Onebed Mattress Original Single

Terrible quality — the mattress felt lumpy from day one and offered no real support. I woke up sore every morning, and the material started sagging within weeks. Definitely not worth the money.

This is the fourth onebed mattress we have purchased for our family! We started with a queen, upgraded to a King and now the kids have new single mattresses. After all my research and what I wanted out of a company and mattress, it always came back to onebed. Would never look anywhere else! Show details

Iam a returning customer and I have been using one bed double mattress and it is good and easy to maintain as it has mattress cover which can be washed and the good thing is the firmness can be adjusted as per our need. Show details ·  1

This mattress is a dream. I usually like very soft mattresses, so at first I didn’t think I’d like it, but it only feels firm for a second before it starts to sort of mould to you and it is the perfect amount of support and cushioning. I love it! Show details

Not happy with the quality of the bed – I purchased OneBed single mattress last year November after reading the online reviews but I really regret that decision now. interchange the latex layer with memory foam but it did nothing to improve my experience. I requested them to inspect the bed and see if this was a one off defective one, but they have no such process - it is either you have it or return it. The return process was not smooth either as I had to make so many calls to sort out the return.

Overall it is a big disappointment as i missed out an opportunity to buy a quality bed when there were so many offers going on.

take long at all, either - even though many people say it takes a few days to *fully* decompress, I just didn't find that. Maybe it's because mine was a single.

The mattress itself is nice. It's not as fluffy or 'cloud-like' as I was expecting, as it's still quite firm/supportive - but it's definitely comfortable.

My main concern with the mattress, aside from not quite being the blissful comfort that so many people seem to have described, is the fumes that come from the mattress whenever it's compressed and expels air - so whenever you sit down, fall into it, give it a smack - and they seemed to make my throat tighten up a bit, which was weird. Many people said the fumes would fade away after a while, but for me that hasn't happened. I thought about propping it against a wall with a window open and throwing tennis balls at it for a while...

Still on trial – So far finding it comfortable but maybe a bit soft for my back. Will give it another week or so before deciding on whether or not to keep or return it.  Show details

Onebed you did it again! Super comfy and ‘right’ firmness is what Onebed essential is all about. This is a new addition to our already existing Queen mattress from Onebed. While others ‘sag’ in a couple of years in the name of ‘memory foam’, onebed essential remains true to its promise of no sleep disturbances from tossing and turning of a partner. The mattress itself feels good. It is very supportive. This is my second purchase from onebed after 8 years.But the website for shopping can be misleading consumers. properly by just leaving a card in the mail box. But the fact was there was someone at home on that day, they just don't want to wait a bit longer for the elderly to come to the front door. Or they simply just don't want to do the lifting to bring the mattress to the front door. After that the delievery person will ask for $5 for a redelievery. Luckily, their customer service lady was quite professional. She fixed both problems for me. She did try her best. She deserves a big end of year bonus.

Best buddies for shift workers – This is my second one-bed mattress. I gifted the first to my brother, who struggles with night shift-related aches and he has been complimenting it since. back pain has reduced since using the mattress. There has been no sagging, even in the middle where the bed raises leg and head ends and the mattress bends/folds in a bit.

Good mattress – I bought the Onebed Original mattress to use with the Onebed adjustable bed. The mattress is very comfortable. unfortunately, I find it to be too hot in Brisbane summer nights when used with the Onebed adjustable bed. (The Onebed adjustable base has a solid base and doesn't seem to breathe?) I've moved this mattress to an adjustable bed with a breathable base and this has improved the situation. Show reply

instantly feels relieved, supported and relaxed - must buy!! You absolutely won’t regret it. My kids are very sporty and train 10 + hours per week, they always rave about how comfy their mattress is after training. It has been 2 years since the first mattress purchase and it is still like new without any signs of wear or sagging - an absolute brilliant buy!

Great mattress seemingly always on sale – I have bought two single mattresses a month apart the first one was quickly delivered and my son liked the mattress so much we ordered a second one four weeks later. shipping fees and they offered $80 shipping. So the shipping fee can be quite large.

Also worth noting the sale countdown on their website which makes it look like it will end in two days continues for months on end. I haven't actually seen these mattresses not at the 'sale' price.

The mattresses seem good quality and are comfortable.

My son loves it – We bought this mattress as a long term investment for our toddler when transitioning from cot to floor bed. He has slept so well on it, and it has been wonderful for those nights when he has needed some extra cuddles, it doesn’t hurt our backs! My daughter loves her new mattress – Bought this to replace an old mattress lacking in support. Out of the box my daughter felt it was too firm for her (it is a very firm mattress). However after flipping the top layer she absolutely loves this mattress and says its super comfortable. The extra support has also been a bonus as she no longer wakes up due to discomfort. neck pain have been reduce and allow me to sleep full 8 hours per night. The only missing star is the mattress kind of heavy for me to load it on my bedframe.

Comfy mattress – It was a super easy process to purchase and receive the mattress. It’s really comfortable and I like how high it is. My only complaint is you can’t really sit on the edges because squashes down. Show details
