zapper attracted or zapped ANY insect or mosquito, and we were eaten alive. We had to use personal insect repellent and citronella candles to stop being bitten! I've contacted the company for a refund (based on their 90 day Money-Back Guarantee AND 14 day refund policy) and now being given the runaround and "we'll send replacements". Scam Company: Bought Osmo frying pan with special coating: absolute rubbish - everything sticks to the coating immediately upon contact, even at low heat settings. Their vacuum barelly weights 1.8kg when out of package. Its cheap paper thin plastic, the head doesn't even hold both halves together when you manoeuvre with it (taking turns), threatening to break. Suction power is nonexistent, my old 6 years old malfunctioning lower end Dyson (that cost by then around 500aud worked better then this cheap rip off) I coudln't vacuum what Dyson vacuumed in one swing.
Also watch out for their money guarantee 14 days refund policy. When I was waiting for the product, I enquire with their support for the delivery time. They replied within 6 hours. When product arrived, I have sent first email. Nothing in 24 hours. Send second one. No reply. Then went straight to paypal and sent a dispute. Then they finally got back to me, requesting me to take a pictures and video of the issues I have. Is that common practice when I want to use the 14 days money back guarantee? There was no mention of this to be a requirement anywhere in their return policies.
Nevertheless, I have made the picture of the full product (no damages) even recorded video how I am putting it back into the box and send it to them. Return address was UK. It cost me 100aud to send it back.
Only positive thing I can tell is that they did refunded. Yet I believe they are set in China and only reason I had to ship it back to UK is to discourage the return price from me doing so and rather keep this piece of **** product
Bought the Osmo LiteMeter z7 Blood Pressure monitor and it is fantastic. Well worth the money as it has many useful functions and is highly accurate (tested it at my GPs office). Also had a very small issue with it and Osmo Aus sent my a replacement very quickly. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend

refund if it hasn't been taken out of the packaging, so once you realise how bad it is, there is no refund.
Follow-up · I paid $299 on sale for the Osmo vacumn cleaner, my old vacumn is a dirt devil brought from Bunnings which was far cheaper and performs better than the Osmo in fact we don't use the Osmo anymore and have gone back to using the Red Devil. The delivery was slow taking at least 3 weeks to arrive.

So disappointed with this vacuum it's not even the one advertised cheap plastic junk that has no suction been scamed $300. And the return policy states you can only return if unused and not a sale item so you are screwed.
Follow-up · Received a replacement vaccume and they sent the same piece of junk. After complaining again was offered a 20% refund. Or if i sent it back full refund. Was not going to chance sending it back on my expence $$$ so took the 20% so lost $250 on something i put in the trash.

I purchased the Osmo stick vacuum cleaner a month ago. It is cheap and nasty. It doesn’t suck well and it is very difficult to clean the catcher, as the inside filter can’t come out. An absolute waste of money!
This vacuum cleaner is rubbish it is (i) Grossly overpriced (ii) is made of plastic (iii) has very weak suction (iv) parts don't lock together (v) rubbish catcher cannot be removed for easy cleaning (vi) returning the product is almost impossible (vii) battery cannot be separated for easy recharging I could go on and on but would just say do not waste your money on this product

This is the most vacuumless vacuum I've ever seen. It's flimsy and doesn't suck up any dust. Made of inferior quality materials, cheap plastic and a piece of microfibre cloth at the bottom that falls off every minute. I thought the lightweight may help, as I'm a pensioner, but it a big scam, money down the drain.

SCAM!! I bought the Osmo stick vacuum cleaner online ($299 50% off) after doing research but obviously not enough. It is the cheapest plastic looking cleaner ever seen and doesn’t even work after being charged. It is nothing like what’s been advertised and comes with no instructions or return policy. I read reviews and ordered my vacuum due to this. I have always had a Dyson but wanted to try another brand. I would like to state that this is the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever received. I am not happy.
