Absolutely awful new toothpaste recipe – This new recipe is terrible. I have been using the Deep Clean flavour for years and will now be changing brands, it's really that bad. Powdery baking soda texture and taste (although I don't think that's an ingredient), watery washed out 'mint' flavour, bizarre excessive foam, weird aftertaste and dry mouth for hours. No warning on the tube that… Read more
the recipe has changed either. They have just snuck it in there under the guise of the old Deep clean flavour.
Don't waste your money, the negatives far outweigh any dental benefits here. So bad.
Awful! – Disgusting, watery, weird taste! Was my go to toothpaste. No longer! Why change a winning formula? Show details
Not happy with Oral B – Product quality is very poor. Noticed the change immediately. Tube is different and product now made in China. Toothpaste tastes different, the paste is thinner and runnier. Leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth. Will no longer buy this product. Why is it now made in China? Is it just for profit making? Very disappointed longtime customer! Show details
Oral B defence mint toothpaste – Defence mint flavour, German made was excellent, new china made is horrible, Can anyone advise where the German made product is available to purchse?
Oral B - Made in China – Spot the difference. Seemingly the same product, side-by-side to one another on the shelf, but one is an imposter Oral B toothpaste sold in Australia was always a highly regarded product manufactured in Germany. I’ve now noticed, coles and Woolworths slowly switching to a Chinese manufactured imposter. China is well known for its many fatal cases… Read more
of toxic chemicals used in toothpaste and baby formulas - killing many over the years. Personally, I would never put Chinese toothpaste in my mouth and I’m blown away that Proctor and Gamble would ‘gamble’ their own reputation in this poor decision to put profits ahead of safety at the expense of their customers. Shame on Coles and Woolworths who support this. Can you spot the difference? Read the small writing, it’s hiding: MADE IN CHINA
profit over customer satisfaction – Have been in Dental industry for almost 20 years, nothing in Australia that goes in the mouth was ever made in China 90% made in Germany and the rest U.S or Europe, trusted and loved by everyone, for the sake of profits my favourite toothpaste is now made in China, it will never be recommended again, when something states made in China it is… Read more

Terrible, caused my cheeks to peel – Have used this for a week, taste different to normal toothpastes but whatever that’s fine. I noticed bits of skin in my mouth, after googling it’s called skin sloughing and is often caused by sodium lauryl Sulfate which is an ingredient in this product. It’s caused no pain but I will stop using it before it gets worse. I’ve never experienced this before. Show details

Smell like toilet disinfectant – I have been using Oral-B for more than 20 years, the one made in China is awful not the same as made in Germany. Will have to find an alternative brand. Very disappointed as it’s still very expensive. It left an awful after taste in my mouth for several hours

Bad Smell – The smell of the product is unbearable. It reminds me of dried dog pee. It's chalky and doesn't froth. I'm not quite bothered by the texture and froth, however the smell is a suffering to me. Why would you put something which smells like pee in your mouth, twice a day? I went to the store and bought whatever brand that was on special, wasn't… Read more
particularly looking for an Oral-B. I have never imagined toothpaste could go so wrong. It a good lesson learnt. I would really love a refund for this, however I've lost my receipt. Product details: Made in Germany, Batch: 1082 8, Expiry: 02/23

Tastes Awful! – This toothpaste tastes like plastic. I thought the one I had bought had maybe been contaminated with as the taste was dreadful and honestly tasted like poison. My partner said the same thing. After reading other people’s reviews I realised that that’s just how it tastes! I would not recommend this product and still believe there is some type of contamination in the toothpaste. So gross. Show details

I was shocked to see Made in China ? – Used twice - no .. I’m sure the product will be fine I just didn’t like your GENERIC answer to all comments made.. this just shows your care factor in how your loyal customers feel. An explanation as to WHY it’s now being made in China ?? would of been good. Show details

Now made in China! Total Disappointment! – Just opened a new box and noticed the tube is longer and the lid is different. I should have known, change is never good in products u know and love. After I had already peeled off the little silver seal I noticed this product which is normally made in Germany, is now made in China! The only reason I bought Oral B toothpaste for my family, was… Read more
because as a point of difference to other leading brands, it wasn’t made in Asia. Very upsetting. I won’t be buying anymore Oral B products and I will be returning the unopened box that I have in the bathroom cupboard to the store. Thanks for selling out like all the others Oral B! By the way, I don’t care about the line you guys are spinning about meeting regulations ect. Nobody wants food or other consumable products from China!

