I used this bunch of quacks a couple of months ago no problems ,they had my records and was asking me which scripts I needed before I said a thing. I rang today for the same reason and asked for my scripts again and they sent me scripts that weren't on my concession card. These were useless to me . that I hadn't mentioned my concession card to the doctor but I explained to her it was on my records because the last doctor told me so,and after this things went down hill . They were no help and my medication is one you can't miss but wasn't there problem. If there is any other organisation you can use . Use them thses people are incompetent.

Cannot speak more highly about this service. I needed a certificate for work and was quite unwell. I filled in the online forms and a doctor called me soon after. I had a certificate in my inbox within minutes of the call and the cost is minimal. The doctor was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very kind as I was feeling pretty rotten. I live in the country and the wait for an appointment can be six weeks so this service is exceptional.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY. 42 dollars, 2 prescription on the same day since i need to receive the call. 1 Ring and then they put down with Voice Mail message and ask again to re-book!!! FRAUD!

Fast, inexpensive, east – I couldn't get in to see my doctor for a week (just needed a basic script) so I tried Our Sage - really happy with the service, I received a call within about 10 minutes and the script was texted through shortly afterwards. Super easy and convenient process – I realised with one tablet left and no repeat scripts I needed a script soon. Being a Friday I was concerned I would not get in to see a local Dr so I Googled online, and found sage. It was so easy and convenient, a totally stress free process. The Dr. called me within 2 minutes and was friendly and I didn’t feeling like I was a nuisance. Booked a call yesterday arvo and requested a medical certificate for my Grandaughter so she could go back to preschool on Monday. They said they would send it by email. It’s now Saturday arvo and still have not received it. I’ve messaged them several times and had no response either

The Sage is a scam,if you want more than one script you have to hang up and make a new appointment and of course pay a further $21. What a joke,you can get escipts from other providers who bulk bill. Don't fall for this scam

It wasn't clear that a student cannot get a Medical Certificate to be used for missed school exams. I paid $21 and got nothing. The lady I talked to was on a rush, not accomodating enough. What if that is my last money. Not very helpful.

DR Lankangani Wijesena Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. The most rude and mental health destroying phone call I’ve had when I called for help for that exact reason. reached out to customer service to address this mistake, I was promised a follow-up that never came. To make matters worse, the company has deducted the full $49 from my card without resolving the issue or even acknowledging their mistake.

I feel completely misled and cheated by their unprofessional and unethical business practices. This company is either too careless or deliberately deceptive in how they operate, putting profits before customer care. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to avoid them as they are simply not trustworthy.

Do not use this service. I requested a medical certificate from them yesterday, I have not had anything sent to me. I tried emailing them and they just told me that it’s because I booked it after hours. Okay? So what happens now then. Save your time and money and choose a different provider

This is a scam service stealing clients money by charging for a bookings service that they do not deliver. They cancel your bookings and offer no refunds. Avoid using or render victim to their scam service.

Totally BAD! received a message that I was next on the que for contact. I waited over 3 and ended up calling to be advised they had decided not to do appointment, and had not bothered to call me and tell me. Unprofessional time wasters.

told me to “go to your normal doctor then” and then ended the call, then proceeded to charge me! When I requested a refund and investigation into this Our sage advised I would not receive a refund. Was a money grab and my pharmacist who was present for the call was disgusted and advised they would not recommend to any other customers.

My husband called to obtain a script for a general antibiotic as we are going travelling and hiking in a foreign country where we do not speak the language. problem. The Sage doctor proceeded to tell my husband that my doctor clearly was not very well qualified and up to date!! Complete waste of money.

My son also recently paid for a consult for his asthma script and instead of the normal 6 repeats one gets at other GP’s, he was given 1 script for a month - no repeats.

Would give 0 stars if I could what a scam pay $21 no call back despite being told I’m next on line via text. Called them 3 hours later to be told they can’t prescribe the tablets I requested. What a scam take your money no contact then you are told can’t provide the service you paid for no refund bad luck. Be warned DONOT go anywhere near this website AVOID AVOID RUN.

is no accessible list of restricted medications, no upfront warning during the booking process, and no transparency about what services they can and cannot actually provide. If I had been properly informed, I would never have booked the appointment or paid the consultation fee.

Dr Lankangani Wijesena was abrupt, dismissive, and ended the phone call quickly once it became clear they wouldn’t be prescribing the medication.

I left the consultation feeling frustrated, dismissed, and completely unsupported. This experience was a waste of time and money, and reflects poorly on a service that claims to provide accessible healthcare. I won’t be using Our Sage again and strongly advise others to be cautious — especially if you’re expecting genuine care or transparency.

Very disappointing service. I received a patronising lecture of the latest research into antibiotics indicating that taking even a single course would lead to poor gut heath, dementia and other conditions. They charge you before you speak with the Dr and do not have a contact email address to dispute the transaction. This is a complete scam, rather than a medical service. Which is probably why you can't claim it on medicare.

got through, and I was still charged. I later received two incorrect prescriptions, and had to explain my situation multiple times. One doctor was rude and dismissive, telling me to be “more organised”—despite knowing I was travelling and needed urgent medication.

I was even contacted internationally, despite repeatedly telling staff I’d be overseas. No refund was offered, even though the service failed to meet any acceptable standard.

Kind admin staff aside, this is a broken system with no accountability. I’ve now lodged a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory bodies. Look elsewhere if you need competent, reliable care.

Need a script in a hurry? – A simple process to request and a quick, professional outcome with a GP. Cost less that requesting a script from my own GP who was away. Show reply
