SCAMMERS – Nope, nope, nope! Do not buy from these scammers. They will not refund or exchange if u have a problem w the shoe. Best they will offer is a 30% refund of the original price. What an insult to the customer.

original sandals at no additional cost. The shipping and delivery took a bit longer, but understandable as they are outside the U.S. I love the sandals, the quality is what you would expect for the price you pay. I would definitely do business with Owlkay again. My advice would be to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, not every company is perfect. And, remember, people are more likely to post a negative review when they are not happy but not enough people post a positive review when they are satisfied. Thank you Owlkay!

Unwearable – I will not purchase from this site again. I've given them 2 stars because the shoes arrived in good time but the size is too big, the quality is poor but worst of all the chemical glue smell coming from the shoes is so strong I will not wear them in fear of the toxicity. Show details

Bad business – Chinese shoes are for Chinese people, not Australian. Sizes are incorrect. I asked for a return address, but advised to not return, but a 20% refund and a40 % voucher would be given. I haven’t received either. I’ve wasted my money. How can this company get away with it.

Don't touch this company – I have bought several pairs of shoes from Owlkay, with no problems. By mistake, when I ordered the last pair, I forgot to click "orange", and à white pair was sent. Shoes have not arrived – Ordered late February - it's now 17 March and still waiting for even the SHIPPING email to come. Emailed customer service - no reply. I now am not sure if this is a real company or not. Very unhappy about it. I ordered shoes from three different companies at the same time - the other two companies have not only sent, but also additional shoes when I liked one of them! So no excuse for such slow service.

STOP THE SCAM – I too bought these shoes over a year ago and was sent completely difference shoes. I was told I would be refunded but it never came. ADVICE: go to your credit card company and put a stop on the purchase, make a complaint with them that it isn’t what you ordered, this is the only way you will get your money back. Order delivered not what I ordered – Placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes. Took ages to arrive. 1 out of the 4 shoes where in the size ordered. The other 3 were 2 sizes to big. Not happy with the product / service if I could give a 0 star rating I would.
