Please note the following excerpt from our Guarantee Card:
“Please note body indentations are a normal occurrence in a new mattress and indicates that the upholstery layers are conforming to the individual owner’s body shape. To assist with minimizing body impressions, rotate your mattress according to the recommended schedule above.”
Your mattress is designed to provide support and comfort. Body indentations are a normal occurrence and indicate that the upholstery layers of the mattress are performing as they should. However, we note as part of your requirements you adhere to our care instructions. Noting body indentations of 40mm on a pillow top and 25mm on a non-pillow top is the acceptable industry standard.
“1. Your Orthokinetic Next Generation range has one sleeping surface, which means you will not need to flip the mattress over.
However, it is recommended that you rotate your mattress regularly for optimum performance over time. To rotate, simply spin the mattress 180 degrees, so the area that was at the head of the bed is now at the foot.
A. In the first three months after purchasing, it is recommended to rotate your new Orthokinetic mattress every two weeks.
B. After the initial three (3) months, it is recommended you rotate your Orthokinetic mattress once a month. Continue this for the life of your mattress.
C. Please do not rotate your mattress by yourself, but with assistance.”
You will need to start to rotate your mattress for optimum results. The reason why you may feel you have a hill/roll feeling is because the mattress is out of shape it has not conformed properly as it has not been rotated to even out the wear.
Does The Whole Perimeter Of Your Mattress Get Slept On?
If no, over time you may see your mattress develop a ridge/mound as that particular part of mattress is not being slept on with body weight distribution being placed on outer parts of your mattress.
We can see that you have purchased a Queen or king mattress; generally with modern day bedding people tend to sleep further apart in a Queen/King mattress therefore creating a concave/mound in middle forming a divet.
This is also relevant when sleeping soley in the center of a mattress, with one person being in the same position each night. This forms body impression within the foam layers of the mattress and can be the cause of a dip/sagging in the center of your mattress.
If you sleep on opposite ends this can create foam layers to become uneven. Try to sleep in the middle unused area also so the comfort layers conform and even out. Over the course of the next few weeks your mattress should improve & begin to settle.
As a manufacturer we deal with faults that arise with components built inside the mattress caused by a manufacturing defect.

is wire or a band of plastic or something similar but when you sit on edges - you don’t slide forward/off and you don’t feel that built in shaping support pressing or cutting into the back of your legs! Also I purchased the solid base (essentially a fabric covered Timber box with legs). I believe that It ensures even support under the entire mattress. I’ve had no sagging or deformation of the mattress in any way. For me, this is the best mattress I’ve ever owned. Suggest getting the timber base as opposed to a conventional box spring base - this usually what causes the lack of support issues - sort of like a poorly supported sofa that sags in the middle. Guarantees a sore back! Anyway, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

and twice as comfy. Now having used the mattress for a couple of months we are so happy. It’s really soft, has kept its integrity, and most importantly it allows my partner and I to consistently have a good nights sleep and wake up feeling fresh the next day.
Ignore the bad reviews, it’s a great mattress and I’d buy the same one again given the opportunity.

Warranty as nothing is technically wrong with it apart from the black mark on one side of it (Which we though is negligible). And I trusted the sales person at that time and bought the Mattress.
Initially the Mattress was nice and firm and we have had good sleep for nearly a year but after that we started to have shoulder pain every now and then making it hard to have a nice sleep. We tried rotating the mattress couple of times but that didn't help. And now we keep trying to roll towards the centre of the Mattress as that is the only firm and comfortable part left in the mattress and the sides of the mattress feel like sleeping in the bowl. Every day we wake up with sore back and shoulder pain.
Tried calling Super AMART to explain our situation but to my surprise I was told that it had only 1 year warranty as its was sold as is and said that I can read their terms and conditions online about the warranty and should have read the big page with all the and conditions terms (Which you get after you pay for the item and the sales person never tell you about it in advance) before buying instead of trusting the sales person telling me that the Mattress comes with 10 Years Structural Warranty. The Sales person showed the first page of the invoice where 10 Years warranty is very clearly written and never told me to read T&Cs on next page where it says that warranty is limited to 1 year only, otherwise I would have cancelled the sale there and then only. Mattress is a thing people buy for a lifetime or at least for 5-10 years and that is the reason they normally come with 10 year Structural warranty.
My point is even if the Mattress was at a much discounted price, and came with only 1 year warranty, does that mean after 1 year it’s expected that it will be defected? The way the Mattress was sold to me was misleading. Now we are stuck with the bad purchase as SUPER AMART said they cannot help me in any way in this matter.
Hate it. A terrible mistake – Every night I regret purchasing this mattress. I weigh 54kg and there's a sag from where I sleep and a big mound in the middle. If we rotate it fortnightly it improves the sag and mound problem marginally. It's so hard I can't sleep on my tummy. It retains heat so it gets progressively hotter through out the night. It is so heavy we can barely lift it to change the sheets. A $2000 mistake that I can't afford to replace. Avoid!!! Show details

I complained and got someone ([name removed]) to assess it. I was told that the warranty said I was supposed to turn it every week to 2 weeks! How crazy for a heavy mattress! And I was never given the warranty instructions by super-A-mart. [name removed] turned it and recommended I keep it like this for about a month and then turn it every 2 weeks.
The groove is just worsening and worsening. I went overseas for 5 weeks and hoped the rest would help. It didn't.
I now have terrible back pain and am waiting for my tax money to buy a new mattress. I will stick to Sealy Posturepedic from now on. I have complained again and sent another assessment form nearly 2 weeks ago with no reply.
Bottom line, do not buy this brand under any circumstance. Not worth it.

