defects with plasterboard. This wasn’t an honest inspection process — it was a calculated cover-up that protects the builder’s shoddy workmanship and leaves the client completely exposed.

Telling me to arrange a reinspection after the mistakes were concealed is a sick joke and exposes the company as complicit in this charade. They’ve done nothing to hold the builder accountable — instead, they’ve actively enabled the “mafia builder” to rip me off while wasting my time and money.

I have reported this matter to NSW Fair Trading and recommend anyone considering their services think twice before trusting a company that clearly prioritises builders over their clients.
