This mattress is definitely an upgrade over my last one. I found it comfortable straight out of the box and have had no issues adjusting to it at all. During the initial delivery, two pillows that came as a bonus were unfortunately stolen, as the delivery person had left them unattended at my doorstep while I was not home at the time. When I reported this incident, the team was very responsive and, after a brief investigation, promptly arranged a replacement set of pillows, which were delivered via Australia Post.

My first mattress collection attempt was unsuccessful because Origin’s partner, the Salvation Army, was unable to pick it up due to parking conditions at my location not being suitable for their vehicle access. Once I reported this to Origin, they immediately arranged an alternative courier, and the collection was completed smoothly soon after. I truly appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue.

Otherwise, the return process was straightforward and efficient. Despite some negative reviews I had read earlier, I found that the team replied promptly to all my inquiries and issued the refund the next business day after the mattress was collected.

I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care shown by the Origin customer service team. Thank you for making the entire experience easy and stress-free — it truly shows when a company values its customers!

(Salvation Army) didn’t collect because the Sunshine Coast is outside their service area. Origin suggested I drop it off at a charity myself, but without a ute, that wasn’t an option. I've been waiting for 5 weeks for the mattress to be collected and now, I’m personally calling charities to arrange collection. If you’re considering a return, be prepared for delays and extra effort.

Good mattress – Mattress comfy to sleep on! Not too hard so that it is uncomfortable, not too soft so I don't feel like I am sinking into it. It is quite tall, some of my fitted sheets only just fit, but otherwise I am happy with it :)

Horrible – Haven't opened the mattress as the bed I got from the same company with it had missing pieces! They also wouldn't come and collect the bed and mattress or give my money back I had to take photos, videos and then they expected me to dispose of the stuff and send it to them then I'd get my money back!