I should have read first all the review on this site before purchasing this mattress. My Sealy one which is less dearer in price and its almost 4 years, still serves better than this one that claims to be Luxurious on the model but not.

When I phoned to apologise I was abused by the rep in a text as this was in her own time and she had a hungry child in the car. Biggest waste of money ever spent! – Purchased this mattress from super amart in Adelaide! My FIL paid nearly $2000 for this mattress in dec 2014! terrible sore back every night. There is a high point in the middle, noticeably, already! You should not spend $2000 on a mattress only to want to take it back a few weeks later. We are applying for a warranty claim but Super Amart do not care AT ALL. They just take your money. And Sleepeeze the manufacturer seem ok but are incredibly slow. would never have bought this bed or shopped at Super Amart. The follow up "service" from staff there was disgraceful.
Firstly the bed arrived with no castors, which we had to go back and pick up from the store. The guys who delivered it didn't even take it to the bedroom for us they just left it in the hall after we had paid for delivery which included "installation". The mattress began sagging within a couple of weeks of having it so we rotated the mattress as we were advised to. Unfortunately because of the design of the mattress you can't turn it upside down or flip it, it can only be rotated from top to bottom. I called Super Amart advising them of my concerns. I was told this is normal for "memory foam" and to continue rotating the mattress every 2 weeks to 1 month until it settled.
Another fortnight later there was no improvement and in fact the mattress seemed to be getting worse. There were now 2 sunken sides and the centre of the mattress sits up high so we couldn't even cuddle in bed as we kept literally rolling down to the edges of the mattress. As far as my partners back goes his pain level increased and neither of us were getting much sleep. I called the store again in February and was told there was nothing they could do at Super Amart and to call the manufacturer. I was given the manufacturer details and called them only to be advised that Super Amart were in fact responsible.
In short nobody was prepared to look into this for us, it's not as if you can drag a mattress back into the store demanding a refund for poor/faulty goods. After months of discomfort we reverted back to the 12 year old mattress we had replaced essentially leaving us with a $2000 bed that is unsuitable for use. I have since heard that there was a fault in this line of mattresses going back to January 2015 and am furious.

Bad mattress, bad customer service – After lots of deliberating and testing, my partner and I were finally sold on (talked into) buying an Orthokinetic Luxury Mattress from Super Amart, Oxley (Qld), the most expensive mattress we have ever bought. either side. We can’t lie in the middle together and if we try, we end up rolling down the ‘hill’ to our respective sides where we sink down further. The sides sink so low into the bed we both wake up during the night and struggle to roll out of our dips. It is more than just uncomfortable, it is not fit for use.
We first contacted Super Amart after a few months about the excess dips and sinking, and the rise in the middle. They told us to take photos, even though we’d explained the problem wasn’t visible unless lying on the bed. At the time, we gave up taking it further because we didn’t know what to do.
We contacted Super Amart (Oxley) again this week as the mattress is getting worse and we were told they would not help us and to contact the distributor, SleepEezee, who seemed equally disinterested. Again we were told to take photos and that if there’s no visible sign, then there’s no problem. Our backs and hips beg to differ.
We feel like they both know there’s a problem, but aren’t prepared to do anything now they have our money. We have always rotated the mattress regularly (together, as its too heavy for one person to do), but it’s just getting worse and is more uncomfortable than the 15 year old Sealy mattress we replaced!
We are appalled at the complete lack of after-sales service from Super Amart, who are not even prepared to look into the issue, despite the sales invoice saying ‘for warranty claims contact the store at which you purchased the goods'. They convinced us to buy a brand we didn't know - we should have stuck with a recognised, trusted brand. But we were sold on the ‘peace of mind’ warranty and assured that if there were any faults with our Orthokinetic mattress within the 10 year period, they could replace it, rather than trying to repair it (their words, not ours). Given this was a big investment for us, this was reassuring at the time.
At the very least we want Super Amart to take some responsibility for the product they sold, surely they can't just fob us off to the manufacturer?
My advice - stay away from Super Amart and their Orthokinetic mattresses. Buy a tried and tested mattress brand - don't make our mistake!

just had a my second baby and I had a toddler already so I put it down to broken sleep and hormones. Now with both my kids sleeping through it is no better, maybe even worse! I wake many times through the night sweating, which I definitely did not do before! It also sits lower on my side as its slept in more, my husband works away a lot. I'm only 50kg so that shouldn't happen, especially with the way the assistant was talking it up. We bought this on finance and we're still paying it off, yet I'm really disappointed. wouldn't feel my partner get in out of bed which was true for a bit but now I can feel him move around. My partner has now got a sore back and neck and sleeps in the spare room. We have told super amart the issue and were told to fill in a form and take photos and someone will come out to inspect the mattress within 10 days. We could not get this bed to stop sagging despite rotating the mattress, levelling the base with a spirit level and packing it out, we lifted the mattress and placed doonas between the mattress and base where each of us sleep to try and raise it up.. No luck. We have a $2500 mattress that is a complete dud.
We moved house this Feb and ended up taking the feet off the ensemble so the base sat level and square on the floor which has a concrete base pad.. Still sagging.
My partner and I now don't sleep together in our room as he cannot stand the back ache. I sleep on an angle across the middle of the bed in our room ( as we have our newborns Cot in our room) between the 'hill' between each indent and he takes the old innerspring hand me down mattress in the spare room.
If we were overweight maybe I could understand the sagging however, I am 65kg and he is 80kg.
I cannot lay in bed with my 3 month old as she rolls down the 10 cm slope from where I sit or lay.
Service at super a mart was average - the super keen service we got at sale time was hardly note able now we had a problem to talk about. Customer Service have usa support phone number and wished is 'good luck' with orthokinetic claims dept - which take 48 hours to return a phone call.
