difference in density and I'm still waking up in pain. Asst. Manager at Super Amart response initially was to tell me the staff who served me on both occasions didn't know what they were talking about. One not normally being a sales person! Incredulous that this manager deemed it ok to speak so poorly of his staff and to tell me that it would take 3 months to break in (that was never mentioned by staff who are clearly not trained up to work in that area of shop). He was suppose to call me back after discussing my happiness with product with someone higher up and after not hearing from him for 3 days, went in and was given offer to have mattress from display floor. Which has been laid on by countless people. Regretting the decision to pay out $1300 for a product that not only does deliver in way it was advised or advertised. Having to spend fortune in osteo appointments to realign my back and hips.

Best ever – We've had our mattress for 6 years now and it's still as comfortable as the day we got it. Ever time we go away we look forward to getting back into our bed 10/10

Firm but comfy – Bought the Octavia Support queen from Amart for $1600 which is a saving on the full price and put the mattress on par with the online mattress in a box offers. slept on for 3 weeks now and I find it good quality and firm but still comfortable.  Show details

definitely would not recommend this mattress. I wouldn’t even re sell the mattress as I’d feel guilty for the next person.

I am now sleeping on the couch until this issue is sorted.

occurred and I am again getting back issues. Not sure if I was lied to when I purchased it but would not recommend it. Any mattress with a cushion topper will negate the firm effect anyone would be looking for in a "firm" mattress.

Rubbish bed – Amart salespeople are just like many have described here - pushing this horrible brand, because they are probably on commission. They talk down the Sealy and push the Orthokinetic. home and test it. This mattress is way too heavy for its own good, and it dips in the middle. Amart will tell you there is a 12-15 year and a 180 night return option - good luck with both of those options because that is a nightmare in itself. I figure Amart make a greater profit on these beds, but they really should only sell quality beds because customers will not come back if they buy a bad product.

Great bed – The mattress is as firm and plush on top as the day we purchased it 6 months ago. At this point cannot offer nothing but 10 out of 10, little firmer than what my wife would have liked. I weigh just on 100 kts and I find it’s great.  Show details

repair it. I asked if we could have the mattress replaced as I do not want it taken away and they said no my contract is not with them its with super a mart. Super A mart say there is nothing they can do as they do not own the warranty so I am stuck in the middle with only the option of repair. Was anyone else offered a repair?

hubby and I are in bed together I feel like it’s uneven and I roll into the middle. I have started sleeping on my fold out sofa bed to avoid the discomfort. I have gotten excruciating lower back and hip pain as well as neck pain too. I’m now seeing a chiro once a month plus weekly massage and acupuncture. My gp is now talking physio too. I’m on full time pain killers and nerve blockers to try and get sleep. I wake up every morning at around 3am and have to get up to do stretches to alleviate some of the pain. Hubby has gotten a sore back too and has never complained with the cheap mattress we had before we spent a fortune on this one. The store asked me to email photos but the photos don’t show the dipping. Due to the pillow top but you can feel it immediately after getting into it. We have given it 3 years now and I’m sick of it. I have rotated the mattress every time I wash the sheets which pretty much weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter but that’s fine nothing for it either. It’s a very expensive mistake. Do not buy this mattress! Terrible brand, deceitful sales people, horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere!!

better since then. We complained to the company about ed, I am complaining for the second time in less two years about a mattress that we purchased 3 years ago. (Please refer to below emails)

One of your representatives came to have a look at it and said it was our bed causing the mattress to sink as the slats on it were too far apart. He recommended us to add more slats to the bed and said it should solve the problem. My husband did so a few days after but here we are again with the same issue, a mattress with dips in it giving us pain every single morning when we wake up. We're now waiting for the rep to get back to us once again.

They said they will probably end up repairing it but all I want is my money back!!!

Disappointed – We decided to invest in a good mattress, sorry to say thats not what we got. Really disappointed in how quickly this mattress lost its firmness, my partner and i have both had so much trouble with our backs over the last couple of years from it. emails for up to 11 days at a time we had to get it cleaned $90 and take 3 days off work to fit in with their scheduled to assess, pick up the mattress to repair and then drop back off.

