If you did purchase off them just request a refund back through PayPal or your credit card company. Easy, convenient and sometimes when specials were on good prices. Sometimes too expensive.... for an online store, my local organic store sometimes beat the price EASILY.

question that it is obvious at times that delivery will be delayed. For me, it's absolutely worth it for the product selection and the prices. I also don't have a problem with products occasionally being out of stock and being refunded for these items. As far as I'm concerned I feel blessed to have access to such a wonderful variety of quality products, it's more than some in less fortunate places could dream of, so the occasional inconvenience of not being able to get something is not the end of the world. Variety, ease of ordering, frequent specials, prices.

One Of The Lucky Ones – I too placed an order with them a few months ago. I was lucky enough to get a refund. I have been buying products from them for a couple of years. Products are great. indication from the business that I would not receive my order, only that it was delayed, and they blamed their supplier. They said their supplier was behind on orders due to Christmas.

products were dispatched. After another email on the 5th of May, I received a reply saying that that the company went broke. Nice. My order wasn't very big, about $50, but it's still so annoying that I had to chase up an order that should have been received in February at the latest. Not impressed.
Options – Got an email about the liquidation after emailing the dispatch email and it says the liquidators will be contacting all customers with outstanding orders. Other option is to contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Have sent them an email via the website. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. ,,,
Worst I've ever encountered – I placed an order for products on 19th March 2014 and my Pay Pal account was debited for the amount of $206.87 that day. Despite attempting to contact them via email twice since then I still have no product, no response from them and no money refunded. To read a comment that they've gone broke... I'm not surprised.
Gone into liquidation- beware!!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company – I have just been informed that this company has gone into liquidation. My elderly mothers is caught up in this she ordered $142 worth. What's lousy about this is they have taken many peoples money under false pretences. What a shambles – I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order on 13 March 2014. I was advised that their supplier was unable to fill the order but it would be available in 2 weeks, did I want a refund or wait for the order to be delivered. Sadly, I did not request the refund. by a couple of our suppliers letting us down with delayed deliveries of our shipments causing a logjam with dispatch of orders". Few weeks later contacted them again requesting for a refund and their answer was "not able to provide more information about the dispatch or refund of your order." Now their website is down, there is no phone number provided to make a call. I have a feeling I lost my money.

Their website says that they are not an express service so you are expected to wait 10 working days until you receive your order. Ok, so they are upfront about it. research into what help is available for people who pay for items and don't receive them - according to the Australian Federal Police it's called 'shopping fraud' and it's a crime in Australia. I will be reporting my shopping experience with OAO to the state police if I don't receive my order by the end of the month. Pricing seemed reasonable at the time I ordered. They take your money and don't send your products. No communication after ordering. Don't respond to emails.
Beware – OAO are upfront in saying they "have" thousands of products and it may take 10 working days to get your order. It seems that when you order and pay they then order from the relevant company. them after 2 weeks I contacted and a few days later I was told that they are "out of stock" and ordering from the company - bull, they don't carry stock! I then replied that I wanted to cancel and after a few days have heard nothing from them. Beware - there is no phone number to call and you are at the mercy of email which they are slow to acknowledge. If products are easily available you might be lucky but the test of a good business is when things go wrong and you want to talk to someone. With OAO it wont happen.
