Information was either unclear or conflicted information they themself provided. Example: Using the FITT principles a beginner may have 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise planned for a session. in a listed statement under this section. It states do no prescribe more than 30 minutes for a beginner for aerobic conditioning per session. - The way to access information is frustrating and at points annoying to clarify things yourself. If you need to clarify information and you call the number provided, they request that you email them even if its something simple. Currently I have to wait for them to call me be back because I have to wait for them to clarify information, so i can progress some work. 1 simple question, i now have to wait for them putting a delay on my time as I can not progress without it. - For assessment, I have had assessor ask me if I am sure about something. Where I have responded that I was because of XYZ. This was quite patronising. For a seperate assessment, I was told I didnt do it correctly, and when I raised this with the provider I was told that they had to send out a reminder to the assessor on how to assess that item because I had actually done it correctly. - When raising frustrations about how the questions were hard to understand as they were unclear, I was told oh then you wont like the Cert IV assessments as there is a known issue with them that still hasn't been resolved. - Whilst doing my industry experience with PT managers and supervisors of a reputable gym, I have been advised that 1RM method to assess someones fitness levels is outdated and unsafe and is not used in the industry. - specifically when someone is being introduced into the world of fitness. Three different experienced professionals have communicated this to me. This is one of the most referenced aspects of their training. - I raised items regarding sodium intake and diabetes months ago, despite completing their assessment. No one has reached out to verify whether that information was accurate or needed to be updated based on changes that have become apparent on the internet.
Despite the above, the content isn't very engaging its either in a video format or a read and remember. There are no activities to help engage with the contant to promote retaining the information.
I could have put forward this review soon, though my experience today was the last straw on my camels back.

In conclusion, the allied health course I participated in exceeded my expectations on multiple levels. that day on. I was assisted with a payment plan, and there was no hassle regarding this. After my deposit I received all my work that day. From the first assignment to my last, I was supported with absolutely everything. If I was not able to be supported on the day, somebody followed up and assisted me. The course was so understanding and easy to get through. It had so much detail and support. There were times that I really did not understand a assignment or question, and I just had to call. I would recommend this course to anybody that loves Physio and/or OT, and I would definitely recommend Onfit, 100%.

I have only started last week, but I have felt welcomed by Onfit. The information is reliable, easy to understand with videos, visuals helping me further understand the content.

The support from the team has been excellent, making my study journey smooth and motivating. Highly recommend Onfit to anyone looking to start their fitness career!
So far they have been great and very easy to communicate with. The portal is easy to access and navigate. Ben my advisor is great, and they have great prices comparing to it other offers.

It's difficult to get the CETr with them, no placements available and if you don't find a gym is impossible to get your qualification, they should tell before enrolling
Well. To say I'm disappointed is under selling the course. The course material don't line up with the quizzes. And after one phone call I would rather not be a personal trainer anymore. Tanisha ruined the whole idea pretty quickly and now am not keen on personal training at all. Oh and there is a practical on the job section. So not totally online. Not for people who live remotely – Unfortunately I have to be the odd one out in this review section. I was ill informed with regards to time frames and the off line requirements of these courses. Living remotely I cannot complete myriad of videos needed and had I known I would have just traveled and conducted the course face to face. The exams I did do however were plagued with… Read more
"what's the most correct answer" questions; these should never be used as they are extremely subjective. I was constantly having to contact staff as I was failing the exam only to find out that the answer I was selecting was infact correct, their system was wrong. When I informed staff about my situation I was approached with stock standard cold hand replies and very impersonal communication.
I requested a refund stating primary my location and lack of video capability and I was denied, apparently you have to have one foot in the grave and even then It would be a struggle to get your money back.
I strongly recommend that if you have the capability, take courses face to face as you will learn so much more and it is a vastly superior learning experience.
It's disappointing to see that so many other people have appeared to have a pleasant experience, however OnFit does not seem to cater for people living remotely who would greatly benefit from an online training environment.

I have just finished my first 2 units & all has been going well - content & learning platform are easy to navigate. Definitely recommend sourcing a mentor prior to starting as this will help get the assessments complete.
Staff are quick to respond to queries, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Online portal is easy to navigate and the material is well presented and informative.
I'm so impressed with OnFit, the site is really user-friendly and easy to navigate. The modules I've started have really interesting content - it's all well put together, easy to read and very modern in presentation.
Fantastic response times, student portal and lessons are well thought out and not just a bunch of PDF materials to read, lessons are interactive. Staff are always at hand when needed also.

Excellent – Super user friendly, visual content makes for easier learning which is how I learn. Check in emails help keep you on track. Appreciate that you don’t get hounded with phone calls or emails, you work to your own pace. Support is also there if you need it though. Great learning materials – I’m very happy with the course content and enjoy the balance between different modes of learning (there are short videos distributed through the readings and easy to read diagrams).
