBed Mattress. It is honestly the best bang for the buck and I cannot speak highly enough of it.
Pretty good – So far, I think this mattress is good for my back. I dun experience the back pain I had before getting this mattress. However, I havent noticed any difference in the quality of my sleep. I tend to sleep only on one side of my bed most of the time, and I think the mattress is maintaining its shape pretty well so far. One small thing I have noticed is that this mattress is slightly larger than my bed frame, but it doesnt affect its usability. Show details · 1
Different to old style inner spring mattress, but way more comfortable and isolated from partner movements – Even in rural Australia the mattress arrived within a week. Our frame had not arrived, so we put it on the floor for a few days, and it was so comfortable, and it continued to be just as comfortable after we set it up on the new frame. off the bed to exit, but lying down it is so supportive both flat on the back or sleeping to the side. It settles into your shape so nicely. And you absolutely do not feel the movement of your partner - only the sound of sheets moving :)

very easy to open. Since sleeping on the bed, it has taken some getting used to, especially since there are no springs and my old mattress was very cosy and soft. It is a very comfortable mattress, I guess I kind of miss the softness off my old mattress and the bounce back you get from jumping onto it, although it is nice not being disturbed by my partners movements while we sleep. My back has taken some getting used to it also as I am a tummy/side sleeper but overall I am very pleased with the mattress. I sleep throughout the night, the mattress still looks and feels brand new, no complaints at all, I probably would not have purchased this bed however if it was not on sale.
Follow-up · Been 2 years of having this mattress now. Still a fantastic mattress. I still find it a fit too firm personally but have added a mattress topper which has been fantastic. Edge support is solid. I couldn't say whether it gets hot or not as I am generally a very hot sleeper and have a very warm down quilt. No new mattress smell or anything it very much is a slice of home now.

The mattress started to really sink in the place that I slept and it wasn’t for me. I returned it under the guarantee but it has been a nightmare. I’m now 2 months into the return process and still have not received my refund. Nobody answers the phone or replies to messages. It does have a bit of an odd smell when you first open it, so I would recommend leaving it to air out for a few days after opening and letting it inflate.
Definitely allow a good 2 weeks for it to arrive as well. We luckily had an air bed on hand while moving house
