am usually size M, however their sizing is way out of normal sizing. Once again, I requested return and sent gloves back to nominated address with a proof of delivery in place. Once again, no refund was issued. The supplier is not responding to my correspondence and not returning my calls. The experience is horrible and I will never again buy from this store.

Which is bizzare why would you price it cheaper on site especially when u check out the cart with additinal discount (and this is not shipping fee difference, but rather the sale discount price offer discounted 2x compare to store). I went to call and email (info@uggaustraliaclassic.com) Original UGG Classic. Called(left voice messages) and emailed them the next day of purchase then also last week and this week but i didnt get any reponse. Not sure what to do. As taking my time and energy to deal with it instead to just deal with the store directly and get the refund since customers should have option to refund for major manufacturing as per consumer protection website. Very poor quality manufacture – After two months of light wear the boots started coming unstitched around the inside heel. First the left boot then the right. contacted The original Ugg and provided pictures of the fault. They responded with their QA department had ruled the ugg had been damaged by an animal. This is definitely not the case, although they do have a pet dog he hasn't even been interested in them. There are no teeth marks, no bite marks and no drool or any indication a pet had damaged these slippers. This is a manufacturing fault and I will never buy from them again. I am a firm believer in buying Australian made and owned however I would rather buy cheap Chinese items and that way if they are faulty you expect it. We'll done Original Ugg you have lost mine and hopefully anyone I speak to and anyone who reads this review business.

called to their office directly, however they claimed the Single Button and the Double Button are the SAME style of boot and refused to refund the shipping charges that I have paid to ship and return the wrong product. So, I have lose totally CAD100 of shipping both ways because of their mistake. The worst thing is they never thought this was their mistake. Very frustrated.

it’s so very cold. We all don’t mind being seen in them in this small country town. I got caught in the rain, only going from a store to the car but unfortunately they are all now coloured with rain Doplets. Nothing has resolved it. I did also apply a suede protection when I first got them. They aged really quickly considering they last a life time. Wouldn’t but again. Will be replacing next winter.

daughter was for Christmas). They did not pick up the parcel for about 3 weeks (I thought it was lost) but they say they were away. Not really a problem, but it's made this Christmas present really late. They sent the new pair to Queensland. As soon as I got the email saying it had left, I let them know it was in transit to the wrong place. No response. When it arrived in Queensland, I asked if they were going to do anything. No response. I asked them if they were going to respond. No response. I asked them again if they were going to respond. They sent a printout of the original order (to Queensland) - not a single human word. I sent them a fresh copy of their Return Form. No response - time to give up.
I understand mistakes happen - but these people seem to care nothing. If I make a mistake I at least acknowledge it and try to fix it. To be stonewalled is just rude.

Sizing is not consistent and returns is non existent! – I purchased a pair of ugg boots in the same size i already had from their store. The new ones were too small so i enquired about exchanging the size. They were more than happy to oblige. I sent the item back 2 months ago as the instructed. Hit and miss – Brought 2 pairs just before Christmas. We Have been wearing them this perth winter .. so a couple months. Mine are fine.. no problem. However my partners have all come apart down the side of one boot. For the price they should not come apart this quickly, so this is definitely disappointing... will keep my fingers crossed for mine. Terrible – I have waited 3 months for my ugg boots to be sent after i returned the previous pair as they were too small. There is no contact number and everytime i email them they say it will be sent shortly. I have even paid for the shipping for the new pair to be sent over a month ago. These were my child birthday present.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Emailed a week ago asking if it had been dispatched and no response. Called yesterday and no answer, sent message on Instagram… nothing. Left comments on social media posts and they delete them. I’ll be contacting the ACCC if they don’t get their act together soon. Disgusting service, fulfill the order or give me my money back!!!
Poor communication and delayed product delivery – Ordered 15 days ago. Still no item received. Probably won't get it before summer. This company does not answer phone calls, emails or social media messages. Edit: Finally they answered the phone and say they are sending out the product this Friday. Very Disappointed – Uggs are about 18 months old. One boot is thinner at the toes than the other and is just beginning to wear a hole in the toe of the boot. They are not a tight fit, they're not too small and they've not been damaged in any way. I've had far cheaper uggs and never had this happen.
