Terrible - wanted all my personal details in order to progress the order – Have purchased a product, money has been taken and now they are asking for photos of my credit card and my drivers license. The eventually refunded the money as I was not comfortable giving them all the personal details they wanted, they could have easily committed identity fraud with it. Will not be shopping there again. Cyber criminals – Placed order...easy, order processed....easy, order cancelled....easy, refund....impossible!! They had a great range of phones at reasonable prices, easy to use site. Placed order in April 2018, still waiting for refund, cannot contact, no email, no phone.
Do not touch this highly irreputable company – I purchased a hard drive in February 2018 for $184.00. I have never received it and cannot obtain a refund. Talk about run around. they told me to tell my bank to reclaim which I have recently done. They were unsuccessful in reversing the payment. Never ever use this company

A good buy – Bought a Google Home, price was good, delivery was OK since it's from HK. Had to wait for quite a long time for the second order though, it was in stock but the price was brought up. After talking to the customer service they dispatched it anyway. Show reply

They don't even refund – It's been six months since I ordered the watch. I'm too sick of arguing about this issue. These guys always repeat same answer every time I claim of this. BUT, nothing has been changed. Please get my money back. or, I will consider to report it to Fair Trading. Please, let's finish it easily.
Product seems not to be legit – Product arrived on time, the issue was that after 2 months of usage the battery was not working properly anymore, was not charging til 100% anymore and didn´t last 1 day. Tried to contact the website but nobody answered. It´s a shame. However the product works ok when it´s charged.
Commonwealth helps me get my money back – Like most consumer, I bought a camera at this shop two month ago, and it was never delivered and then closed. I ask Commonwealth for help and finally I get my money back two week later.

Another Victim! – I have just lodged a complaint with consumer affairs and anyone else who is in a similar situation should do the same.. I had a Camera Stabiliser which was no longer working and One Digitals approved my request for a return to repair on 23rd March. It is now 11th of May and I have not received any update, only to now find their website is no longer working. Absolute joke - wish I just spent the extra money shopping locally.
Scam – I have ordered two things from this website, one came and was perfect the other a garmin watch didn't work so i sent back to get fixed and never heard anything back about the watch or a refund or anything. Now the website is gone.
NEVER BUY, Complete scam – Bought a mobile phone, order went through, been 2 weeks now, replies to emails or any complaints, Phone numbers dont not work, website shutdown, Stay away!

Worst online shopping experience – Bought 2 Bose earphones before Christmas from onedigitals. Never received it. Asked for refund, they kept making excuse for delay. Just realise that they stop reply emails and shut down the website. Not sure if anyone reported the police or Fair Trading.
Non Deliver. No Refund – Agree with all other reviews Ordered pre-Xmas. Not delivered so canceled order. The refund was delayed due to "implementation of a new system". 4 months later emails are now bouncing back. Do not use this business!!!!
No Contact And Website And Email Shutdown – After emailing them to verify my purchase, I still have no response. I got this the day the took money out of my account: Your order (514-11412) has been processed. Over a month later and not contact and now there website is non-existent and emails bounce back as email address is not valid. I will now ask my Bank for a refund on the Money.

they would escalate the refund claim with the finance department, nothing has happened. It's good that their website is now down, no one else will lose out.
Scam – same as everyone else, ordered and paid for good, failed to supply, promised a refund which never arrived in spite of constant reminders and now can't access website and emails are bouncing back, reported them to the ACCC, have not heard anything
Untrustworthy – Failed to support goods said to be in stock, long delay in refund, now emails bounce and it looks like it has closed. Closing is good but I did not get my money back. Avoid.

Was send another email saying "issues with software upgrade, delaying refund..... keep going on and on... In reality, will have to lodge a dispute with credit card company as they are not going to hand over cash any time soon with constant crap delays.
Awaiting for refund – After ordering from them i received a confirmation that an error was made on their behalf. I sent back the wrong item and was informed i would receive a full refund. However i still am waiting and after many attempts via email send cranking there disconnected lines i am still waiting to hear from them.
Avoid! Dodgy place, the worst customer support and order fullfillment – Avoid this merchant at all cost. I managed to get my money back only by disputing the transaction with a bank as they won't do it by themselves. Even if they say they'll refund, it doesn't happen. You need to chase them hard and better off go straight to your bank. This is the only way.

If you have done the same as me, the process of getting your money is simple, if they dont send within the 3-7 days they state it will take, then they have defaulted, cancel the order, ignore their claims that the refund will take 25 days and ring your bank and get the bank to start a charge back case. Dont believe what Onedigitals tell you.
Use the chat mode in Onedigitals web site to talk with them, it took over 30min before they answered in my case, there is a box to tick in the communications chat box that will send you an email of the dialogue when you finish in chat and you can use that to send to the bank as evidence.
If I could, I would rate this company 0.

On hold for ages and I never actually got to speak with a human, tried on numerous occasions. So I resorted to emails. Yes I got responses sometimes weeks later, promising refunds but I’m still waiting for my refund 5 months later. I’ve now reported the transaction with my credit card company to reimburse me as I believe it’s a fraudulent company.
