What has happened to this company? I live in Australia. I used to buy tote bags off them constantly. Great print and fast delivery. Now it costs the same to buy one tote bag than it did to buy 10 a couple of years ago. I want to buy local but just can’t afford this.
Bought 70 name cards for a wedding, sent through each individual name. Received 70 cards that said "Claire" which is the font name. The only way to make a conplaint was through the digital assistant box. The end result was that they will give me a… Read more
courtesy refund, however partially refunded it. Still out of pocket nearly 50% of the cost. Would not recommend using this company.
Follow-up · The individual listed names I provided through their website were not printed. The quality of the cards themselves were excellent The contact portal was simple but felt impersonal. As stated on their website, it would be a "full 100% refund if they are at fault with the product" and that was not upheld. There was no communication trail to be able to revisit this issue once they closed the communication line with their "resolution".
The company advertises a 100% quality and satisfaction guarantee, which in my experience is simply not true. It is impossible to connect with an actual human in customer support. I initiated four separate conversations with their AI agent “Fin” at different times. Each time, I submitted photos and a video clearly showing the faulty canvas — and… Read more
no one ever followed up.
Out of the three canvases I ordered, one was extremely poor quality. It honestly looked like something ordered from Temu, yet it cost $90.
I also attempted to contact customer service via email, only to receive another automated AI response.
Customer support has effectively been non-existent for six weeks. For that reason, I am giving this company 2 stars.

Terrible. Placed an order before Christmas and still haven't received in February. Uploaded correspondence which has been no help since December when we are now in February. Prior to purchasing it said the order would arrive before Christmas.
Not sure what others are talking about regarding print issues. My experience with OptimalPrints has been absolutely amazing! I ordered a large 60x90 cm acrylic picture, and I am completely in love with it. I enhanced my original 3 MB phone image outside the website to 19.1 MB (dimensions 2602 x 3367), and it fit almost perfectly, with just tiny… Read more
bits off the sides that didn’t affect the image at all. For anyone reading this: the key to print quality is your image quality. Large prints like anything more than a A4 at most, with acrylics, posters, or calendars require high-resolution images. You can’t expect a small, low-quality < 3 MB image to look perfect on a big print, it will come out grainy and low-quality. OptimalPrints provides clear guidelines, and if you follow them, your prints will turn out beautifully, just like mine! The packaging was excellent! Safe, secure, and well-sealed with bubble wrap. The acrylic itself is a bit thinner than I expected, so handling it with two hands (or even with two people for a 60x90 cm print or larger) is a good idea. That said, the feel of the acrylic is beautiful, smooth, and it comes with a protective sticky peel-off layer to ensure it doesn’t get scratched during delivery. I ordered on the night of December 4th (practically the 5th!) as a Christmas present. The ETA was December 11th–15th, but it arrived on the 10th! Via Australia Post! Fast, efficient, and excellent service. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my print! I’ll absolutely order from them again in a heartbeat! I’m thrilled with my purchase and can’t recommend OptimalPrint highly enough!
Incomplete order received and your customer support is a nightmare. No phone number, no email, only an unhelpful AI chatbot. Stay away from this shady company.
Terrible quality and very pixelated . Chucked it straight in the bin . Big waste of money . Don’t use this company!
The worse service and printing job – The worse service I've ever received. I have a small business, organised for greeting cards to be printed and they sent them all wrong, where all the images were cut in half and unusable. I've tried to contact them several times and they're ignoring me. I can't afford to lose the money and definitely following up with small claims tribunal. I can't beleive a company could be so unproffesional and thiefts.

I ordered a poster that wasn’t delivered in a tube resulting with a poster which is not usable as completely creased/ wrinkled. I requested for a refund but no one is getting back to me with any answer, just an automated chat bot. Since the outside… Read more
packaging wasn’t damaged it means that it got packed already damaged, showing three straight crease lines on almost all the length plus some other damage marks. I find it mind boggling that no customer service is available other than a chat bot making it extremely difficult dealing with this company when having issues. I strongly suggest looking somewhere else
Follow-up · It’s been ages since I lodged my refund request for a damaged print and no one ever got back to me. Just shows how this company washes their hands hiding with AI bots acting as the sole customer service agent available. Appalling!
I ordered 1 100x50cm landscape canvas, 1 45x60cm portrait acrylic and 1 40x60cm portrait acrylic, all during a large discount 'promotion' which seems to actually just be their usual prices, but that seems to be typical these days. I'm still giving 5… Read more
stars anyway because I'm more than happy with the quality and the prints arrived no problem within 5 days. They must have been printed in Australia (Sydney I think?) and so I'm not sure why people are saying they are printed in other countries. I was actually concerned because I read the reviews after I placed the order (originally I mistakenly read the reviews for USA version which are much better). I actually tried to cancel after I read all the negative reviews, but glad I didn't because everything is fine with the product, especially for the price. I don't normally leave reviews, but I figured it's the least I could do considering all the bad reviews lol. I've included a photo. Note that the acrylics still have the green protective plastic on them, but I peeled some back on one of them so you can see the true colour.
Follow-up · Product review has asked me to do a follow up, saying some people asked additional questions, but they are all answered in my original feedback lol 1) you can see from the photo, colour is fine. 2) I already explained that I didn't read the negative reviews until after I placed the order. 3) again, you can see from the photo provided. Job done.

