used same product photo on their website. The swing from Oz Hammocks was completely different quality to one we already had. NOT canvas. Flimsy amd shiny. And as you can see from pic, does not even hold weight of small child under 15kg. Seam ripped first time used. Lucky no one was hurt! Complete waste of money. And of course there was no communication when we have asked for a refund. Ripping off families, especially those with disabled children, absolutely despicable.

Top product, top customer service! – I bought one HUMM egg chair which collapses for easy storage, decided it was a great product so bought another 3 for our alfresco fire pit area. How good! New hammock for our frame – Processing and delivery were super fast. The hammock itself is a very large fit for our frame - there’s lots of stretch in the rope, so you want the hammock to be taut.

no further communication despite emailing, messaging and trying to ring the mobile number (mailbox is full so could not leave a voice message). I emailed the company on 4th of May 2025 saying if I did not receive communication or a refund I would be forced to mark the transaction as fraudulent and report the company. I received the automatic notification 2 days later that my item had been dispatched (6 May 2025). I had already purchased from another supplier and no longer needed the hammocks. The items showed up today on the 16th of May 2025 over a month after ordering. The items were as described.

Found what we were looking for – We had an existing hammock that we needed a stand for. We found all the information on the site that we needed to find a stand that was a perfect fit. Stand was easy to put together and it light weight. Husband and daughters new favourite reading spot.

Chair Hammock – So far so good, the products to choose from were great settled on a hammock chair so my 4 year old grandson can sit and read or swing around in it as little boys do, we haven't given it to him yet as it's his Christmas present but I'm sure it will be a hit. The material is quite hard more like a nylony type of canvas but I suppose hanging from the roof/beam it has to be durable.
