Very poor after-sales service. The bed is extremely over-priced. I am still trying to put the bed together. Useless instructions. I have to wear gloves as the black timber pieces are FILTHY. They got my name wrong, my address wrong, the delivery date wrong and over-charged me. Show details
My online experience was fine but it was when I picked up my items that my experience was exceptional. Jayden, not only helped me load the items but when when we realised they wouldn’t fit because of the huge boxes, he took the chairs out and disposed of them for me. I love my new Holland dining chairs. They were such a good price and lovely quality. I picked them up from the Truganina DC and that was an easy and seamless experience. The staff member waa so lovely and helpful, helping me put them in my car. Love Oz Design! Show reply

On receiving my Avoca Blackwood table there was a small but noticeable varnish imperfection. Oz design support dealt with my issue promptly and offered a replacement table. This is the third piece of Oz Furniture that I have bought. Have always been very happy with my purchases and dealing with staff at the Penrith store. My three pieces are the same ‘Jacob’ and certainly match but colour in the photos tends to show different to this. Show reply
I was a little bit hesitant in the beginning reading some online comments about design. However, there were more positive than negative experiences. Personally, I am very happy with the purchase, the furniture (buffet table) came in very well protected! The whole piece was beautiful, not like those cheap feelings. It’s sturdy, high quality. We went into the outlet store which was very disappointing at the quality of furniture on sale, lots of broken items at quite high prices. So we left and visited castle hill store where we found a style we liked and asked about package deals but as the items we wanted were already on a good sale they wouldn’t offer anything not even free delivery… Read more · 1
or free upgraded delivery so we decided to buy the 2 book cases and 2 buffet cabinets online instead. The website has really good measurements of not just the outside but also the shelve heights etc so it was very informative. Will be back to pick out some new bedroom furniture in the near future.
We bought a Charles buffet to match our Charles dining table. We think it would be good if there was an option to have some drawers in the buffet instead of only a single shelf. As a result we had to a shelf section and retrofit 3 drawers to one end of the cabinet. Follow-up · I bought the chairs (Batilda dining chairs) which I have recently disposed of and replaced with others as the screws kept loosening on some chairs and then a leg detached when a friend plonked herself on one, shaking her up and leaving her with a bruise or two. I loved the chairs (design, comfortable) but consider them unsafe ….. especially for older, heavier people. I did not approach Oz Design about this as I could not face the hassle.

arrange the Correct delivery items .They were delivered and made up in my home they were CORRECT items this time paying for delivery and construction ..the table was uneven and wobbly and I noticed one of the chair legs has a slight defect which i have not had the chance to call about . The furniture is pleasant to look at and I'm not disappointed with our choice ... just unfortunate that this was our experience :( ..All good in the end.. thank you to staff who helped..

I absolutely love the furniture items I bought at Oz Design. They are very well made and look amazing in my home. The staff were incredible and very helpful. gated, secure residence with a mail room). They say no, contact the courier company, I contact the courier company they say no, we can’t change the signature required status of the parcel - only the sender can. The courier peoples argument at least makes sense. Ozdesigns doesnt.
Recently purchased a couple of pieces for my new home. Furniture is good quality it’s just a shame they looked to be short staffed the day I went in so it took about 20 mins for anyone to be able to help me and staff seemed flustered

One of the Sorrento Solid Dining that we ordered was broken. The customer care team provided a seamless replacement after emailing the description and photos through. The new chair was delivered within 4 weeks. Customer care provided regular updates on where they were in the process. They even arranged the delivery of the new chair. The service was great.
