Honestly the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. We’ve had it over 12 months now and haven’t seen any sag at all. It’s so comfortable. I will be buying another once this one’s lifespan is done. Great mattress with great price. I picked this mattress due to the material - the cover is tencel (not polyester like most mattresses at the market in this price range). Now we have discovered that the mattress was actually out of stock and rather than refund 3 weeks ago they created a false tracking number.

This is one of the worst companies for customer service and honesty. Don't do it! Spend your money elsewhere.

My wife and I purchase an Origin King. It was extremely saggy in the middle, more so for myself weighing about 95kg. The softer springs in the centre are simply too soft. we had to endure the 25 nights. After 25 nights sent another email off, was told to upload photos of mattress. After a week of no communication touched base and was told pick up was not available in the sunshine coast. Had to arrange drop off at a charity myself... Quite frustrating, I don't remember being prompted to read the terms and conditions before purchase. Make sure you do.

Communication takes several days, no number to call. Refund was fairly fast.

Replaced with sleeping duck, absolutely night and day. So much better in support. Felt like it weighed twice as much too.

This mattress arrived with badly damaged packaging and, on opening and placing it on the bed to allow it to inflate, there was a large ridge in it, possibly because of bad packaging. This one is only 25 cms and it's weeks later. This is as good as it's going to get. The pillow top is only half the advertised thickness and the mattress is much harder than expected. We've had to buy a $300 gel topper to deliver the comfort we were hoping for with the mattress alone.

Great mattress especially for the price. Good firmness and great for couples as you don’t feel their movements as much. The only thing I can fault it on is the edge support. It’s not the greatest and when you’re sitting on the side you can definitely feel it sink around you. However since it is a king size you’re not really around the edge much anyways so it’s not too big of a problem.

We were in the market for three mattresses, one king and two king singles. I consulted with their online agent, asked several questions, and decided on the models. Before purchasing, I asked if they had a showroom to test the mattresses. The agent said they operate online only but assured me I could return the mattresses if we were unhappy with the purchase.

The mattresses arrived, but after about three weeks, we found the king mattress too firm, causing shoulder pain, and the king singles lacked edge support. We contacted Origin to exchange them for a higher model in their range. They then offered a free mattress topper for the king, which made little difference. After another week, we requested a return for all three mattresses. Origin then informed us that their policy allows only one mattress to be returned - a detail not mentioned during our consultation, despite ordering three mattresses. While I should have reviewed their policy, I believe the agent should have disclosed this limitation, especially knowing the size of our order.

After a month of frustrating back-and-forth messaging, as contacting Origin directly is impossible, we returned the king mattress in mint condition, and received a PARTIAL REFUND (Short $164), another thing they failed to mention. I’m not even going to bother pursuing this further, just not worth the effort.

Origin, your customer service is poor, your transparency is lacking, and you’re difficult to deal with. The 120-day trial is misleading due to restrictive policies, show this on your website. Buyers, be cautious and thoroughly review their terms before purchasing.

Really poor service. A driver simply came to our home unannounced with the new mattress and bed. The new mattress and bedhead is plonked in the room. There is no option to pay for the assembly or removal of the old bed and mattress. Unacceptable! Show details
