Mattress is too firm and I find it very hard to get comfortable to fall asleep and wake up every morning with a numb arm and very sore hips (side sleeper). Plus is it doesn’t sag at all when you are near the edge. Unfortunately a very expensive bed I can’t sleep in and spend most nights on the lounge instead. Show details

This is our second refresh mattress. Our first was a king but we needed to downsize and the big thing for us was we wanted the exact same mattress. This supports my back and my hips very well as I suffer multiple issues and pain condition. Will always stick to Omf mattresses! Show details ·  1

Better off using my cheap wonderfully comfy mattress overlay instead of expensive mattress – It's better than the one I exchanged for but I've resorted to putting my eye crate foam mattress overlay on which you can buy from eBay $20-$100. I wanted a good mattress and thought I'd be good but now u have expensive mattress and all I needed was a cheap one with my wonderful foam mattress cheap overlay! Prestige medium QS – I know you need to break in a mattress but this one I got is not comfortable at all and how long does it take for the puffy pillow top take to develope.? Mine is totally flat. described on your website as being “perfect for side-sleepers” and that the mattress performance is described as “the latex distributes your body weight evenly and eliminates pressure points”, therefore, for these issues to be encountered in just 5 months from purchase the product is not of an acceptable quality.

Best mattresses I've ever slept on! Originally had a queen OMF Refresh medium, and upsized to a king. Put the queen on the spare bed for guests, knowing they would have an extremely good nights sleep. Show details ·  1

Very comfy and supportive for our growing teen; the support was a massive factor in our purchasing criteria. As a physically active and fast-growing teen, the mattress has been brilliant for resting after multiple training and game sessions a week. sinking is normal how is that relevant to when you lye on it? This mattress was so heavy it was extremely difficult to lift which was something I tested in store as I have a bad back. What I tried was not what I got ! 10 year warranty garbage .. Bought a new Mattress 2 was ago absolute bliss first night . Don’t ever buy a mattress from OMF

OMF Grand Royale Chiromattress - Defective product – This mattress has failed in all respects - after 2 years it has a 5cm holes where your hips and rump are supposed to be supported. Other areas of the bed look like its 10yrs old - does not return to original shape and is not supportive in the right areas and hard in others. Obviously they use poor quality products. Staff keep saying we need to sleep in the middle of the bed to stop the lump happening to ensure the 'Comfort Layers' settle. They shouldn't move and they should return to their original position after use as in any other bed.

Poor excuse for a poor product. OMF acknowledge the problem and want to repair to repair it for us - but wont give us a refund - a poor product will never get better with a quick repair job.

Biggest waste of $1800.00 ever spent! – Bought a mattress on the 31st if January 2016 from this company for $1269.00 and found it too soft so replaced it with a firmer mattress for $1699.00 on the 25th of April 2016. company who asked us to measure the depth of the indents, afterwhich we were told that it was normal. It is so uncomfortable, we have put up with this torture device for as long as is humanly possible, finally after 2 years odd I have had to purchase another mattress from a reputable company. After three years so uncomfortable I cant bear it – Bought this mattress three years ago drawn by the 10 year warranty. But after five years its so bad I need to throw it out. talked into spending another $600 on a different mattress the grand Royale. And after not even 3 months of sleeping on it, it is now lumpy and has indentations of where we lay. We aren’t large people, not that should matter. They came out to inspect it under warranty but oh 3cm of a dip when no one is on it is normal. Just RUBBISH. They should spend a night sleeping on it and see how uncomfortable and just how poor quality these mattresses are! Do your self a favour and do not shop there, stick to Aussie brands.

all through the night told store manager all she said was she was happy to listen to me vent. But I would not get money back on the cheaper bed plus pay extra for del and puck of the worse bed ever spent $1499 sleeping on the bloody lounge tonight the bed is med and not the same as display as the bed I have feels like extra firm even having trouble turning it’s a nightmare