Not good product – Very disappointed in the quality of this toothpaste. Does not froth up when brushing, teeth feel unclean. Purchased for half price in Big W. It does say “Made in Germany”. Thought I was getting a great bargain and was eager to try this toothpaste, but I will never purchase this terrible product again. Sorry Oral B but your paste didn’t do it for… Read more
me and seeing the other reviews, the paste didn’t do it for them either. Time to give your tubes the flick and reinvent a better one - some of your past toothpastes have been much better!

Expected to be better – Terrible. Didn’t froth up. Teeth felt like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Used it 4 times and threw it in the bin. Thought it would have been one of the best. Dissatisfied. Show details

Low quality – Poor quality and chalky taste. Oral B enamel strong is now made in China. Was on special in Woolworths for half price, no wonder! Was made in Germany before, got confused by the exact same packaging. Will switch to another brand. Oral B advanced increases tooth sensitivity greatly even when I brush with a small amount. I have stopped using it and will probably use it to get grime off my cooking pots lol Show details

Toothpaste made in China – seriously! – I have used this product for quite a while. Packaged in a smaller tube and a bit more expensive than the others, I was confident that I was getting a superior product manufactured in Germany. When I purchased the most recent tube, I noticed that the tube was a bit longer, with a new flip top, but still contained the same 110g. Recently, my gums… Read more
have been getting sensitive with occasional bleeding so I took a closer look at the tube, being stunned to see that they have moved production to China. With our supermarket shelves regularly stripped of infant formula, being sent to China because they do not trust their own food standards after many children died as a result of the local product being adulterated with melamine, (Google 2008 Chinese milk scandal), I simply cannot trust this toothpaste. I will not be buying any Oral-B product again and will seriously question the purchase of any Procter and Gamble brands in the future. Trust is important.

Sneaky, now made in China – Was made in Germany, an attractive point of difference to other toothpaste brands which in general all do the the job. Will now choose an alternative as I am reluctant to use Chinese made products which I will ingest e.g. food and toothpaste Show details
Was Great but now Terrible. Now Made in China! – I was very happy user of this product for years and it was made in Germany. Purchased more last month and have found the paste is very different. Checked the box now made in China. I feel ripped off as all of the packaging is still the same looking! Show details

Tastes like dencorub – I thought I would give Oral B a try seeing that I have been using Sensodine for many years. Well how dissapointed I was. I actually got a shock, as well as my husband. You truly think you have picked up the wrong tube and that you have accidently used the deep heat or dencorub. Sorry, but my honest opinion. Just wanted others to know before they wasted their money. If people like this I would love to know. Show details
Oral B Toothpaste Now Made in China – Not the same product as the one originally made in Germany which was excellent. The Chinese made toothpaste is poor quality and has caused throat ulcers. The ingredients listed on the packaging have changed. I will never use this again. Show details
Dangerous! Should be illegal – Had been using this for a couple of weeks. From the start, the skin in my mouth started shedding. Caused a painful burn. Stripped the gum from the bottom of my two front teeth dangerously low. Also tastes awful. Show details

Worse than Battery Acid – Negative effects - all of the above - peeling of skin like string from mouth and tongue - my tongue looks like it has been scrubbed with a wire brush- burning mouth and I don't mean "peppermint fresh". Maybe it will work as a paint stripper or silver polish?
Horrible taste! – It says mint flavour on the box, but it tastes like camphor, eucalyptus and aniseed. Worst toothpaste flavour ever! I took one back, but my husband suffered through the remainder. I want my regular Oral B back, please!
Burning mouth and gums from Oral B sensative gums toothpaste – Oral B is going into the bin after a week of increased sensitivity and a burning sensation inside my entire mouth that kept me awake all night.I had a quick glance at the ingredients today and was horrified by all the chemicals in the product.I am going to try Coconut oil and baking soda and see if the pain persists. the Mercury fillings but anything that says not to swallow and to keep away from children under 12 cannot be good.
Toothpaste leaves white film after use – I tried this toothpaste and found that it does not foam like other types and has a gritty feel to it. I get a white film on the inside of my mouth and lips after use. I did not realise what this was until reading other reviews for a similar product, Oral B Pro Health and found out that this film is skin peeling from the inside of my mouth.
Review of toothpaste – I am using whitening toothpaste for my Daily cleaning of my teeth and it causes a bit of minor gum bleed at times !!And cavity protection is good to and to maintain my gums but nope
Caused white ulcer - pain – After using it, my inner lips has white painful spots. At first I thought food allergies or other factors. Went for blood test....fine. Confirm is the toothpaste problem because I feel burning sensation after brushing and the next day pain. Now white painful spots that can be peeled off.
