has been escalated to the "Treasury Department" and to expect reimbursement in 5 to 7 days. 23rd Dec 2025. have reached out again by email as they still haven't returned my money. 28th December, emailed and called, they "thanked me for my patience and understanding" still no refund. 6th January, emailed and called again, they said problem with the system, will do bank transfer, STILL NO REFUND! Jan 13, another email, back to "escalated to the Treasury Department" No Refund. Is this a legitimate business?

Update 4th Feb 2026: my bank is chasing the money that has still yet to be returned.

I use otr for petrol and car wash subway kripy cream. I was at OTR hillbank trying to fill petril. I was asked to come insude and told there was glitche in app and i havent paid for petrol $126 . get processed and they cant pick up for some time. I was upset and i said what uf i have sold my car and moved the state. They said they cant go to police because their app is faulty. I rang bank and checked transaction and paid in full. I use otr app as it is quick and i receive discount. You always drive off when app says good to go. This experience was v embarrassing for me and i m sure for many clients.

Contacted OTR Head Office in South Australia via their website, regarding the Aldinga Beach Happy Wash not working properly. I received a message back to say they would be passing my complaint onto the 'Happy Wash Team'. Well, 6 weeks later and not a word. Was charged $5.42 for supposed previous drive off without paying at Holden Hill service station. Although we have used this station very occasionally, we have NEVER driven off without paying. Unable to convince staff that this had to be a systems error I paid the $5.42 as not worth the hassle to formally dispute. Wonder if this is a regular occurrence at OTR? Do not use this app! I was tricked into the free car wash and was charged anyway, they refuse to refund me. They also then told me I owed them money for fuel as a transaction was still pending, their [Content Removed] app caused security issues on my card which was immediately blocked so I had to go and pay instore with another card. Ordered two thickshake was given two milkshakes asked for one to be remade as I was not happy hubby didnt feel like his beening fixed. When Shell bought the BP brand in SA at the OTR sites, they stated that they would accept BP card for 12 months after the changeover. Not even 5 months in and the stagger refuse to take my BP card. Never shopping at an OTR again. Show details

made a personal insult towards me. We were also subjected to verbal abuse, including swearing and yelling. This behavior is completely unacceptable, particularly from a customer service representative.

I hope that OTR will take immediate action to address this incident and ensure that their staff provides respectful and professional service to all customers. I will be escalating this matter further with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and hope for a more satisfactory response.

OTR Port Wakefield grotty toilets – The toilets at Port Wakefield OTR were disgusting on 22nd November. both Male and Female. The floor was wet with urine, water and muddy shoes flithy dirty and littered with paper and empty coffee cups. The toilet pans and seats were grotty with you know what. Management need to inspect 3 times a day eg. before each meal times. Please do not send junior food staff to do this. Sub contract hygiene cleaning to a local.

Otr evanston =terrible coffees – Had coffees twice now at evanston otr and they were bloody terrible,tasted like dishwater, and when I asked if I could redeem the 2 dollar donut promo they guy said no u had to tell us that b4 and I'm like we'll it wasn't offered to me before ,if I had seen it on screen I would of asked for it ...won't be going there for coffees anymore

Rude service operator says nothing during transaction – 11am 11/09/2024; customer service man said nothing throughout transaction. Extremely rude. Especially when I said “Hi”. OTR needs to start hiring “polite” customer service officers. I need a glass of wine.

weak coffee – Besides the fact that they price gauge fuel & sell over priced crap in store there one redeeming quality was the app & coffee until now, they have taken away the ability to get double shots in the coffee because the normal coffee is weak as cats you know what, not worth keeping the app now so DELETE plus the 5th coffee was automatically redeemed when you ordered that next coffee now you have to navigate the app the redeem it DELETE DELETE DELETE

Worst company in Adelaide. Ridiculous commercial – OTR is the worst company in Adelaide. They should have left things alone. The stores are too big, crowded, cluttered, noisy and inefficient.
