AVOID THIS AGENCY; they are incompetent and terrible to deal with. Poor service with IDGAF attitude. Don't try calling them on the phone, because you can't. They are continuing to use the COVID excuse for not having a storefront business. We had booked several cruises with them over the years and have finally had enough of being treated like a cash cow. Not all have bad experience – Hi, this is to let you know that at first I was skeptical in dealing with them because of poor reviews but I just had faith with them then eventually, all was well and ended well. I think they deserve redemption and second chance to prove themselves that they are trustworthy. Definitely will do it again with them in the future. Honestly, I saved $700 with Ozcruising. Now all is set and ready to cruise and enjoy Christmas holiday 2023. Cheers!!! Show details

Too bad! should be on a black list! – My booking was canceled after made the payment. They definitely got the payment but just did not proceed it on time. In the same time, I kept sending them emails but no response. They even do not have a physical phone call that I can reach. Hopeless! My trip was ruined! Show details

Ozcruising's Bad business practices – I had two cruises on P&O cancelled due to covid both booked with Ozcruising. The first I received the 200% future cruise credit, the second cruise booked using my FCC and I payed in cash $235 (should only been $173.61) for the taxes, fees and port expenses I have still not received the refund as a FCC or cash refund by Ozcruising. contact Ozcruising but any attempt at contacting Ozcruising by me has failed. No one is answering the phones and I have had no replies any emails for about 6 weeks. Last night I booked with Ozcruising for a December cruise. They were quick to reply to that request. The booking page stated the final payment would be due on the 01/07/20 and when I received the invoice they were demanding payment of $281.63 for a non refundable deposit (not for port fees & taxes) within 2 days.(See photo) I have confirmed with P&O that the final payment date for this cruise is 21/09/20. (See photo) I have also confirmed with P&O that they will only cancel my booking for covid reasons or if the full payment is not paid by the 21/09/20, whereas Ozcruising is threatening that if payment is not received by tomorrow P&O will cancel the booking. (See photo) Now I don't have to pay a non refundable deposit because I have paid the full amount with my FCC less the taxes, fees and port expenses which was confirmed by P&O to only be $173.61 not $281.63 that Ozcruising is trying to force me to pay in 2 days. So in summary they are avoiding correspondence, trying to charge a false non refundable deposit, overcharging for taxes fees and port expenses, lying about payment due dates and cancellation policies and a classic "bait and switch" with the payment due dates. (See photo) Not the best way to run a company in the digital age. Count me in for A Current Affair.

refuse to assist. No tickets or services had been provided, yet they insisted on keeping the deposit.

What stands out most is the lack of care — rather than helping resolve a genuine concern, they preferred to lose a customer. The process felt rigid, unsupportive, and dismissive.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ozcruising. Transparency, fairness, and customer service should come before hiding behind terms and conditions.

payment only to receive multiple SMS and emails requesting the final balance. I explained I had already paid and to please check your records. The email I received back from them was "The due date was July 5th, and if we do not receive the payment soon, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited as it is non-refundable and non-transferable." Rather blunt and rude, I think they could have handled it in a more friendly manner. I will deal direct with a cruise line in future as they appears to be no benefit in going through a 3rd party

There can be a hefty deposit loss if you happen to cancel your cruise ,but they do clearly stipulate this when booking, however they can be quite understanding in certain situations and will try to assist where they can, but it may be just limited to transfer over to another cruise with the same cruise line. Overall we've used them a few times and always found them very quick to respond and remedy any issues. Show details

Easy to deal with – Have used a handful of times now and never had an issue. An all online business, instant receipts when making payments and they reply to emails promptly. It would be helpful to have a phone line setup to speak directly to someone, that would make this review 5 stars. Thanks again!

NO Refunds no changes – Be careful you'll lose your deposit . They DON'T refund money no matter how hard up you are or if almost a year before. We wanted to change our cruise to a longer more expensive cruise but we told we'd lose our $500 no matter what. DON'T use this company. You'll actually find good deals or better from others who will refund if you chose to change to another cruise line etc. Show details

Never again – Hard to get hold of. No phone number. They take days to reply. Terrible customer service and communication. No matter when you pay them, they will not send the money to the cruiseline till the absolute last minute - 75 days before cruise according to them. recommend the use of this company - heart broken they can keep my money for this long when they were dictating the terms of refund times etc. Fair Trading also takes 5-6 weeks to review a lodgement.... No winners.

smooth sailing – I booked the cruise a few months back, I knew from their email the ticket wasn't available until 30 days before it sailed. When the time came, I got the tickets without any problems. I don't have any negatives about the company, the only thing is there's no persons name on any of the emails which I thought was a bit strange. Show details

Speedy service – I recently made a payment through BPAY for a cruise, and left the last digit off the reference number. I sent an email to Oz cruising informing them of my error. I received an email back in a few minutes, after a confirmation email to show my payment. I received a receipt the following day. Having closed their phone call centre with the excuse of a "Government request due to Covid" I have records of 15 emails and 5 phone calls to the cruise line pleading for an upgrade only to be treated like a second grade citizen. I was so disgusted when I finally received my "E"Ticket and cabin allocation, way down the rear of the ship almost sitting on the propeller and a marathon walk to the food and activity area front of ship. I have learnt not to question the ones holding the raquete as they will bounce you wall to wall. I reluctantly went on the cruise, but this agents actions had remove all the enjoyment which I expected after outlaying over two thousnd dollars with fares, insurances, taxis etc etc In conclusion I approached the P&O representative on board to get an opinion, and he best he came up with was " You booked your previous cruises direct with us, why did you not do that again" LOOK LISTEN AND LEARN FROM THIS.

Examples of our awesome experience.. P & O website: you can transfer your deposit to another booking or different cruise. ozcruizing: " yeah unfortunately P&O wont let you change the booking, you will forfeit the $3000 paid so far to us, thanks."

P&O website: we Charge $0 to change names (someone in our original group died) Ozcrusing T&Cs: we charge for names changes $25. BUT we got charged at the time per person $75 because they make it up on the spot and we can't argue because the ozcruizing T&Cs state they can change T&Cs without notice and that's the agreement or we forfeit $14,600 in funds we'd paid to date on our bookings and must pay the name change fees by credit card immediately + 2.2% "Credit card fee" because bpay isn't immediate (even though it's an option on the invoice) ... Also there is NO PHONE !!! ALL COMMS BY EMAIL yep scammers. Avoid and just go direct with the company...
