Crappy Items! – Delivery took almost a month considering they're only from NSW. Almost forgot about this purchased. One of the item is broken. Not really happy. Not gonna but from them ever again and wouldn't recommend them.

So easy to use looks very expensive – This is a very useful bracelet for someone older it is so easy to use, bought for my 76 yr old husband after a big heart operation. It connects to BT very quickly on iPad or phone. Keeps record of daily actives. I would recommend this item as the cost is way below others and yet does it all.

Useless 'reusable' covers. Read this before you consider – I wanted a sustainable reusable product to replace using so much cling wrap. So, I sent for some silicone covers which on the video advert showed them being pulled over bowls and containers to preserve food. They looked so good I bought extra to give to my children. them on everything, plastic, pot, ceramic. They just sit on top or ping off. They are totally useless. I'm so disappointed that I've bought something that took resources to make and have to go in the rubbish. I sent an email to Ever Mercantile and never even received a reply.

Absolute joke – So I ordered 2 swimsuits from Ever Mercantile Limited via Groupon. What eventually arrived was, and which I had to wait in and sign for was an empty plastic bag!!! No swimsuits! Nada, zero, absolutely nothing inside ! Very disappointed. Groupon have given me a refund.

Bad Customer Service – Purchased a jacket online from Our Deal, item from My Shop Your Shop. Jacket didn't fit, two sizes smaller than stated on size chart. A lot of trouble in returning jacket eventually received refund on jacket & then had issue with postage I had to pay. Finally received a credit to use within 12 mnths for the postage, better than nothing but I don't wish to be involved with Our Deal again & My Shop Your Shop should be avoided at all cost.

Great Customer Service and swiftly refunded! – I had a delay shipment on my purchase, but talking to a Customer Representative named Allen, made the experience much more bearable as he was very helpful and understanding. While the products were lost in transit, he quickly and swiftly refunded my total purchase amount.

later I get an email requesting photos (fair enough). That was sent immediately. A few days later an acknowledgement that photos received and that they are contacting the supplier. Now 2 weeks since receiving the product and still no refund.

problem, I asked a simple question, is that size 11 for Men or Women , they didn't answer me but sent me the link back to the website!! Hello just a simple question, then they said they can't do anything because the order was already been dispatched , liar ! Up until now 2 weeks I still haven't received my Ugg boots. And if you have send the goods back and change it, you have to pay your own return postage! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!

Bad experience, good support – I purchased a voucher which wasn't even supposed to be on OurDeal so it wasn't accepted when I tried to redeem it, however when I contacted support I was dealt with marvelously and was given a full refund immediately.

They responded to us promptly – We recently purchased an accommodation deal and the hotel didn't have the availability for our dates. We e-mailed Our Deal and they responded promptly, advising as we contacted them within 7 days of purchase, they will process a full refund.
