Like some other reviewers, I was sent the wrong plants. I ordered 3 gold dust wattle and 3 sweet bursaria's / blackthorns. I didn't realise until much much later after which I can no longer lodge a dispute via the bank or credit card company. Don't buy from here guys, you don't know what you're going to get.

receive another variety of Nandina. I contacted Online Plants immediately to state that the had sent me the wrong variety. Their reply was they will look exactly the same once planted. I am no idiot and have been gardening for many years. I refuse to plant these as they are not what I ordered. For reference, Nandina Flirt have dark green foliage whilst other Nandina varieties have light green foliage. I have requested collection and a refund of these plants. They are no good to me. Will see what happens in the next few days.

When I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue, the experience was extremely disappointing. The response was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Steve and Leigh showed no interest in discussing any options or finding a resolution.
Based on both the quality of the plants and the lack of care shown once issues were raised, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. I really wish I had read reviews here first, clearly it is not just me with issues!
Avoid unless you are seeking disappointment. Purchased a eucalyptus. Arrived with broken main leader but this could have reshaped in time. Really really disappointed with Online Plants. I received the order yesterday with half of them flattened due to being packed in a box which was damaged during delivery. My plants spent over a week in transit and five arrived looking half dead. After planting, I've lost 3 of them so far. I contacted them about shipping details (when my parcel details weren't being identified) and they were unhelpful. Avoid like the plague.

expected. Out of my order (totalling $1855), 23 plants were missing, 6 plants were the wrong type, and many plants were damaged.
6 of the plants, in particular, were clearly damaged by pests but the company wrote it off as transport damage despite me sending photographic evidence also showing the wrong variety of plants I had received.
Communication on delivery of the 23 missing plants was painful, and when they were finally delivered, they were suffering heat stress and were dying.
The company didn’t offer any remedy for supplying incorrect and dying/damaged plants. In fact, they didn’t even bother responding to my emails. There is no phone number to call the company, which is likely intentional to avoid taking any accountability and being bombarded with complaints.
Satisfied customer – Hi Online Plants, I think you are getting trolled. We received great service and awesome quality plants. We will be back.. Dont listen to the trolls. You provide a great service. Regards Mary

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – STAY CLEAR THEY ARE SCAMMERS Expensive plant and delivery charges, all plants arrived diseased and dying in an open top box. Rude customer service reply by email after I contacted them, didn't offer any refund or suggestions on treating plants. I don't think they know anything about plants and definitely don't care about customers.
There are so many better options – Dishonest, terrible products. Give them as wide of a berth as you can.

expected something like 'we are so sorry, not sure how it happened, we'll make sure it doesn't happen again'. Perhaps, a discount on the purchase.
Instead, I got this (word for word):
'Hi M, My initial thoughts are that you should be grateful that you've had a single advanced plant delivered 3000kms. No other nursery in Australia can provide that service. Prune the damaged limbs and plant out asap, the crepe myrtle will flourish. Regards [Name Removed]'
I should be grateful? What for? What a strange customer service. No apology for the small box, inconvenience and ending up with the severely pruned plant. If I wanted to end up with the small plant, I would have bought a small plant.
Online peoducts from Cubtosmile – I purchaes waterlillys from https://www.cubtosmle.com/ in Novemeber, they still have not arrived, they only give me a tracking number for and Asian shipper that give no trackable details will not resopne to me eamils othe that the shippper has not updated the tracking details I think it a scam do not buy from them

It’s a scam – Placed an order 3 weeks ago. NO communication whatsoever despite multiple emails. I believe this is a scam - please don’t waste your money.

Online Plants uses Aramex for shipping – This company uses Aramex for shipping, without disclosing this on their website. My plants (potted) were put unsecured in a single big box, together with a heavy bucket of fertiliser and a bottle of Seasol. at noon. They did not knock on the door (I was at home).
The contents of the box was absolute carnage. Most plants were completely destroyed, crushed and/or dried out beyond recovery. One plant was even ejected from its pot. I wrote an assertive email to their customer service and eventually got a refund. I went to Bunnings for some other plants.
In conclusion: Online Plants relies on Aramex for deliveries, with all the (totally expected) consequences from that decision implied.
All plants were diseased – Plants took a week longer than advertised to arrive (3 weeks), then when they arrived all 13 plants were diseased. I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction with the plants and was told that’s how they look in pots and to plant them and they will flourish. When I challenged this they offered a refund but I will have to pay the delivery costs again (to and from SA). Not happy. Will not make this mistake of ordering from them again.