A few months later the same issue came back. Again I have been waiting over a month to get a replacement.

I have to call them everyday as anything they say never happens and the weeks keep rolling by. Emails arnt replied to, phone calls are not returned and conveniently there is never a manager to speak to or return my call which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

9 months later and as the weeks go on our backs get worse, we don't get a good nights sleep and have to keep spending money doctors to ease the back pain.

Super Amart and Sleepeeze are both involved in this issue and its a joke how they treat their customers. I would like to see how they would like it if they had to sleep on this Faulty crap mattress and go to work to deal with these complaints every day. Just Shocking!

middle, I started to have huge problems with my back, with my neck, and the worse what I have now after being on that mattress for few month - are my fingers and my hands are getting numb that bad, that I had to move to sleep on the floor. After sleeping on the floor (I had camping selfinflating mattress) for few month, most of problems were gone, so we have decided to try to return this product back to the store/upgrade to whatever different brand. that when you are laying on the bed, if one of the pets jumps up onto the bed, you do not feel it. It was explained to me, that this is due to pocket springs as opposed to inner spring. I dont know what it all means, but to me - it means that I am not disturbed when I am sleeping, and I have pets jumping up and down from the bed all the time - so its a winner in my books!!

initial response was they are trying to blame our bed base for the huge sagging in the middle and that the amount of sagging is acceptable. Yet we have never had an issue like this with any other cheaper brand mattresses in the past.

Terrible mattress! Continuous back pain! – I purchased this mattress from super amart just a year ago and the entire middle section of the mattress slopes inwards which gives me terrible back pain. It no longer can support itself. I was told specifically by a sales team member that this mattress would be perfect and that I should spend extra for the quality and this is what I get! We went away on holiday for 5 weeks and slept in over 8 different beds and no back pain, as soon as we were home I've being unable to sleep because of it. We've had the manufacturer come out again to look at it who said she will talk to super a mart about it to see what they can do. We have followed up twice with super a mart and had no response! Waste of Time and Money!

Absolutely Terrible!! – We have had this mattress for over a year now, and for a year I have had nothing but the worst shoulder problems. possible reasons. The foam on top makes you so hot - we installed a new air conditioning thinking it was the air. We have a brand new mitsubishi a/c and this bed is still HOT ! We changed our pillows to all sorts - made no difference. Rotated the bed no difference. We finally decided to try a different bed. We took turns to sleep in our 10 year old crummy single Sleepmaker bed and I can sleep in this single for 5 hours and feel amazingly refreshed. The joke is we are now fighting for the single bed in fear of what this Orthokinetic king mattress does to our quality of life at work the day after. I won't ever buy this brand again and the credibility of Amart is well.. should have known better. Will spread the word as I do not want anyone to go through what we did. Reading other reviews, it is exactly as others have felt - 2 indents with a raised part down the centre. It really feels as if you are sinking in. Funnily enough, my parents had gone ahead and bought the same mattress on our recommendation and when I slept on theirs for a period of 2 weeks in Nov it was bliss! Coming back to sleeping on ours made me realise perhaps there was a fault with ours. I slept on theirs again for about a week the following Jan and it still felt terrific. We just had our second baby in Oct 2014 and my husband works away a lot so with one thing or another we just put up with the mattress plus I got to stay at my parents a lot and enjoy their good mattress! Now in February 2016 though, I'm feeling really sore & stiff everytime I wake up and I came on here to see what others thought and am so thankful that it's not just me! I had the opportunity to sleep on my parents bed again for 3 nights last week and it was the first time I didn't wake with a backache in ages. I'm going to email my receipt and purchase date now and just really hope that this matter can be resolved soon with a replacement mattress so I can get some good sleep again! It is the worst mattress I have slept on – I brought my mattress in supper amart in July 2015, got it home and it was so uncomfortable but I stuck it out for 2 weeks. I then rang supper amart and they gave me a new one and said it was from shipping the mattress was uncomfortable. It has now been 6 months and me and my hubby can not sleep in the bed we are sore all over. It appears to have made dents in the mattress and a lump in the middle.