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!! Their products are inferior (for the one that may be delivered) and their customer service even worse. Order products, their system breaks them into multiple orders and then that is where it all goes wrong. No goods arrived on time, most of the order cancelled due to them not being able to fulfill order but have taken my money. Battling to get my money back. STAY AWAY!
I should have read the reviews before wasting my time on this site. Slow uploading of photos, annoying!! The promo promised discount wouldn't accept??? Then the postage cost is ridiculous . Didn't end up getting this after all the time it took. Photobookexp is much easier and better value

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong item (size was incorrect to what I’d ordered) I have been trying to follow up to have the correct size calendar remade before Christmas but there is NO NUMBER to contact to have to use the “live chat” in which NO ONE RESPONDS!!! After I have followed up 10 times and now I will have no correct products… Read more
before Christmas so there goes the gifts I ordered. Will NOT be using this company again terrible terrible customer service and terrible quality of product anyway.
Ordered a calendar that I thought was 23 cm x 23 cm but it’s not and not only did it take forever to get here. You can add your own photos which I did but obviously no one proofread them so the computer cuts half of the picture off so I have pictures of half a person‘s head, one of my dogs is missing the bottom half of its face and the rest is just poor quality! Will never order from them again and would not recommend to anybody just terrible Show details
Still waiting on my order after being guaranteed delivery by a certain time Quick on the email, only to blame everyone bar themselves instead of helping me to find where my product is
My wife and I purchased 50x wedding thank you cards from Optimal Print and we were extremely satisfied with our order. There were plenty of templates to choose from on their website and they were easy to modify with our images and text. We were lucky to snag a 80% discount on our order. Print quality was excellent and we received the cards within a week. Would highly recommend their service!
Terrible experience. I ordered wedding place cards and double checked them. It was 80x the same name. No customer service- on the website it says they will get back to you in 24 hours, it's been 3 days
Don’t bother!!!! These guys work hand in hand with Evri(courier company). Ordered a product for my wedding this weekend. Apparently Evri have collected the item, they’ve never tried to deliver and if they have they’ve never left a calling card and According to tracking the item is on its way back to Optimal Print. print and Evri but you can’t get in touch with anyone. Just AI bots on chat etc. no way of resolving the issue!! Waiting for a real person to contact me back but nobody is. Stay clear of these guys because if you have a problem you can’t get in touch with anybody!!!!!!
I recieved my first poster print from these guys. It arrived a week faster than another company ordered at the same time and was great quality. My only concern was the postage cost was 4 times the amount of the product.
Terrible print quality. Claim "photo poster prints" send matte finish that completely trashes the quality and resolution of your images. Advertise a 100% customer satisfaction but only give inane excuses when questioned. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered 6 photo books for the family. I used the templates provided by Optimal print, and the middle photos sat within the folds of the book (again - optimal's template so I trusted this would sit ok in the final product). However I received all 6 books and all of the middle photos were cut and not properly visible resulting in barely any of the… Read more
photos that sit within the fold actually being properly visible. I emailed their customer service line several times however did not receive a response. Extremely disappointed and urge anyone DO NOT USE OPTIMAL PRINT.

Ridiculous Shipping Fees and Additional Hidden International Charges – I wanted to reorder a Calander I created (In which I was charged an additional international fee of $3.25, that I was not aware of, as I was led to believe it was Australian) and couldn't on their website, as it kept redirecting me to their old website, that I had not used and therefore it would not accept login details. After finally getting some… Read more
help they sent me an invoice to my email which was fine and then wanted $12 postage to post 1 Calander. When questioned about the additional fee and the postage it was just to bad so sad thanks for your time. I couldnt even use the so called points they give you, very frustrating.
Impossible to get corrections – I ordered a porcelain cup with customised print but received an enamel cup with poor print. When trying to contact them, the only way is a ”chat” which doesn’t allow you to send a message unless you log in and logging in doesn’t work.
Grainy, low quality photo prints – Low quality prints! We had professional family photos taken. I wanted to surprise my husband by getting some printed and framed but the quality was shocking! Grainy and dull colours. The photos looked like they had a bad filter over them. Don’t recommend. I uploded photos for reference, the high resolution photo I uploaded vs the low quality print I received.
Will not deliver on schedule – I purchased a personalised water bottle as a gift. I paid for express shipping so it would arrive by 5 Dec at the latest. It is now 6 Dec and it still is only in transit in another state. I won't be able to give the gift in time.
HORRIBLE WEBSITE – Adding the photos is a pain, it wont show you any warning that you have reached the maximum 200 photos, no no, it will just automatically remove all previous photos youve edited and imported without warning to accomodate the newly added photos and the previous ones will be blank on the page of the cover book!!! Its [Content Removed] frustrating… Read more
to use, also and the estimate price is not accurate, the photobook that I was doing before checking out was $66 when I clicked on check out it became $132 and when I hit back to edit mode to check the price again it has become $132 and majority of the images went missing. My head is literally pounding how stressful the process is. The new website may look newer but it is abosulte trash!!!
Awful service, gave customer the wrong info – Received a discount code that had a technical error for faulty items I received. The code glitched and ended up charging me full price. Thankfully I received a refund for the 'mistake' but my original faulty items were not compensated for.
Great experience, after a shaky start – My first order of prints arrived super fast, however were extremely folded and creased, even though they were delivered in a tube. I reached out to customer service and was assisted my Miraflor, who arranged for a shipment of new prints to be delivered, and they arrived in pristine condition!
Deducted unauthorised money from my account – They automatically signed me up to their club and deducted a number of unauthorised yearly fees without my knowledge.
