realise they are operating online and customer dont have privilege to check before order and it is their responsibility to make customer happy with the service.

My entire bad experience with this company could have been avoided if they had communicated better and maintained a properly functioning website.

Because of their poor service, I ended up wasting money on rubbish lenses. I had to throw away the lens order and temporarily continue using my old lenses until I could purchase new ones elsewhere.

Not recommending framebuy to any customers

I purchase a glasses case on line for a Christmas gift and have heard nothing about delivery. I have tried to contact this company by chat, email and phone and to no avail. When I buy online, I still expect customer service. Very disappointing.

Dispatch times are twice longer as advertised. The website says priority support, phone, chat -- none of this exists, the support email does not reply or lies about dispatching time the only time they reply. All phones numbers are disconnected. the reviews on their own website are 5 stars. product quality is OK, but everything else is misleading, and there is no support.

A little disappointed in customer service at the beginning of placing order. Glasses finally arrived and are really great. Also love the protective case they send with glasses. Will order from them again

Perfect Reglaze – I was quoted over $600 to reglaze my prescription glasses by my local optician so I looked for an online company and got a quote from Framesbuy for just over $200. The progressive lenses are perfect. I would definitely use again.

Started off well with their website and ordering process incredibly easy to navigate. Made the purchase two weeks ago and that's where the positives end. cuts out after a few rings. Decided then to look at reviews and incredibly dismayed to see others have shared the same experience. Most of their options for frames + lenses estimate a two week delivery timeline. This deadline expired today and still no word or even a tracking number! I fear I'll never be able to receive these glasses or get a refund for the costs incurred. As it is currently - I would not recommend.

Disappointing – Progressive glasses from prescription were only distance glasses. Have tried contacting back to determine next steps, but I have recieved no replies.

using the product for a couple of months the case has broken with the magnetic closing mechanism no longer keeping the case closed! I am going to purchase the same case in the alternative design which involves a flap and press stud closure system to see if this lasts longer.

Love the case – Beautiful glasses case, exactly as seen in the photos. Good quality, but I think someone in the delivery process had been rough with the package so the case was slightly distorted at the hinges. An easy fix, and the case is lovely!

Love the dog and cat designs – I really love these glasses cases. I have already had one of the cat designs, but due to the case being dropped and played with by grandchildren a few times, I needed to get another case. This time a dog design, which I love.

Beautiful frames – I really like the glasses. They're colourful, which is just what I wanted and they're lightweight, which is also a plus. They arrived in a very hand friendly case and, since they were coming all the way from Australia, very quickly. The store was easy to navigate and I thought there was a good range of products.

Second Pair of Great Stylish Glasses – I have now purchased a second pair of tinted sunglasses from Framesbuy. They are very good quality and the vision is exactly the same as the glasses I have purchased previously instore in an optical chain store. Great reglazing of my favourite glasses – After receiving my new prescription from opsm I ordered reglazing of my favourite glasses online with Framesbuy. Process was very quick and easy. Sent my glasses to Framesbuy and received them back in a week. They came in a cute hard case. Communication was great and I am very happy. Will definitely use again.

Loving the glasses – Took about 3 weeks to arrive. However, they do give updates on when they proceed to the next stage. So reassurance was there. Quality of glasses were excellent. Very happy with purchase .

Glasses cases – These cases looked exactly like the picture, was a great price. Was really easy to navigate the website. There was a great selection of cases, at a really good price, quick and easy tracking and shipment. The quality is great, they are good and sturdy, easy to assemble. Clothes are so soft and clean lenses greatly.

Beautiful high quality glasses cases – I recently purchased three glasses cases - two hard cases and one of the folding variety - and am super happy with them all! The designs (cats on two and flowers on the third) are gorgeous and all very accurately represented on the website. All are of really high quality, fit my glasses well and look great.