Overpriced and Under serviced – I ordered some plants for my mother. They were a ridiculously high price but my mother wanted them as the local nursery had run out. The plants came damaged as the delivery truck has something heavy resting on the box with the plants, which collapsed. I sent photos and explained what happened and the response was just plant them will be Ok.
Incorrect stock levels, deceptive – There is a reason this business has removed Google reviews.... I ordered online as shows plants in stock. 5 days later a refund as out of stock. Thanks for wasting a week of my time. Will never order here again and recommend to shop elsewhere.
Quality Plants and Delivery Serivce – Very happy with our recent purchase of 30 Pittosporum Snow Leopard from Online Plants. Delivered without fuss or drama from Melbourne - Adelaide a week after pruchase. Would use again.
Terrible – Payment suddenly clicked through before I could realise was paying $150 for delivery from Vic to NSW 20cm pot, that’s not included a tax $17.63. The plant cost $28.95. Total equal $178.95. Feel like iv been robbed when I could purchase this plant in my nursery for $60 To pay $178.95 seem ludicrous and to not get a response. Robbed! it spent 9 days in the post (see pictures attached to this review for size of plant relative to the pot it arrived in) it will need to re-shoot from here *if* it has room/potential. I think this misrepresents what was offered for sale hugely, and I'm not sure it will even survive. I always do a small order from a new place to see what they're like before I do a grand enormous order... lucky I do! (I'm currently at the start of a new landscaping project), and these guys haven't made the cut.
Excellent service and quality – We ordered plants 8 days ago and had delivered to our door by a lovely gentleman. Very helpful and thoughtful. Plants look very healthy and well sized.
Perfect – Super Nursery, for all your plants. Home delivery was awesome, didn’t have to use the trailer and driver to the garden supply that doesn’t have much to choose from. Online Plants range of is unbeatable, and the quality matches. Highly recommend buying from these guys.

Do not use this company – $375 Magnolia Teddy Bear arrived after 3.5 weeks (only had to get from melbourne to adelaide: shouldn't take this long). Severe leaf damage to almost all leaves: cuts and splits from rough handling, pest damage and decay with leaves half eaten, powdery mildew, blackspot fungus and rust. real life, the photos dont do justice. Emailed "Leigh" and got told "your photos show only minor leaf damage" and that plant will be "fine once planted out". But that wont magically make pests and fungal infestation disappear! Now I'm expected to return the plant at my own cost to hopefully get a refund. Do yourself a favour, do not use this company.
Avoid these people at all costs – Customer service is appalling. I never received notification when my $1200 order of plants were shipped I was not made aware. The plants never turned up and Con, their logistics manager said it was my fault that I live in a remote location and plants couldn't be delivered. I now have no plants and am out of pocket by $1200. whether I contact the police to report these people. I have reciebed plant orders via courier to my address before on many occasions, with no issue at all. Their customer service is non-existent.
Lovely plants and service! – My partner and I bought some ~40 plants and a tree recently from these guys. The plants all arrived healthy and happy, and the man who delivered them was very kind and helpful, and gave us some good tips to keep the plants healthy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Cannot get a response re my order – I received notice that my plants order would be shipped 2 weeks ago. The plants have not arrived and despite 3 emails over the last week to the email address provided on their contact page (no phone number provided for contact which is always a concern) not one has been replied to and my order has not been received.
WARNING Don't use them if you live in a regional or interstate area – They will not cover the cost of return and repackaging (packaging was pretty much falling apart on arrival) when THEY send you the wrong order. (though not good when you measure and know how many you need) - for this reason, I wasn't keen to use them again, but they were the only ones who had the specific variety of agapanthus that I needed. My last order was delivered and were the wrong plants (a different variety that has less flowering and is smaller than required). It wasn't until we unpacked them after delivery that we realised they were the wrong ones - as we are landscaping, these are no good to us at all. No probs, I thought, I'll just contact them and get a consignment note for return at their cost considering the mistake was at their end. You might find it interesting that you cannot phone these people (check their website) - you can only deal with them by email and even when you request they phone you, they won't. Long story short, even though they had packed and sent me the wrong order, they refused to cover the cost of return - they would refund me only if I paid to return them; given I had to repackage and the cost of return was $100's (not just like I could get in the car and take them back and I live in a small NSW regional town), I advised that all online companies I have dealt with cover the cost of return if the error is theirs and not yours. They wouldn't budge and after some (email) argument he simply said he'd refund me 30% and even though I didn't agree; that's what he did - so I got under $500 back (still over $1,000 out of pocket) and a load of plants I can't use. He even tried to convince me the plants were the same!!! He had no concern about customer service and didn't care that they had sent me the wrong plants, their packaging does not hold up (I got a parcel from them once where the bottom had fallen right through). BEWARE, you too, could also end up with, and pay, for plants you didn't order.
