I’d give a 0 – Never showed up. Ordered and wished I had seen all of these reviews first. Total scam. I am trying to get a refund through Afterpay. Has anyone been successful with this?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE – It’s been 10 days since I purchased a onesie and paid for express shipping. According to the website I should have received it in 1-3 business days. I have emailed them and heard nothing back. I wish I looked up reviews first. Do not buy from them. I’m going to get a refund Edit to add: never received it and they never responded to my emails

No product, no responses – Don’t buy from these guys. Go to Amazon. Bought a onesie and paid for express postage. It didn’t show up in the 3 day delivery window. I emailed them on day 5,6,7,8,9 and got no response. Finally just emailed for a refund which was almost instant, but still with no responses to any of my emails. Could’ve organised a different costume if they’d told me on day 3 they couldn’t deliver. Instead I’m screwed Show details

Much better than expected – I was so worried about my order after reading the horrible reviews on here but was so relieved when it arrived, within the 5 days I expected and fitting my daughter perfectly. I don't normally write reviews but I do feel I should share our good experience to counter some of these bad ones. Customer Service - Saved the Day! – So easy and the products are GREAT! Ordered a last minute costume on Wednesday and the Express delivery was received in Sydney before COP Thursday. Contacted them via email to ensure I received package and their team when over and above to ensure I received it on time. The physical Onesies are super plush, feel amazing and look super cute! Trust the reviews – Although postage was really fast in my case, the onesie is pretty poor quality (threads hanging etc.) and the sizing is appalling. how low the onesie was hanging. I'm not even going to bother to exchange for another size based on the reviews. Like everyone else has said, just don't do it to yourself.

Cheap and nasty – sizing is very poor. build quality is very poor (pocket was backwards! faced up not down) buttons to close to hem and spaced too far apart leaving large gaping gaps. Show details

Shocking customer service – Ordered and paid for express shipping because I needed it for a specific date. Still has not arrived and no contact from the store even after emailing, texting and fb messaging.

Dont bother buying from this company – I should have read all the reviews. Would not recommend - do not buy from this company. Website says delivery 3-5 days. 3 weeks later still have not received. Order for a specific function thinking i had plenty of time, now having to find something else last minute. Emailed several times no response. Emailed tracking company - no response (stating still in transit).....

Appalling customer service and they sent the wrong size – After paying for express post and then 2 days later the item hadn't even been shipped I tried to contact customer service. Of course this is impossible. When the package inevitably arrived late it was the wrong size. Show details

Didn’t receive by expected date – Paid express post. Not received in time. 4 attempts of communication went unanswered. Paid via PayPal so happily was able to receive a refund through PayPal.

Wish there was a zero option! Wish I had read Product Review first – The onesie was a birthday present for my daughter. It arrived very quickly and had a zip at the back to allow easy toileting. response. I tried to re-zip again and the zip came away from the material, so I unpicked the whole zip with intention of sewing together. More than 48 hours later and 2 emails, they asked for photos of the product. I had already taken the zip off and told them so but offered to send product back as is - the zip was not of merchantable quality. No response in the past 4 days, so will just keep the product and sew it up - do not buy from this company. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. Query whether they are in fact an Australian company or the website is just made to look that way.

Disgraceful! – The cat outfit I ordered was nothing like the item that arrived in the post. The cat face looked monstrous and while the quality of the product felt horrible, there was an unpleasant smell emanating from the material. Extremely Poor, Delivery never arrived and refused to refund – Warning - DO NOT ORDER from Onesies R Us, I placed one order and they were sent via two deliveries. One delivery never turned up and the other turned up with dirty onesies in them as if they had previously been used. Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!! – We ordered 5 Onesies and 4 turned up. I chased them numerous times to ask where the other was and literally no one bothered to come back to me - We had even paid extra to get the onesies delivered on time for our birthday bash . The onesis turned up 10 days later after the birthday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service and this guys quite clearly have NO idea !

order is placed it is automatically processed and dispatched... as per policy returns for change of mind or an incorrect purchase are not accepted". Buyer be aware, if you need to resolve any issues post order placement you will be ignored. NB, the quality of the product received does not match the price. (I so wish I'd looked at these reviews before I used their website).

Poor customer service/response and wrong sizing – Totally wrong sizing, bought three and two of us couldn't wear them - way too small. The one that did fit I bought for someone to grow into and they are wearing it! Then they won't reply to my emails even though they are read receipting. onesies arrived in seperate deliveries over a three week period. Sizing chart is inaccurate also and misleading so we ordered too large. DON'T SHOP HERE!!

produced a Australia Post delivery docket for the one that did arrive they must have assumed all were sent. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. Choose to purchase from.another company. Save yourself the time and hard earned dollars.

were both delivered in one package. Onesies were in good condition. Only fault is the sizing is wrong on the website. I ordered a Bat Onesie for myself and a Dinosaur Onesie for my son. They are both different sizes. It was lucky that I ordered the next size up but it is still too short for me. It will do but we were worried about the arms being too short, but they are fine. It is a bit tight across the chest for me also, but it will do. My son's fits fine though, he is the same height as me & he doesn't have boobs! I sent them an email to say that they should update their sizing chart as it is misleading. I have not received a reply. We also ordered 5 more onesies from KCM, they were a better sizing fit and I saved $50 in postage!!!
